I have used Vanguard for multiple projects and highly recommended them. Isaiah is very professional and efficiently wired our new home and has also upgraded our lighting at our commercial building. The jobs have been completed in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I plan on using Vanguard for all our future electrical needs.

I wanted to add a 240V outlet in my garage for the purpose of charging my car in half the time, maybe third, jury still out. I called my car dealer who recommended Isaiah Napier and Vanguard Electric. I called and there started my surprise.

My text was answered in minutes. I explained what I needed. Isaiah promised to come the next day for a site survey and free quote (yes, I know, all quotes are free :-)). He showed up promptly at the time we set, took a look around, asked where I wanted the outlet, and promised to send a quote within a few hours.

The quote showed in an hour, was detailed, and more importantly - fair compared to some. We agreed on a solution. He had an opening the next day, and I was happy we could get this going quickly. This isn't what usually happens...

When we met the next day I told Isaiah that I reconsidered and I want the outlet in a different place. I asked for a new quote, which cam on the spot, and was fair, again.

Isaiah completed the work in a couple of hours, we tested it, it worked as expected and we parted. The place was left spotless.

I recently bought an electric vehicle. I found I needed a level II charger and an electrician to install it. VanGuard was referred to me by a friend. My friend knows the Washington born and raised family who owns the business. (As a small business owner myself, supporting local Washington businesses is something I value .) I sought a quote from VanGuard and another company, VanGuard was the less expensive and I liked how they worked with me personally, I spoke to Isaiah and worked with him from start to finish. As a women, sometimes “contractors” talk to me like I’m dumb, like I don’t know anything about the contractors and construction (false assumption on their part) and they give me a ridiculously priced quote. Isaiah didn’t do this. I worked with him directly throughout the process, there was one person providing consistent information, this helped to establish a good working relationship. He arrived when he said we would, he gave his full attention to the job, though a small job, he was not distracted, he was not on his phone taking calls or focusing on something else. He cleaned up when finished. I felt like his charges were fair and understandable and I liked the way he conducted business. I’ll use VanGuard Electric in the future and I recommend them to everyone needing an electrician, not only am I more than satisfied with the work completed, but I also feel heard and respected. It’s like hiring your best friends son.
