We had a few quotes but choose Apex Roofing. We were impressed with the personal, patient, professional team. Nikko was very helpful. We had some tricky roofing issues and Nikko and the roofers handled them. The speed, and professional job is top notch. The clean up was awesome. We highly recommend!

Loved my experience with Apex. We had a small leak but needed someone to come out ASAP. Joe worked with us, communicated well, and did the work that was needed on the spot. We will definitely use Apex again when/if the need arises.

Excellent work performed at a reasonable price. Apex's documentation is in order, including license, bonding, and manufacturer certifications. Where other contractors send separate sales and execution teams, with sales people who don't know about performing the work, Apex sent Joe Bergin, who did my estimate and managed my project. He demonstrated mastery of roofing technology in his approach and answers to my questions. Where other contractors exerted pressure to sign, Joe earned my business by demonstrating excellence, making a strong offer, and straight-shooting without a heavy-handed sales pitch or "hard close." I would use Apex again.

Glib was my main point of contact, and I really appreciated how professional and straightforward he was. He walked me through the estimate, explained the timeline, and didn’t try to push anything extra. It wasn’t a flashy pitch, just honest information and a reasonable price. That alone set Apex apart.

Beautiful, highest quality roof, expeditiously and expertly installed by gentlemanly crew with no detail overlooked from start to cleanup. Nikko Ganacias was an amazing supervisor and went above (so to speak) and beyond in inspecting, advising and putting together a fair proposal. We got several quotes prior to going with Apex roofing and ultimately went with Apex roofing. There was no pressure with his bid. He saw what he needed to, put together a proposal, explained our options, and gave us space to make our own decisions. He also had very competitive pricing. Of the several quotes we received Apex roofing offered tons of value for the price.

The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and got the roof replaced in 2.5 days. When they finished up Joe rolled the yard with a magnet and cleaned up left over nails and staples. I walked the roof with him asking questions. He noted our concerns and worked quickly to resolve them without any fuss.

It isn't always a given you'll work with an awesome contractor but if you go with Joe and Apex roofing you'll be in good hands. You'll get a solid product at a fair price.

Apex arrived at our home right on time. They were very efficient, thorough, and very professional. My new roof looks beautiful, and we are pleased with the results.

The Salesman/Project Manager was very honest, friendly and respectful. He also installed the roof and coordinated the gutter install which were both well done and tidy.

When it came time for payment, there was a miscommunication that he took accountability for and made the situation right by me.

I would definitely use Apex Roofing again, especially Nikko.

Apex and it's liason with us, Nikko, did a superb job in every way last January. We had great conversations that were very professional and understanding of our needs. At no time were we pressured to buy, and when extra attention was needed for something it was given immediately. There is no question that I would hire them to do another job if I had one to do.

The whole experience of having my roof replaced was made exponentially easier using Apex. Nikko was great! No pressure, realistic expectations (time lines), and great workmanship. I have the best looking roof & gutters on the block! The price was right, the time from signing contract to completion was perfect and the crew was respectful throughout the whole process (no mess left behind, gates kept close to keep my dog safe and secure, etc.). I couldn't be happier with the work that was done!!

I am deeply disappointed with both the reckless behavior of one of your drivers and the equally unprofessional response from your office staff when I attempted to report it.
While legally crossing the intersection at 14th Ave & Yesler, with the walk signal and already in the middle of the roadway, one of your company vehicles nearly struck me. I had to yell for the driver to stop, at which point the driver began shouting at me as if I had done something wrong. The driver then sped away from the scene.
When I called your office to report this serious safety issue, the individual who answered the phone treated the situation as if it were a joke. My information was not taken, and my concerns were clearly not taken seriously. I was told only that someone would “reach out to the general manager” and that an announcement would be made reminding drivers to watch for pedestrians—an alarmingly inadequate response to a near-accident.
What made this worse was the clear attempt to deflect responsibility by directing me to another company. When I contacted that office, I was informed they do not operate company trucks, and their branding does not match the vehicle I saw. The truck involved clearly displayed a blue logo, not red.
This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and concern for public safety. Due to the severity of the incident and the dismissive handling of my complaint, I have filed a police report and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
I strongly advise leadership to take pedestrian safety—and customer reports—far more seriously than what I experienced.

I just had my roof and shop roofed by Apex Roofing. Rick and his crew arrived about 20 minutes early and got to work setting up all rheir equipment and then began tearing off both layers of my old roof and began working on the new roof. I was amazed at what it takes today to install a new roof. The crew stayed until 7. Rick came back that evening to help me take care of a split board in my attic. This was after he had gone home for dinner. He also was ae to find endcaps for my gutters and he put them on. How many companies have people who work for them that would do that? Very few. I am completely satisfied with the roof and the workmanship from Alex Roofing and highly recommended them for any and all roofing projects. I recommended Apex roofing to one of my neighbors and Rick went over and gave her a bid and she too had Apex Roofing install a new roof on her house and she is extremely satisfied with the product and workmanship done by the Apex installers.

Simply put, outstanding! Zero drama, all expectations met or exceeded, easy and effective bid process and communication throughout. Bonus, very competitive pricing. I would happily recommend Apex to my family and friends for their home repair needs.

Nikko was my contact person. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and he offered his opinion but never tried to force one off short or another on me. Even though they were not the lowest bid, I got three bids, I really felt Nikko was honest and the company reputable.

I had a deadline to meet or I was going to lose my new homeowners insurance and Nikko fit me in their schedule and made it happen for me before the deadline. He also provided the photos that I needed to send to my insurance company. Apex also provided the gutter installer.

Their office staff that provided me with the invoice and also the information to register the warranty with Owens Corning, made things very easy for me. Apex Roofing made paying them very simple by just clicking on a link within the invoice and I was able to pay via ACH

I highly recommend Apex Roofing. Joe was professional and friendly In all my interactions with him. But best of all, he was honest. Money is tight for me, like it is for a lot of people right now, and I have a tendency to worry and expect the worst. Joe could have come out and told me I needed a new roof and I probably would’ve taken him at his word. Instead, he told me my roof is in good shape and will be for another 8 to 12 years.
