Just as a three day holiday weekend was about to start, we needed an electrician to address a small problem that had just popped up. I reached out to Bryce late Friday, and to my surprise he responded and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. He arrived on time, performed the work, and charged a very fair price - and we have already retained him for some additional work. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice.

From the initial call, he demonstrated complete care and understanding, listening to all my concerns and offering a solution. He visited the next day, conducted a thorough walkthrough, asked relevant questions, and provided effective solutions.

I needed a 50amp hookup for my RV using an existing spa/hot tub connection, and Illumenati Electric handled it perfectly. Bryce communicated clearly upfront, offered affordable and fair pricing, and explained what to expect and how long the job would take. Despite running into the weekend, he was back onsite within 72 hours to complete the installation.

We had Illuminati Electrical install a manual transfer switch and file the permit with the county. Bryce handled the job, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish.

While he was here, I mentioned how I’d previously struggled getting a pair of 3-way smart light switches to work correctly. Bryce said he’d take a look, solved the issue, and got them working perfectly. His depth of electrical knowledge and technology is impressive.

Here’s the part that truly surprised me: I expected he would just give me a few pointers and steer me in the right direction. Instead, he spent a significant amount of time and effort troubleshooting those switches — and I fully expected an additional charge for the extra work. When I asked him what the total was going to be… he simply said it was what we had originally agreed on.

I had the installation of a Generac whole house generator and transfer switch quoted by three business's and Matt at Synergy provided the most thorough quote. Upon my inquiry, he had a knowledgeable representative at my house the very next day and the day following, he came to the house and as we discussed the installation. I learned a lot from him about specifics that his competition failed to mention. He had the quote to me within a week and honored the quote even though there were several unexpected issues that required additional labor. Matt managed all the coordination and inspections with Puget Sound Energy, Peninsula Light and Pierce County inspectors. His team was very courteous and professional. He agreed to a very reasonable price. My job required rewiring a 400 amp service to join it the new transfer switch and installing a larger natural gas supply and electrical cable through a tight crawl space to the new Generator location on the opposite side of my house. The Synergy team's workmanship and clean-up were excellent and they completed the job slightly ahead of schedule! I won't call any other business for any future electrical needs!

I purchased some speakers from here that didn’t work at all, returned the next day with my receipt and explained everything to the manager who was extremely rude and made the whole process more difficult. I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

I dont know where the negative reviews come from. Sounds like someone had an axe to grind. They were wonderful, fit me in to get heaters replaced when my contractor messed mine up. Thank you! Would definately reccomend them.

Matt is unfair with pricing and isn’t honest. He’s a flat out LAIR! He preaches about his “high quality work” and charges for his “high quality work” but it’s mediocre at best. I could have hired a handyman for half the price and same quality of work
