During this crazy year of pandemic we moved into our new home in February. Our house was wonderful but our yard needed so much TLC after years of neglect. 3 Landscaping companies were referred to us for bids and plans to redo our yard. 3 bids later and a few months of planning and waiting due to COVID - our landscaping has been completed this week by NW Landscape Management. I am most impressed by their professionalism, communication, response time, fairness in biding and execution – the yard is stunning! And they really worked hard with us to help us achieve our goals and maintain our budget. Their team is made up of highly skilled professional artisans and very well managed. I would highly recommend them over all the other names that were referred to us for landscaping. This review means a lot coming from a contractors kid - who was raised by a super picky and perfectionist Dad who always went above and beyond for their clients. NW Management does just that! We will use them for all our yard needs and maintenance and will highly recommend them to everyone!

I have worked with NW Landscape Management, inc for the last year and a half. Kaya and her crew have done an amazing job of maintaining my property! they take care of everything and even before i think to ask! Seriously consider hiring them, your getting the BEST!

In 3 days they came in leveled out my backyard, cleaned up all the old debris and brush, the yard was horribly uneven with a bad slope a (30” drop off in one corner). My yard is now perfectly level the slop/ drop off is gone. I have a nice new gravel border around my fences and house , 12 x 9 foot tall beautiful trees for privacy along the back, a nice new sod yard and a fully automated watering system for everything. I got 3 bids and NW Landscaping was way bellow the closest one and ½ the cost of the highest. I will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone

After moving into my home I needed a landscaper because I am in a wheelchair. I saw that my neighbor was using NW Landscape Management and so I called them to come out and see what they would do and how much they would charge. The owner came and explained everything to me and was so nice that I signed up immediately. That was over a decade ago and I have not been disappointed. It was certainly the right decision as they have been great. The crew I have is wonderful. I never have to ask them to do anything because they are so detail oriented that they’ve already done it. During the flowering season I get a bouquet weekly. I can’t go in my backyard, so that is such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend NW Landscape. You won’t be disappointed.

Affordable and prompt! They did a great job clearing the debris and removing a tree. Their prompt service was a huge benefit and kept my tenant happy; she mentioned the crew was respectful and courteous while on the job site. Highly recommend NW Landscape Management.

We had checked out several landscaping companies on google and looked at their pictures of work they did and at their Facebook site. We knew we had to have experienced professionals do our front yard. We had beautiful blocks added, plants redone & drip sprinkler system added. One of the reasons why we went with this company is they specialized in residential landscaping. They provided a breakdown of the work to be completed and cost. They gave us time frame and notified us with start date and how long it would take to do work and they held true to it. They had a crew of guys and followed thru every detail of work to be done and shared ideas & we're spot on with design. It feels really good to have had such a good experience with them and we plan to have them back next year to do our back yard. I highly highly recommend them!

In the 27 years that I owned my home in Federal Way, I hired more than a few landscaping services. Then I finally found NW Landscaping Management, Inc. This company is amazingly dependable. They have taken care of my yard for several years now and they have always shown up on time with the same crew every week. They have maintained my lawn, shrubs, and rhododendrons perfectly. They are organized and their equipment is clean. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They always exceed my expectations.

Dennis & Kaya Gore (owners of NWLM) have been running this business for more than 20 years now, and to say the least, they are people with high quality, integrity, and customer care. Plus, they lead their staff with the same integrity and care as well.

Not only that, they love their community so well, and have been actively supporting local non-profits through donation goods and services. Including donating weekly maintenance service for the Federal Way Young Life house in order to offer a safe and welcoming place for teenagers in the community.

We had an amazing experience working with the NW Landscape Management Team. We had a chronic drainage problem on the side of the yard that had left it as non-functional space.
They helped excavate all the space, install proper drainage, and a great path with storage space. Thank you!

Urban Roots landscaping did a great job. Blady worked hard cleaning up my property and replacing the rocks in my garden beds with beauty bark.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the names of the guys that came and aerated over seeded and fertilized my yard but they did a great job and cleaned up everything.

I am very pleased with the guys at Urban Roots. They do a weekly mow and have completed several projects such as laying bark. The work is excellent!
