Spring/Summer is heavy gardening time. There needs to be more than one person doing cashier. I had to suggest to the cashier that she should call for backup but that was after I was in line for 20 minutes for 3 people with small carts.

Nice garden center with so many different things to choose from and one of the only places I visited that actually treat their succulents properly and put them in a place where they are getting at least proper sunlight. Their prices are really good too great place to find succulents and of course all other plants as well

Decent hardware store, prices are going up as everywhere.

Ari was the BEST lil Lowes Christmas elf!!! My 1st time ever in a Lowe's. Had a bad experience across the street looking for a potted Christmas tree. We found the PERFECT tree for our apartment & decorations too! All with Ari's help! Thank you Ari, ya made our Christmas!! Merry Christmas to you & yours!!

Fantastic deals on garden vegetables! The healthiest garden center I've been to this year.

Love their garden department. Went there at the start of the year and bought a few plants. Didn't have any issues and I think there was an issue with some trimmers I bought and I was able to swap them out pretty easy.

This Lowe’s in Federal Way has a fantastic selection of household items. I was able to find exactly what I needed, from plant vases to topsoil, and it’s really convenient since I live nearby. The staff are generally professional and welcoming, and the store is always well-stocked.

The only hiccup I had was with getting a large house key made—unfortunately, the staff couldn’t get it right. I had to come back another day and use the Minute Key kiosk, which ended up working perfectly. Despite that small issue, I still really enjoy shopping here, and I’ll keep coming back for the variety and convenience.
