Drywall repairs from a previous leak were handled so well that I can’t even find where the patches were made. They matched the knock down texture on the ceiling perfectly which is something most painters struggle to do.

My wife and I purchased our dream home this past March (2021). The first thing on our “to do” list was re-design and rebuild our deck.

We’re very picky people - we know what we want, we research the hell out of everything, and we insist on quality at the best possible price (not cheap, but optimized cost to quality).

I had to have gone through 8 different contractors for the deck bid - pricing was all over the place, and most contractors weren’t open to sharing how costs were calculated (because they were hiding shenanigans). I was about to just cancel the project and wait a year, until I met Lior from Palm Construction.

Lior was attentive, friendly, professional, and completely open and transparent about costs, timelines, choices in materials, etc. After a ton of questions and design from my wife and I, we signed with Lior for the deck remodel job (it’s a huge deck).

Lior and his team executed on our custom deck design flawlessly, and even took it up a knotch here and there with some details. The finished deck and pergola are absolutely stunning. Lior was attentive and responsive throughout the project, checked in daily, stopped by often, and had a consistent mantra of “no problem” whenever my wife and I wanted to adjust or change something mid project.

The experience with Palm, and working with Lior and his manager Ray, was 10/10. I’d recommend Lior to any of my personal friends and family, and will continue to give Lior and Palm our business for future home construction projects.

I went onto the Angi website to inquire about contractors in my area that could do a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I was contacted the next day by palm construction and set up a time for them to look at the project and give a bid. The kid that came out was nice enough, but he didn't take a single measurement, and the only sample finishes he showed us were pictures on his phone. He stepped into the kitchen for a few minutes and gave us a price which seemed odd seeing as their was no design or drawings of the changes involved. He then dropped the price several times all contingent on us signing today. It seemed a little pushy so I told him I wanted to get a few more bids and he left. Since then I still get 2-3 calls a week from Palm Construction asking if I'd like to hire them. I've asked them to stop calling several times. I dunno... they're super pushy, seemed shady, and I'd like it if they'd respect the fact that I don't want to be contacted by them.

Just seeing the way the crew worked together showed how much experience they have as a team. They were efficient and coordinated and everyone knew exactly what their job was. It made the project move along very quickly and smoothly.

Laundry room relocation involved moving heavy duty drains and vents through the center of the house with zero issues. They built a custom pedestal for our washer and dryer that has made doing chores so much easier on our backs.

Two salesmen ignored my no soliciting sign, rang my doorbell when my baby was asleep, then proceeded to stand on my porch talking between themselves for five minutes. It was very poor awareness on their part.

Skylight installation transformed our dark hallway into a bright space and they did an excellent job with the exterior flashing. We’ve had three major thunderstorms since the install and there hasn't been a single drop of water inside.

To make room for a new closet in our guest bedroom, we had to take the time to build shelves out of wood into the wall studs. They really used the space to store things, and the closet was done in just one day. The price of the job didn't change, and it was done well.

Well coordinated deliveries meant that materials were always on site right when they were needed. There was never any downtime while the crew waited for lumber or tile to arrive. Their logistics management is some of the best I have seen.

Watch out, these guys will push and say they can start tomorrow. They will keep pushing until you give them your money, then all of a sudden that long away date they gave you for completion on their "contract" will make sense. you might not see them for awhile. They will make their own hours, staying until dark, coming after 10am to start...THEY DON'T PULL REQUIRED PERMITS. USE EXTREME CAUTION. THEY SEEM HONEST. YOU WILL BE SORRY. If you watch them and are there when they work, you will have to stay on top of them or they will cut corners, and without any drawings, engineering or anything they will build the cheapest thing they can get away with. Their subcontractors seem better, but they didn't pulll permits either.

We are so glad that a family friend recommended palm construction for our home remodeling needs. The project first started with remodeling our stairs and one bathroom. We liked this team so much and we were so impressed with the quality and speed of the work that we wanted to use them for more. Over a 5-month period, we used Palm construction service to renovate several bathrooms, a home gym, our pool house and our kitchen

I haven't used this company's services, but I never will. I sent out a general request over a third party site for holiday light installation and started receiving daily calls from Palm Construction. They cannot provide holiday light installation, but this hasn't stopped the phone calls. After receiving the calls everyday for a week, I started asking to be taken off their call list. I've now asked three times, but the calls keep coming. Their desperation, failure to listen to a simple request, and failure to follow soliciting laws, calls into question their responsibility, integrity, and legal compliance on a job site. Use and contact at your own risk.

Deeply impressed with the way they handled the demolition and removal of our old structure. They were very careful not to damage the surrounding trees and landscaping during the process. The site was left clean and ready for the new build.

We are so happy with our master bathroom and closet remodel. Palm Construction made every step of the process very easy. The crew was great and do high quality work. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future remodel projects.
