Dishonest overpriced unprofessional work Do not hire these electricians Steve Anderson the owner doesn’t have a clue what goes on the jobs while he seems to be on vacation any time he’s needed. He doesn’t own up to mistakes made and wants you to pay to fix the sloppy bad work.

I purchased outdoor electrical heating elements from BB Electric and had them install them for me. They were knowledgable, efficient, timely and cleaned up. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had them put in a new electrical panel a year ago. Everything seems fine but I had another issue and needed an electrician so called them again. In the course of my message I said I was concerned that the issue I'm having didn't make the breaker flip. I have left 2 messages but called 4 times. They won't even return my call so I'm having to call another electrician for assistance. In the mean time I'm having to leave the breaker off to my living room and front bedrooms. Lousy customer services! I would have been a good repeat customer?

Steve Anderson the owner of this company is not a stand up man or business owner. His employees don’t know what to do because he does not communicate with them and he does not take responsibility for the incorrect sloppy work they do- if they show up. Damaged and WROTE on finished walls doing finish work, ripped drywall, broke a 60 year old stained glass window and have no common sense on where to put outlets and lights (even when pictures clearly marked) estimated job $17,000 I’ve paid $25,000 to him currently and this project is still not done. Charged me for things his workers never did or finished and they left early every time I was there but I was charged for full days. Do not trust this company. Not trustworthy or good people - I paid when he asked and I had to text and call him over and over him to get people out to work and almost every time they came out they would mess something up. Do your research or pay premium for poor workmanship and service. Very disappointed

I hired Steve Anderson and BB Electric to order and install four Infratec dual element heaters on our outdoor covered patio with power switches for each heater element. Steve visited the property himself to discuss the best placement and options for running conduit.
Once the heaters arrived, they were installed within days. Steve sent two electricians who are courteous, timely, and professional. They did impressive work and I won’t hesitate to use BB electric again. Steve was even happy to talk about the one negative review he received and after hearing the circumstances I discounted the review and was very happy to proceed with him. I am extremely happy with the results

We used Steve Anderson and his team to wire up a generator to our panel in the garage, and to install the electrical for a patio hot tub. He is so professional, polite, big smile, easy going, and he really tried to help us understand what we needed in practical terms. He gave us a very competitive price. We actually enjoyed our conversations with Mr. Anderson. The installation was super clean. Will use again when we have our heat pump installed!

A big thanks to Steve with BB Electric for a recent subpanel change that he completed. Based on work and other considerations, our schedule was a little restrictive but he was able to fit us in. Also, with the removal of the panel came a nuance or two that neither of us expected (old house), but from which he was able to pivot (and after a run to the shop to get some specialized parts) and complete the changeout efficiently. Steve also patiently answered my questions while showing me the inner workings of the set up so that I could better understand how it all worked and with an eye to potentially adding future loads. Thanks again, Steve, for the great service!!!

We wanted some lights put in our backyard to see at night. They came and put in the garden lights for us. Now our yard looks nice when it's dark.
