We was so knowledgeable and personable. His report was sent to us the very next day. His report was so detailed along with photographs. Don was recommended to me by my agent for my home inspection. His report was thorough, professional and detail oriented. He took the time to go over his findings by phone, as I was buying the house site unseen. I was so impressed with the nature of his professionalism and timeliness of report, that I hired him again to inspect 2 rental properties. Don Gardner inspected my home upon purchasing. It was my first time buying a house, and he educated me so much throughout the inspection process. He made me feel a lot more confident and comfortable understanding my house. He was incredibly thorough, looked in spaces I never would’ve thought to check, and was very honest and helpful with making sure I understood the things I should be concerned about, and other things which were minor or only needed small fixes I could handle myself. Not only that, but he was super nice, genuine, and professional! I’d highly recommend him and his services to anyone!

We had an inspection done in October 2022. This was our first home purchase and we were really relying on an inspector to point out issues.

Overall, they are professional and did find issues.
However, there were a ton of things that were missed that end up costing us thousands of dollars. The issues that were missed were electrical, old water damage, and an incorrectly installed wood burning stove that could've burned our house down! 80% of these issues could've been found by using a thermal gun and an electrical tester. We also just discovered the roof was improperly installed and there’s a leak!

Ordered a quantity of soil and mulching. Gave specific instructions that a large truck cannot drive up our driveway. The driver drove up our driveway anyway then was verbally abusive because he couldn't turn around. He then struggled down the driveway and left our driveway blocked and destroyed our house number post and security camera equipment at the driveway. We now are left in a bad place without being able to drive anywhere. If there is a medical emergency we are screwed. When my wife called to ask why the driver left thibgs destroyed he was extremely verbally abusive to her.

Absolutely rediculous!
