A few of my neighbors used their services in the past so I could see the quality and the performance of their product over many years which proved to work great. have done two projects with them and I am looking to the third one. They are reliable, credible, great quality and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Excellent service every step of the way from on-site quote, to scheduling to installation! The Mastershield gutters are just what I needed contending with so much tree debris. Very happy with the gutter system. They're performing great!

Be cautious when dealing with this company. The installers were very good and the end product seems to be what we wanted, but the person who did the estimate was either incompetent or intentionally underbid the job. The installers arrived and almost immediately informed us of an issue regarding our drip cap which was going to cost an additional $1300. We were given a "discount" from that amount, but it was still considerably more than we expected. I certainly should have been more wary and careful about the process. I could tell there was a problem with the drip cap on the existing roof, but assumed it was obvious to the person doing the estimate.

Hired this company to replace the rusted gutters I had. The salesman/estimator, Joey, was a cool guy and had a big part in my selection of this company among 2 other estimates I had received. He was very punctual at appointments, and prompt in responding to questions, phone calls, and emails. I have approx. 450 ft of gutters with many inwards and outwards 90 degree angles. Work was done in 3 days and we noted corrections that needed to be made. Jim S., the owner and an extremely nice gentleman, did a walk-through and did not hesitate to get his best crew on the job asap to do what was needed to make this a highest quality install. I am an engineer with an great attention to detail. Given the design of the new gutter face, I knew that getting the pitch and the angles done cleanly would be a challenge, but the crew totally hit it out of the park and exceeded my expectation. Jim's integrity, commitment to quality, accountability, and focus on customer care is something you don't find too often now a days, especially in the thriving market in the greater Seattle area. I will have no hesitation to hire Leafless In Seattle in the future or recommend them to friends, family, an anyone that needs gutter work done, and want it done right.

Update based on company response to this review: the first time I called it was specifically to ask if Hoodsport was in your service area. I was told it absolutely was and you had someone out there as we were speaking doing quotes so it is not outside of your area and you were not doing me a favor by trying to do a remote quote, that is a service you offered to me. I called in May before our busy season so we could schedule a time to get our cleaner out to meet you for a quote but you never once even tried to set something up. The fourth or fifth time I called you said you’d send someone to look at the outside and I didn’t need to be there but again never called to set it up. This entire situation is on your company and your poor communication and your response to my review is unprofessional and dishonest.

Original post: I'm very disappointed in this company. We used them to install gutter protection on our garage a few years ago and they did a wonderful job and we love the product but when I reached back out to them recently to have them do a quote on one of our rental properties, they were abysmal at communication. I spoke to them 5 times over the course of 6 weeks. Each time they promised someone would contact me about scheduling a time to do the quote and each time they never got back to me. I really wanted to believe I could rely on them for future properties and lots of business going forward but I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere as their customer service and communication has gone south since we worked with them previously. I would not recommend them.

We purchased our home in July 6 years ago. The following September we were startled by the sound of water cascading over the gutters during a moderate rain. That began our gutter cleaning odyssey. We have all kinds of trees around our house from big leaf maples to fir and cedar trees and some in between. Something is always falling off these trees and clogging the gutters pretty much year-round. In the fall thru early winter we would have to clean our gutters daily to prevent them from overflowing. We’ve had them professionally cleaned which was good and sometimes lasted a few weeks if we waited until late December. We’ve purchased all sorts of tools to help clean the gutters. Special legs for the ladder. Telescoping poles with hooks. After 6 years of cleaning gutters, we decided it was time for gutter guards. I did some research and MasterShield gutter guards seemed liked the best choice for us. I contacted Leafless in Seattle.
Working with Leafless in Seattle has been a really good experience. The new gutters and MasterShield gutter guards were installed a few days before we had record setting rains. The guards and gutters handled the rain very well. We did notice a couple of issues. There was some overflow where a large percentage of our roof drains into a valley and a couple of gutter leaks at miter joints. I emailed Zoe and she had a team out within a couple of days. They made some adjustments to resolve the overflow and tested it with a water hose. The hose provided much more water than the record rains and the fix worked well. They confirmed the gutter leaks with the hose. They fixed the leaks and tested again with the hose. They also tested all the other miters to make sure they were ok, which they were. They told me before they finished if I noticed any issues to call the office. They said Leafless is a good company and they stand behind their work.
The new gutters and guards look great. After 6 years it’s very nice to finally hear water going down the downspouts instead of cascading over the gutters.

Very happy with our purchase! We decided to go with Leafless in Seattle to install new gutters and covers on our house. They were patient with us when we rescheduled the install multiple times due to delays with our other projects. The gutters were installed well and they look beautiful. Now that we have had a couple of heavy rains to test, I can say that the gutters work great, too! All the water gets through and the leaves that are dumping from the forest behind us just slide right off! I just hope it does the same when the cottonwoods and sticky pods launch next summer. For the parts of our gutters that were on flat roofs (vinyl deck and sunroom) we had to get Leaf Relief gutter covers (not enough angle to install Mastershield) but those have been easy to blow off with a leaf blower. Much better than what we had before (other types of gutter covers, foam inserts, downspout protector screens, open gutters, etc). The only downside is that they told us not to use Moss Removal products that contain Zinc because they will corrode the stainless steel of the MasterShield filter. I wish they had suggested some alternative products for that because I am having a hard time finding any moss removal products that don't have that in them.

