Love all the healthy plant choices. Probably too much. Prices were average for a greenhouse nursery. I am looking forward to going back. So many great plant choices. Maybe I shouldn't go back? lol Love this place seriously check it out. Also friendly helpful staff.

Very nice nursery. Has many varieties of shrubs, trees, flowers with all the knowledge you need to plant and get beautiful results.
Sale starts tomorrow on most plants, get there early, great saving to be had.

One of my top 3 nurseries I regularly visit. Beautiful houseplants and awesome Christmas decor. I always stock up during their after Christmas sale.

It's a beautiful store and nursery. I go there for the plants, but they have the coolest gift store with the most original and unique items; it really is remarkable. Now, the flowers are very good quality, usually a bit larger, more buds and blooms and just a step above. However, you also pay a significant amount more; sometimes it is definitely worth it and sometimes it is definitely not. For as many times as I have been there, only once has someone helped me who seemed to know something about the varieties of flowers. I found this very surprising relative to the caliber of the greenhouse. I would absolutely shop there but absolutely bring your phone to answer any questions you may have about flowers.

Went in today and looked around. There was only 3 customers in there, it was nice, and clean, and quiet. I found an employee and asked her a question. She only said "Um" and the other customers ( who were together) called from across the room, " Can we be checked out?" And the employees that i asked the question to just started walking away from me. Mid way she called over her shoulder, "I'll be back.".... Well I won't. Poor customer service, poor manners!

I have needed a particular type of bamboo plant for a large container in my backyard. William was friendly and professional help to find the plant and give me advice on soil and planting. I love my local Fred Meyer, but for special garden needs and advice, Watson’s and particularly William is the place to be…Kurt

I live nowhere near Federal Way, so I am apparently late to the party, but wow! This place is fantastic! I love to garden and Watson's has a clearly curated selection of really charming plants, and all appear VERY healthy. While I was there, the staff was noticeably helpful tracking down specific varieties. Their prices seem fair particularly for the quality - and the frosting on the cake - a week or two later I discovered a peony variety that I "needed" (bought a bouquet of the flowers). No nursary near me had one - but I emailed Watson's. They had one and placed it aside for me (how often these days does anyone "follow through" or "get back"). Both experiences were delightful.

Love the friendly staff and great merchandise would recommend!

Loved the mix of indoor gifts and decor, including a decent selection of fake plants! At the time I went, however, most of the indoor plant selection was struggling or fighting something, they just didn’t look top notch. I’d go back in summer or fall, but since the shop is “airy” and open, maybe the indoor houseplants are too cold or something and not thriving.

Stopped by Watson Nursery with my family And and had the best experience. Yuri was incredibly helpful and so friendly, even with my dad who sometimes misses social cues and can really talk someone’s ear off lol

I went to two greenhouses yesterday and this one had a better selection of flowers and was less expensive than the other place but as a Canadian I don't understand the extremely high prices on flowers and plants in this country. I'm used to paying $50 CAD for 4 10" hanging baskets so $60-$100 USD is ridiculous to me. In the end it was $30 less/basket than most greenhouses are charging to just make my own hanging baskets. I bought a $5 pot and got the flowers from here (which are better priced than most greenhouses but not better than most garden centers).
I will come back here because of their selection and they're close to my house. I did also find some cool plants here.

Staff are very sweet and its a nice store with convienent location.

I was disappointed in the past with the quality of plants in this nursery, but it seems to be much better now, their plants look way happier!

Absolutely gorgeous flowers with a wide variety of plants in general. My friend and I were similarly impressed by the helpful staff. William at the Federal Way store stood out with his wealth of knowledge and excellent customer service skills. This is by far the best plant nursery I have ever visited and I plan to return!

I just went to Watson's Greenhouse in Federal Way today. It's amazing! 😍 Finally got my Zz plant 🌿 and prayer plant! 🌿 Big selection of lush, beautiful plants 🌱 trees🍁 shrubs 🍂 Pretty seasonal decor 🎃🎄 & gift items. Best of all...the staff are super helpful and friendly! It's right off I-5 too. 😀

I was disappointed by the quality, selection, and prices for indoor plants. Definitely decided against purchasing anything when I saw this poor Hoya crawling with aphids :(

Taylor was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. She was friendly and made me feel beyond welcome. The shop was clean and had a good layout.

I've been on the hunt at various nurseries in the region for decorative pots and this place definitely has the best selection so far.

Everyone was kind and accommodating. We happened by for their Halloween celebration and it was adorable. All the employees were dressed up and offered face painting, pumpkin painting, coloring, and a scavenger hunt for the kids.
