Shane & his team cleaned up a disaster that another contractor left in our home. They were understanding, good listeners & truly saved us from a potential electrical fire. We’ve hired them for other projects. These guys are sharp, remarkably talented and fun to work with!

UPDATE: I hired them for a 2nd project and it's all good. Electrician Davd and apprentice Duncan were on time, fast, friendly and made sure it was all done to code including the virtual (video call) county code inspection.

Shane and his team took on an electrical debugging challenge that was stumping me in my house. They got me covered on one visit, on time, professionally. And after their visit, I still had questions and they responded in person the next biz day to double check and put my concerns at ease. I think I found my local electrician! Thanks, Guys.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC40 Recharge and I chose to have a home EV charger installed in my garage. I purchased a Charge Point unit online and was directed to Qmerit to complete an intake form and to upload pre-installation pictures. This information was sent to North Shore Electric who made the process very easy. North Shore reviewed the images, submitted the paperwork to the county and scheduled the date of service. Josh Dulaney was the electrician that installed the charging unit. Josh was very professional and friendly. The whole process for installation was simple and stress free. I am definitely going to be a returning customer for all of my future projects.

We had Shane and his team out to help with our bathroom remodel and we were so pleased with the work! Shane was very responsive and easy to schedule with. We'll definitely use them again for future projects!

Started with a question about a blown fuse with our commercial conveyor dryer in our business. Shane came to our rescue, expertly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done and went right to work fixing our wiring issues, replacing the fuse and had us up and running in no time.

Shane Tripp and this very clean and polite crew followed up with my Qmerit order for an EV charger in our garage. The work was top drawer and came in under my budget and before delivery of the car. I was so impressed with the work that I asked them to have a look at some honey does around the house and now those dead plugs are out of here. My aunt recently needed some outlets installed in order to mount a new tv. After calling more than a few places I finally contacted these guys. Shane was very responsive and came out the same day to give an estimate. A few days later he returned and the outcome is perfect. Even after running into several complications he was always patient and presented solutions. Would highly recommend.

Josh and Dave were awesome! Josh was thorough and considerate when assessing what we wanted done, and Dave got our bathroom fan fixed up in no time. They were both a pleasure and I'll definitely be going to them for all our future electrician needs!

Andrew and Shane were amazing! All of a sudden I didn’t have power to two bedrooms. I left them a message this morning and they made it out in just a couple hours. They took a look at each room just double checking where the problem was and they had everything fixed within 30 minutes. Probably less than that!

Shane was on time for his appt. Installed a new fan in our master bath. Was aware of what was required to make a good decision for a replacement unit that would accommodate our room size and sound allowance. In fact, better than the original equipment. Modifying the sizing and replacing was quick and without incident. Clean up was simple and immediate. Cost was in line for electrician calls for service. Very satisfied and would use again without hesitation.

Shane and his 2 guys were wonderful! I had an issue with my panel that was potentially dangerous and he came out the next day. He was upbeat, friendly and knew his profession. He thoroughly checked out the situation explaining everything to me as he discovered the issues. He made us a priority and replaced the panel immediately. He even called a couple of days later to check on us, which is more than I expected. I would highly recommend Shane and North Shore Electric.

I needed an electrician in a short period of time for a hot tub installation. After calling several local companies, Shane responded and met me at my house within an hour. He thoroughly walked me through the scope of work and gave me a timeline of two weeks to complete installation. He had a window of time open up and completed my project within 7 days. Needed a panel upgrade, ceiling fans and a few other items. Shane did an excellent job, coordinating with the power company and putting in long hours to get the job completed on time. After the job we needed a quick tweak and he showed up after a long day on another job, and got it done. Sometimes those last items are hard to get handled, after the job’s signed off. Really appreciated Shane’s commitment and responsiveness!
