They did a great job cleaning out my very dirty crawl space, sealing rodent access points and installing a new vapor barrier, for a competitive price. Alex was a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and told me exactly what should be done in terms of clean-up and insulation, without any exaggerations or unnecessary up-selling. I very much appreciated his honesty. Jesse, the project manager, was also very kind and efficient. He made sure to let me know about a small pipe leak they found in the crawl space, which I was then able to fix soon afterwards. My crawl space is now very clean! Great service - highly recommend.

Great experience with Alex, very professional and fast turnaround time. Got rodent in my attic and they help me on rodent proofing. They also treat the mold as well, making my attic as good as new.

Great service from Attic Crawl! Alex and his team completed some mold remediation and installed a solar fan for us. We are very pleased with the experience. We had squirrels in our attic. Despite sealing up all access points, the squirrels chewed their way back in. We contacted Attic Crawls, and Jesse came out to inspect tte attic. He found multiple nests, and he found likely openings. The crew came out, inspected the outside of our home and found two new openings. They resealed the exterior and removed the nests. Their team members were great. They were hardworking, friendly and professional. And Melissa, the office manager, was great to work with in scheduling our work. Attic Crawls is a great company!

After a few different bids we went with Attic Crawl. The experience and honesty they demonstrated throughout the process (which was long because I don't like to rush major decisions) was unmatched! The prompt, courteous responses coupled with the exceptional industrial knowledge is what sold me on this company. As far as the work, they were early on the day (a good sign) and even though they had some challenges with what had been accumulated over the 80 years that my attic has been around, they still completed the job in one day. They provided updates throughtout the process and kept me up to date on the progress. - Crew left fiberglass clumps in our yard after work had ended. Pictures show material left in my yard and the amount that I retrieved
- The workers other than Jesse did not speak to me, even when I spoke to them.

Professional service, taking care of all the aspects of mold removal. Alex was very good with the communication as well. They provided before, during and after pictures of the entire project. The estimates were reasonable as well

Amazing crew. We had quotes from other companies in the area (which these guys came from anyway) and Attic Crawl easily beat the price. They went above and beyond and everything was cleaned up afterwards. It was a full day job for 2 attics, a solar fan, and a crawl space. It’s at least worth having Alex come out and talk to you if you’re considering other quotes. I’ll throw some random pictures in here but the before pics were mostly 30 year old insulation falling apart all over the place. Everything now is cleaned up and actually insulating.

I am so happy that I contacted Attic Crawl to address the rodent problem in our ceilings. Other companies were not willing do the most difficult part of removing existing instillation, sanitizing and then replacing it with new. Attic Crawl diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Jesse was the consultant who came to my home, explored the attic, roof and outside the house to determine where the rats were coming in. He wrote up a detailed plan explaining their process and it was very thorough. He was professional and polite. Alex and his crew of seven who did the work were amazing. They were respectful of my home, sealed everything off before starting and gave me updates and pictures throughout the day of the progress. We hired Attic Crawl to replace our vapor barrier in the crawlspace and to replace and fix the insulation on the Attic. Alex did an inspection, provided a free estimate, and gave recommendations according to our budget. The day of the installation the crew built a tuner to keep the habitable areas clean. They also fixed several broken vents and added anti-rodent meshes. At the end they cleaned up everything pretty well.

Edit: forgot to mention, but they share pictures before, during, and after the process. That was pretty cool!

Alex from Attic Crawl is quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with anyone in the service industry. Quick, efficient, considerate, and extremely competitive pricing. I can’t recommend this business enough, Alex stands by his teams work and when you’re spending a pretty penny on a large repair job it’s rare to find that peace of mind and know that the work done will be top notch quality and at a price that is clearly better than the competition. His team performed a total crawl space overhaul after we had rodent activity. Please give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

WARNING: “R-49” promised — measured ~8–14.5” — dispute escalated to lien + court

I hired Attic Crawl Inc. for attic work including R-49 blown-in insulation (stated in writing). I trusted their proposal — and I regret it.

After the job (9/27/2025), I measured insulation depth in multiple locations and found ~8 to 14.5 inches in many areas, uneven coverage, and no depth markers. I shared photos/measurements and asked them to bring the attic up to the promised R-49. Instead, they said the attic was larger than estimated and would only add insulation if I paid ~$1,472 + tax.

I obtained a third-party correction bid for $2,917.20 to air-seal and bring the attic to R-49 with depth markers, indicating additional work is needed. Because Attic Crawl would not correct the insulation without extra payment, I withheld final payment while trying to resolve the issue in writing.

After that, the situation escalated into a small-claims filing and a mechanic’s lien (which I dispute). Regardless of how anyone views the dispute, the result was this: a homeowner raised a documented workmanship concern, asked for correction to what was promised, and ended up dealing with court + a lien.

Bottom line: I do not consider this a reliable company and would not hire them again. If you’re considering Attic Crawl, protect yourself.

The team came when expected and did an amazing job of dealing with pest infiltration in my attic. Cleaned up well and communication was excellent. Provided clear information of problem areas and took pictures of how they sealed everything up.
