Complete technical competence was shown in every facet of the plumbing and electrical modifications. After they brought our outdated system up to speed with current standards, they left the office in pristine condition. At all times, they made it quite apparent that the job's usefulness and safety were their primary concerns.

Creative ideas for our basement layout helped us fit in a small home gym and a theater room. They knew exactly how to work around the existing support columns and mechanical systems. The finished space is functional and feels much larger than it actually is.

We hired Palm to replace our old decks. Our project manager was Yonatan. He communicated well with us through out the project. The team did an excellent job in constructing and keeping the area cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and on budget. See the before and after photos.

The full-scale home renovation was a massive undertaking, but the project managers kept everything on track and within the promised timeline. They meticulously handled everything from structural changes to selecting the perfect lighting fixtures. It was a comprehensive overhaul, and the entire house feels brand new and perfectly customized to our lifestyle now.

The service we received from the very beginning was outstanding and genuinely caring. The construction team kept everything transparent regarding costs, sticking to the budget we agreed on without any unexpected surprises. They finished the project on time and the quality was top-notch. I can’t recommend this company enough for their professionalism and the warmth of their staff. It truly was a pleasure to work with them!

The professionally installed rooftop solar panels are already producing more power than we had anticipated. Now that the mounting system is set up and the cables are hidden in the attic, everything is secure. It has been a wonderful blessing for us to be able to produce our own renewable energy.

We were looking for a contractor to do a renovation of a small bathroom in our home and we sent out requests for quotes. Palm was really quick to reach out, and almost immediately, Ben was able to come out and meet with us.

He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions on some ways to bring our dream into reality (and into budget) and was a delight to work with.

We got the results and space we wanted, and we love it!

Tl:dr - if you're looking for a contractor, Ben and Palm should be your choice.

The Pros

1. Palm has been amazing to work with, beginning to end.

Ben really understood our project, was clear about the costs and pay dates, and got everything moving smoothly. When we had questions, he responded at all hours, and brought his patience with him!!

After the work was done, we had a concern pop up. Ben had the team out first thing the very next morning to address it and within hours everything was squared away.

You should always expect a hiccup in construction. But with Ben, it stayed a hiccup rather than becoming a headache.

Ben always felt like he was on our team, and he would work to find solutions for us. He's a genuinely friendly and nice guy, but also knows his stuff.

2. The price matched what we got

There were definitely quotes for cheap work. In construction, our experience is you get what you pay for, so we 'splurged' on a licensed, bonded, insured, company with a team ready to roll. Ben had photos of project after project to show us, and clearly had a lot of pride in the work they did. We wanted that experience, professionalism and enthusiasm so we decided to pay a bit more to get it and we're very happy with the results.

3. We love the bathroom!!

This is an obvious one, but we love how it turned out! The work was carefully done and exactly how we wanted. We're thrilled!

4. They finished on schedule

HUGE pro with construction. They put in the extra hours to get everything done before the estimated completion date.

The "Cons":

1. They were available sooner than expected.

Not really a con, but it was the one thing that threw us off and we hadn't expected. We had to rush around a bit to get our materials because they were available sooner than expected and offered to start basically ASAP, a week early. We could have said no, but we were up for the challenge of getting ready sooner.

2. Ben wasn't the boots on the ground guy.

This was what we expected, and isnt a really a con for us. But if you are looking for a one man operation, it isn't here. Ben captains the ship and sent a great team to do the construction itself. But Ben stayed available to us.

We are recommending Palm to everyone who seems remotely interested in doing a project of their own.

You should send them a message and talk to Ben about your project, you'll see what I mean.

Nate came and had a sit down with us regarding a new roof. He was very courteous and professional and worked with emus transparently to ensure we knew what to expect during the process.

The work began the next day and the crew that came in did an excellent job. They were friendly and quick and our roof is perfect. They also fixed our gate for us which looks so good.

We had a slight miscommunication regarding financing which Nate was able to quickly resolve for me. After everything was done I referred them directly to my mother’s house for some work.

Highly recommended.

Precise measurements and a steady hand resulted in a perfectly straight and level fence line across our entire property. They handled the difficult terrain with ease and ensured the posts were set deep in concrete. It looks fantastic from every angle.

There were no short-cuts made when our new retaining wall was put up this summer. For the footings, they dug deep and made sure the draining was strong enough to handle a lot of water. It's very sturdy, and the wall looks great in our yard.

Very satisfied with the new insulation and energy efficient upgrades they installed in our attic. The house stays much cooler in the summer and we can no longer hear the traffic from the busy street. It was a smart investment that is already paying for itself.

Well, these guys remodeled my room, and it turned out quite nice. They also rebuilt my bathroom because it needed new tiles and a new sink, and they replaced everything, and it looks amazing! Honestly, if you need construction work, this company is the best. They're responsible, provide excellent customer service, their equipment is high-quality, and their prices are very good.

I told myself to wait until I wasn’t mad anymore to post a review. I’ve waited about 6 months so it’s time. The front door they installed still doesn’t close quite right and I’m still finding specks of dripped paint here and there, but the job they did removing the popcorn ceiling and the new roof are great! So it’s really a mixed bag. Some things they did are well done and some things aren’t. I would probably be happier overall if I hadn’t had a project manager who kept trying to gaslight me every time something went wrong. They lost a star just for that.

These guys (Palm Construction) won our business by having the most reasonable price and a short time line. We signed off on the contract day of, and they started the next day. Throughout the process, Daniel was communicative with us and respectful. It did take a couple extra days than expected, but they also had taken on a last minute job with a couple of unexpected results due to the mudding on one of our high ceilings not being too great. They took the time to fix the issue and made it look great at no extra charge. In the end, it was worth the money we paid and we're happy with the results. The new buyers were too as the sale went through now. Thanks Daniel for you and your guys' hard work!

Palm came by my front door at a convenient time as I was looking to replace failing siding and old windows. They quoted me a decent rate for the entire project and executed perfectly. Very quality work and the house looks and feels great. Good communication and followup from project leads.

I was extremely pleased with the work Pro Complete Construction did with my basement finishing project. Nazar and his team did an excellent job, better than I had hoped, and they did it very quickly. Their work installing paneling to the ceiling completely transformed the basement area, it can now be used as a laundry area as well as an office. I will be using them again!

This is my first time having a remodel, finding and getting bids from multiple contractors was an overwhelming process. Nazar from ProComplete Homes was a breath of fresh air -- professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely interested in helping me out. Remodel included:
• Demo and enlarge Master Bathroom: gutted it, removed window, framed/drywall new layout, major replumbing, created new custom linen cabinet and installed barn door.
• Created new laundry room: framed/drywall, relocated vents, plumbing, new cabinets, installed bi-fold doors.
• Created hand crafted mantel for fireplace
• Managed installation of new electrical panel, furnace and A/C unit
• Lighting: installed can lights, ceiling light fixtures and rewired light switches so they actually turned on ceiling lights in all rooms of house.

As with all projects like this, you find a few surprises. Nazar found the previous homeowner's redo of the plumbing was a mess and he uncovered rotted wood where the shower was previously located. He ensured the work that needed to be done was taken care of the right way at minimal cost to me.

Nazar, Marián and his team of subcontractors were courteous and great to work with - actually FUN to work with. They are very adept at their expertise, work very efficiently and clean up after themselves at the end of every day - plus, they were prompt and at work when they said they were going to be. I felt they worked on my home with the same level of care as if they were working on their own home.

I LOVE the remodel! I will definitely call ProComplete Homes for my next project!
