Great service provided by Maid Easy. Results exceeded expectations all around. They went above and beyond to clean all areas of the home including our 3 car interior garage. Fantastic customer service and accommodated our last minute date request. Highly recommend for house cleaning and carpet cleaning.

Easy Maid Cleaning left my apartment spotless and made moving out a breeze for me. I did the move out clean, I swear they left the apartment cleaner than when I came into it. Thorough cleaning of the floors, fridge, oven, microwave, sinks, windows, bathroom, etc. — not to mention the two ladies were lovely to talk to! I will definitely use Easy Maid Cleaning again in the future, thank you!

We ordered a cleaning from Maid Easy Cleaning and we had a very unique situation happen to us where our first cleaner had to leave in the middle of cleaning due to a family emergency which we totally understood. (Cleaning out apartment is not more important than family) We spoke with Jason and Andrew and they promptly came up with a solution to send another cleaner to finish the job the following day.
The 2nd cleaner was not the best and after calling Andrew and he then again promptly sent another cleaner to finish the job.

I appreciate Andrews and Jason's professionalism, organization and quick replies for our concerns. They are about 100% satisfaction guaranteed and they delivered.

I would recommend.

Also ask for Jeremy as your cleaner. He is professional, cares about what you want done and will put sweat equity into cleaning. When we need another cleaning. I will be requesting Jeremy!

I had an emergency move and needed my apartment cleaned quickly. From time of appointment and finishing the job was less than 24h. the apartment is spotless. 10 out of 10 service from both the cleaning crew and the phone support staff!

Maid easy services federal way Washington is one of the bad experiences I had with them they took my 300 dollars in advance and then they sent kids to my home but when they came the started taking photos and said we will charge you more then they left when I called their boss he said we can’t refund you and still they have my 300 dollars next time don’t pay these people in advance be careful we have more services they see your house and then tell you the rate very bad experience and they gave me a lot of hard time

The young lady that did my house did an excellent job, she took her time and she got the job done. I definitely would use their services and and I would also recommend them to friends and family.

We had Esme and she was wonderful! Showed up on time and did an amazing job!! I was also super impressed by the communication and response with the company. Really showed their professionalism and really go out of their way to work with the customer.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They arrived early in the time window and were very meticulous in making the house look like new. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional cleaning and professional workers.

Esme has been wonderful and thorough. It's my first time hiring such service since I'm more used to doing the cleaning but since I'm recovering from an injury, our home has not been so clean and I was a little embarrassed. Esme was professional and she worked like it was not a big deal-- and fast! Paying for such a service is so worth it for my comfort and peace of mind. It's nice to have a clean home again! My house needed a move-out clean to get ready for sale. The two women from Maid Easy were absolutely fantastic! The house is sparkling. The ladies were very nice and got right to work getting the place nice & shiny.
I always provide water & snacks when I have workers at my home. plus it's an excuse for me to have a donut too 😁

consultation was really smoooth and Andrew followed up when he knew I was moving soon. we discussed different options and what would be the best for my unit and he was able to provide quotes. I got the move out cleaning option and the woman who came did a good job. I have been working really long hours so I was thankful someone else could help out during the transition.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was a god awful experience. First off the website has you select a time of service when you book. I chose 12-2pm. At 12:15 no one had arrived. I called and they informed me that that was an arrival window and the cleaners were on track to be at my house around 1:30. Ok, I can work with that. Then 2pm rolls around. 2:30. 3:00. Still no one has come. I call again and find out that the cleaners are still 20-30 minutes away. It's getting too late for me, my kids were going to be home soon and we had family coming for dinner. I asked if we could reschedule and he had the audacity to say it would be a $50 charge. "But I'm doing you a favor because it usually $100". Even though they are the ones who didn't arrive on time!?! I'm in a bind timewise so I swallow my pride and agree to the charge to just get it done despite the fact that this is unacceptable. I reschedule for the next morning. The cleaners arrived on time, were very kind and did a good job. They did however break my butter dish which happened to be a wedding gift. It's a small thing but a sentimental one. I asked what the process was for reporting damage and this man sends me some AI generated BS about how sorry he is and how he wants to make it right and whatever else but the only thing he's willing to offer me is $50 off a future cleaning. Are you freaking kidding me dude??? I am NEVER using your service again. You are unreliable, untrustworthy, and uncaring. Stay away from this company.
