This is my second time using Attic Crawl! Alex and his crew first cleaned out my entire crawl space because mice and rats had entered. He totally restored it and made it look brand new.

He also noticed I had mold in my attic space while inspecting the home due to poor ventilation. I decided to put a new roof on and replace the plywood that was primarily affect. After that I called Alex back to clean out the attic space, spray to kill the mold, paint the affected area and put new insulation. Alex also rodent proofed the area to prevent future problems and gave more air flow to the area.

Alex has the best pricing around and great service as well (half the price of the big companies). He is very responsive and took great care of my home for the second time. If you need any attic or crawl space work this is your guy! Couldn’t be happier.

Alex and his team were professional and extremely efficient. After comparing to a few other companies, we decided to go with Attic Crawl and are so glad we did. They went above and beyond with their attic services and worked through the duration of a rainy day, all while leaving their workspace cleaner than when they arrived. Mold remediation and rodent control were all addressed in our 75 year old home and all costs were upfront. Alex from Attic Crawl was amazing from my initial inquiry upto getting what I needed on my attic done. He’s very responsive and provided me all the information I needed to fully understand the situation and what needs to be done! He was able to do an estimate within 24 hours and schedule the work in 2 days (and willing to work on New Years Eve!). These guys are the best, and I'm so so glad to have found them for our most recent home project! A hidden gem as their company didn't show up well in search results, but they did an insulation and crawl space makeover for me, plus helped resolve rodents / pest control.

I began by reaching out to Attic Crawl (and others) for quotes, and these guys were very quick and responsive throughout the project. They came out to do an inspection, their quotes were very competitive, and they were flexible with scheduling me in.

We had a bad rodent problem, odors, and a crawl space that required a lot of work. These guys worked extremely hard, found and fixed the issue (decaying rodents!), and kept me posted on the progress of the work.

I couldn't have asked for a better team, and will definitely try to use them again!! Everyone involved were extremely impressed with the work they did, and Attic Crawl team was a pleasure to work with. I would give them more than 5-stars if I could!

Alex came out and gave me a quote within about two hours of calling. The team was out within a week to perform the agreed upon services. The crew showed up on time and promptly got to work removing the old insulation, air sealing, and reinsulating. They were very efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. When they were done everything was cleaned up like they were never there. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Alex did a great communicating from the start. He provided a very competitive bid and work quality was top notch. Jesse the project manager also stayed in touch and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I really got the impression that they wanted to help and didn’t oversell on anything that wasn’t needed. They rodent proofed my Crawlspace and built an access door for the Crawlspace. They sanitized the space, ripped out old insulation around the ducts and put new insulation, installed a vapor barrier, insulated my water pipes, and air sealed any gaps. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get any Crawlspace or attic work done! I am very happy I went with this company. Thanks again!

Great communication, skill and professionalism! We had an issue with rodents and the insulation was missing in parts of the attic. Alex and his team replaced the insulation and sealed up gaps and holes where the rodents were likely entering as well as setting traps. Also repaired a poorly installed bathroom fan vent. Finished quality work in one day and the returned for a follow-up visit to check for any rodents. Provided lots of pictures of before and after. Highly recommend!

I rarely spent time to write such a detailed review, but Alex and his team is simply deserves it. The work was done one month ago. There was some rat activities in my crawl space that destroys some pipes and air vents. I contacted several companies to quote, and Alex gave the best quote.

In this first evaluation, he was punctual and showed me the evidence of rodent activities. He also educated me what need to be done and how. Very quickly, he sent me a quote that is very competitive. He is also very flexible in terms of payment method.

On the day when his team came to work, they arrived early in weekend morning, and was able to finish all the job after 8 hours of work. They also found that there was minor water leakage, and Alex called a plumber to help resolve the issue.

After replacing the insulation and pipes in the crawl space, it looked very clean. Two weeks later, Alex came over again to do a follow-up inspection to make sure everything is good.

Communication was amazing from the start. Alex showed up on time and gave a very detailed bid with an excellent price. After we settled on a date to do the work he continued to communicate the start time and day until the day of the job. The crew showed up on time and did an awesome job protecting the house finishes while performing the removal of old insulation and cleaning of our attic and installing new insulation and also installing insulation in our crawl space along with new vapor barrier. They also protected against rodents and did a great job cleaning up. During the day of install Alex continued to communicate how the job was going and when they would be completed.
We will definitely recommend Attic Crawl to our friends and family and would use them again in a heart beat.

What an amazing job! Alex (the owner) was more thorough and communicative than I think any contractor I've ever hired! Answers all questions and clears up any confusion. Sent over 100 photos during and after job completion. Even took some video of areas of interest. I'll just post the after shots of my crawl space. You can imagine what it looked like before. Same as all the other reviews. Old pink insulation all torn and scattered. Rat droppings everywhere. Here's how they left it. Highly recommend 👌

I cannot recommend Attic Crawl enough! I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work!

Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. They even provided the before-and-after photos I requested so I could verify the excellent work without having to crawl under the house myself.

AGC totally transformed my front and back yards! Their professionalism really comes through in every detail. The handmade wooden garden box is amazing (my neighbors are asking about it!), and the tree trimming and treatment were perfectly executed.
