Andrew really made our Move out cleanings so easy! Very responsive and the price was fair for the amount of work that was put into our building. Thank you for making this such a smooth process!

I hired them and spoke with a lovely gentleman on the phone and was so relieved to book the cleaning service. I’d been so stressed out and working a ton.

The housekeeper, Esmy, came. She cleaned and we did the walkthrough at the end. Everything on the surface looked great, until she left. My dishwasher was running, so obviously I figured most of my stuff was in there.

Once my dishwasher finished and I went to unload, I found out that instead of cleaning, she had thrown away 6 out of 8 bowls, almost all of my glass Pyrex, and a couple of Pots with their lids. I almost couldn’t believe it. I was like, “do I have to count how many bowls I have???? Where did they go??? “

It took me a minute to even contact the company because I was taken aback and searched my kitchen thinking maybe she put something in a weird spot and I just hadn’t found it yet. I really couldn’t believe my trust had been so betrayed.

But…
My coffee cups were dirty when they came out of the dishwasher, and I was still missing SO MANY dishes after clearing it out.

On top of that, my fridge had been completely emptied out of all of the food I had just bought at the grocery store the day prior.

Genuinely, the company was nice. I just think perhaps they need to always send two people to a location for accountability, and vet their employees a bit more because this stranger in my home was a nightmare. If they send you a single person, I’d advise paying close attention (which sucks and is uncomfortable), or requiring a second person.

Perhaps they’re better for move-out cleans where you don’t have to trust somebody to be there and babysit.

They gave me a refund, but honestly the full refund wasn’t enough to cover the cost to replace all of my dishes, food, and cookware. After all was said and done, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all because I wouldn’t trust their ability to vet employees.

Maid Easy Cleaning is very easy and convenient to schedule and communicate back promptly. The cleaners went above and beyond cleaning floors and trim, and even deep cleaning the stove top during our last cleaning.

I would highly recommend them for an affordable good cleaning in the area!

Needed to get my place cleaned because I was moving out on short notice and didn't have enough time to do it myself. Andrew was very understanding and able to fit me in the schedule even though it was close to the holidays. I've never hired professional cleaners before, but they were very communicative and polite, they did a walk through at the end and asked me if there was any spots they missed/should touch up which was nice.

The cleaners were very efficient and timely. They went above and beyond with a deep cleaning for my home! They were non judgemental and worked around the clutter of my child's toys. I would highly recommend Maid Easy Cleaning Service!

Edit: I was contacted the next day and offered a partial refund or another cleaning. I appreciate the communication.

First off the cleaning people were super nice. However, the cleaning job was super disappointing. The company charged $343 for a 500 square foot apartment. Which on my receipt states is a 749 square foot apartment. I originally booked about a month out for a 9am cleaning. Which was great because the unit needed to be ready the next day for a couple moving in. Three days before the schedule cleaning I get a call saying the cleaning time needs to be moved to noon. I agreed because what else am I going to do three days before I need the unit cleaned. Then about an hour later I get a text saying the cleaning will be moved again to 2pm. Okay great, I agreed again with the assumption that it was going to be an awesome cleaning due to all the five star reviews on google. Well I was super wrong. At first glance everything looked great and I thanked the cleaners and they left. However, once I started getting a closer look at things the unit was not move-in ready at all. There was dust every where. I took a damp cloth to the floor and just wiped up black dirt. Dust and hair still on the baseboards. It was just such a disappointing experience. My husband and I had to spend an additional hour and half wiping everything down and properly cleaning the floor. The one positive is the fridge was clean and they did pull out and clean behind the stove and fridge. This was my first time hiring professional cleaners. So it was my fault I did not do a deeper inspection after they were done. I just assumed everything would be taken care. They also charged my card on file that I was told was meant to hold my appointment. They never said they would charge the full amount without permission first. They never asked for authorization to charge $343 to the card on file. I feel taken advantage of by this company. Overall, just super disappointed.

Leslie did a wonderful job for a regular housecleaning. She was also flexible with our our pets and us working from home. Coordinating with Andrew was very easy. There was a communication & scheduling issue that both Andrew and Leslie handled well. I would recommend Maid Easy!

Service was great, communication was fantasitc, and prices were reasonable. Maid Easy really went the extra mile with how flexible they could be when I wasn't able to be present for the whole cleaning. They made sure I was able to receive pictures for the final walk-thru and responded promptly to my calls/texts and they were very professional. Highly recommend them!

Maid easy was fantastic. I called last minute for a next day move out clean and it was fantastic. Anai showed up early and was a fantastic worker. She cleaned everything to a tee and even helped remove a nasty stain that had been there for the whole year. Would definitely recommend and call again

To start I have a disability the prevents me from being able to stand or bend down. I'm also a recent postpartum mom. They were very understanding & patient w/ me. No judgement. They gave me & my son our home back. Also to note nothing was missing so they are trustworthy & professional. Will definitely book again
