My mom had this “contents restoration” team take care of her personal belongings, some of which are antiques. Items that were hardly damaged by the flood came back looking worse than ever and some items were even missing!! When confronted with photos of the missing items (from their inventory) I was told that I must be mistaken that they returned everything that maybe I “moved” it. They basically called me a liar. I said I was going to leave a bad review and report them to anyone I could. Vera told me that they could give me $200 if I would leave a five star review instead! I was appalled! It made me wonder if these other reviews were true or paid for! I basically told her to stick it where the sun don’t shine! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! BEWARE!!!

Superior Content has a great team that took good care of us during a very stressful situation. Everyone is professional, knowledged, friendly and sincerely wants the the best for their customers. I'm grateful they were there to hold my hand!

We had flood at our home. Insurance was taking care of it. Insurance didn’t tell us what services we need and can get.
Vera spend her time and explained the insurance process. I knew nothing about it. Gave me peace of mind. Gave us a quote, explained everything.

It's a very professional company, with all their work done on time and completed quickly. They did a great job making an inventory list of what remained in my house after a fire, making sure to follow all appropriate guidelines. I would definitely recommend them, and im happy to have discovered them.

The service I received is top notch. Everyone was very helpful as we are disabled and needed a lot of help lifting and going through bags to figure out what we need to keep. The guys were very patient and ended up filling the whole truck with items that were damaged by the smoke and fire. Vera and Natia were super sweet and reliable. Thank you team. You deserve a raise.

As a Fire restoration General Contractor, we deal with a large amount of tragically burnt home's and contents. We have used other contents companies in the Puget Sound, and frankly Vera's team is amazing. We don't use any other now. Every customer for us, she has taken amazing care of, and very satisfied reviews from every home. They are courteous, sensitive to what our customers are going through, and professional doing a great job, working with the insurance loss adjusters to get the home or business owners made whole like they should be quickly. They are very careful and have a lot of experience, hence why I'm happy to write this review, as we only want to work with other like minded Professionals, who take pride and care in their work and service to our customers. Can't recommend them enough.

I have a tough roof with a lot of trees - Warren and his team are the only window washers that will do it! They do an incredible job with windows too!
