Mark at Burris was able to squeeze me into his schedule quickly, which was great. I’ll admit, it’s painful to pay for a visit when it’s such a fast visit - however - my husband reminded me that we aren’t paying just for time but we are paying for knowledge…and by George, our electrical is up and working fine now. So while it was quick for them, it’s not something we even knew to look for. On the way out Mark offered to double check a couple more things for us for good measure, which he certainly didn’t have to do. Thanks, Mark!

Our initial experience may be
a bit different than others' as we were first referred to Mark Johnson from his Mom in 2018.  He was an apprentice at the time with Burris Electric and we had some small jobs in our new home that we wanted to tackle, so we had him come over to see how he did. Even though we knew several of his family members already, he remained professional and did good work! This also helped him to gain more experience.

When it came time for a bigger job, upgrading our electrical panel in 2019, after working with Mark we felt confident that meeting with Steve (owner) of Burris Electric would be a good fit for us. And it was. 100%.

Steve and his crew came and quoted us (reasonably priced) and had us on their schedule within a week. They were timely with the work and cleaned up after themselves! (Not all contractors are created equal on this I can assure you).

We have now done several projects with Burris Electric. Mark is now a Journeyman, and everyone on the team has been at our home at some point. They are all professional and personable. They are small and local, which makes for some good conversations! Thank you Mark and everyone at Burris Electric for keeping us well lit, safe and connected!!

Burris Electric did a fantastic job with installing new outlets during our kitchen remodel and helping us out with numerous electrical needs. We were on a fluctuating schedule due to a complete kitchen demo/reno, and Burris Electric was able to help, no problem! The electricians were extremely nice, prompt, communicative, and hardworking. Burris Electric wired our new construction home. They did a fantastic job and were very detail oriented. Mark Johnson has come back and completed several projects post build and has done a great job. Super professional, always on time, and have never had an issue. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been looking for a solid local electrician and am so glad I connected with Mark Johnson at Burris Electric. I needed a number of things done and they did not disappoint, I have had they out so far on two different occasions for various efforts. I had them replace fixtures, install ceiling fan, and install smart switches throughout the house. I also had Mark also look at some items from my home inspection and do an overall review. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and do superior work. Could not be more pleased!!

Burris Electric did an amazing job helping us create our backyard space. They reorganized our panel to add some electrical breakers for a new 220v hot tub. Running 110v into the backyard for a future shed and an outdoor kitchen space at the same time! Enjoyed working with them and will recommend the to ANYONE looking for help.

Burris Electric is amazing! They came and put in can lights (on dimmers) in our new house, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. They guided us and provided their professional expertise on placement of the lights. They were quick to respond and got the job done in a timely manner.

In addition to adding can lights, they also did a fantastic job rerouting some electrical, adding in switches and outlets throughout the house, as well as hanging new light fixtures - they do it all!

We will definitely be using Burris Electric for future electrical needs.

Wow! Brad and Elliott were phenomenal. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The new house was an electrical nightmare for me. Burris electric sorted it out in short order. The price for the work was amazing and they don’t try to upsell you or give you a ridiculous quote to see if you will bite. In other words they don’t pull the usual contractor B.S. This company is straight to the point and no nonsense. Next level work!!!

Steve and Mark were awesome to work with. They expertly installed all the electrical for our kitchen remodel including under cabinet lighting. They also replaced all the electrical outlets in our home that were old and loose. They were always on time and respectful of our home. Can’t recommend Burris Electric enough!

I spoke with Steve after consulting a few other electricians about a series of outlets that went out in my house. After assessing the issue and realizing it required more extensive work, Steve helped me come up with a solid plan that both fixed the original problem and added another outlet. His team arrived on time and worked efficiently, checking in with me only when needed but keeping me informed throughout the process. They did a very professional job, and I would absolutely recommend Steve and his team for any electrical work.