Sleepless in Seattle has excellent service, communication, flexibility and true commitment to provide quality products and workmanship. I don't think I have had a better experience with any other company that I have worked with on home repair and improvement projects during the last 12 months totaling $140, 000. Their MasterShield product has the proper slope that matches the slope of our roof so that debris collections dramatically reduced on the gutter shields. It is the only product that has such a deep slope. They also have a unique solution for the gutter area at the bottom of the flashings for the roof valleys. They add a small section of gutter with the Master Shield product attached at a right angle to the roof valleys to dramatically reduce the amount of debris that normally collects at the bottom of the roof valleys. My husband is a senior and has vertigo so I don't want him to climb up a ladder to clean those areas for safety reasons and this product works. Our neighbor had it installed 3 years ago and has been pleased with the product. The installation crew also discovered that the roof had no flashings around the perimeter of the roof as required by city code and worked very professionally with the roofing company that was ready to install our new roof to be sure they were correctly installed. Also when Leafless in Seattle came to give an estimate he focused on the benefits of their system without high pressure. We got a bid from another gutter company for half the price, but chose Leafless in Seattle due to the company reputation and professionalism.

Crew was professional, definitely knew what they were doing. Work went as scheduled, installation is working great and looks great as well. They even came back to fix a pre-existing condition on some flow bypassing the gutter. I think they also have the best product in regards of design and long term functioning. Leafless in Seattle was very professional and the work was completed as with high quality and as scheduled. Some work needed to be done that was not in the original quote, but the additional pricing was very fair and the they were very transparent about the extra work.

I was very pleased with the work done by the crew that installed our new Leafless in Seattle gutters and guards. They not only did everything we expected they also pointed out and helped us correct some roofline damage that we were not aware of prior to the final installation. We have large cedars on our property that sheds a lot of debris into our old gutters creating clogs that had created rot in our roof boards through the fascia. We submitted an online inquiry for a quote and Zoe responded within the next day to schedule the estimate. Gabriel came out and did a fantastic job of showing us the issues, and demonstrating the Master Shield system in our sink and provided a quote within the same meeting. The quote seemed very reasonable as I look at the gutter install as an investment to protect the roof and never have to think about gutter cleaning again. I was told they are first and foremost a roofing company as well so they were also able to add several roof repair/flashing items to the job. The friendly crew showed up as scheduled and finished the job in 3 days installing over 250 feet of gutter and fascia (painted to our asking color) while carefully taking care to not damage anything on our property.
Overall, I could not ask for a better experience in terms of customer service, honesty, punctuality and most importantly quality of work. We had 3-4 neighbors came by to ask for information on who did the install just based on the looks. Time will tell in terms of functionality but so far we are happy with the product. The only complaint that I can think of is we wish they also do all other home renovation projects like bath/kitchen remodeling..etc as well ;).

Leafless in Seattle did exceptional work at our house. The crew came in after we had a new roof put on. They not only did the gutter and MasterShield work but they replaced rotten fascia boards, flashing and rafters that the roofing company had failed to address. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and asked questions to clarify any issues that came up. I highly recommend Leafless in Seattle!

We were immediately impressed by the thoroughness of the initial consultation. The installation crew worked very efficiently and quickly. Our experience with the entire team gave us confidence. I got 3 bids and this vendor had the best price/quality mix. The install team worked hard and got our fairly large job done in 1.5 days straight. I liked the sturdiness of the product and I opted for the leaf covers.

We called after the leafless gutters they installed on my home clogged. Water is literally just pouring over the top of the gutter screens. They said it would be a minimum of around 2k to fix without even bothering to send someone out to look.
Don’t fall for their “true” lifetime guarantee.

Gabriel first came out and did a demo and after discussing we decided to proceed with the Mastershield system and full replacement of the old gutters and even paid extra to have them install the last 2 shutters we couldn't do ourselves! With such a tall house and being in an area with tons of leaves and pesky pine needles, this seemed to be the best option for us. Getting on this roof to safely clean the gutters was just not happening!!
We did have quite a wait for installation but was no big deal to us.
A team of 3 came out on our scheduled day unfortunately they were not able to complete before it got to dark and they had to come back to finish the next day. They were friendly and communicative and let us know what was going on. We returned from work the second day and first thing I noticed were the shutters! lol then the beautiful white gutters! :) they even explained what they did connecting the downspouts into 1 and adding a piece to assist the flow directly into the gutter which is awesome. They all did a great job and we are pleased with their work and they completely cleaned up after themselves which doesn't always happen and was very nice to see. Definitely recommend this company

I wanted to replace carpet to hardwood floor, but I knew it is going to be expensive if I hire a professional so I tried DIY by watching videos and reading blogs and I miserably failed...My friend recommended me JCI and Mr.Choi came to my house the day after I called and examined the floor and the issue (that I have caused doing DIY). He came in with his crews the following week and got the job done that day. What I was thankful for was that when I asked Mr.Choi if he could use the flooring materials that I had already bought and he said YES! The materials were probably cheaper materials than what they have worked with before because I bought them for comparably cheap price online to reduce the cost. I basically just had to pay for the labor, which was reasonable!

I hired JCI to do our restaurant kitchen floor repair and the floor is now very clean and durable! It's been 3 years and the floor is still holding up great! Also, I have recently hired them to replace our dining area carpet and they got the job done quicker than I thought and the price they quoted was less than I expected to pay! I highly recommend them
