Shane did a wonderful job for us! He was communicative, on time, and accurate with his appraisal. He left the workspace looking better than its appearance when he arrived! This is not the only work North Shore has done for us. They are top notch, and I'd recommend them to my family!

I had Shane come out and give me a bid on putting in a new hot tub hook up. Shane was on time and gave a very competitive bid to do the work. Since I had never had a hot tub before, I had lots of questions and Shane was always available to answer questions. Our hot tub delivery was moved up and the tub was delivered before it was scheduled. Shane was great and moved their schedule around so we were able to get the tub working only a couple days after it was delivered, even though our appointment was not for a couple of weeks. There was also a breaker issue, because of Covid, it was not available and on back order. He was able to find one back to their shop completed the install.
I would highly recommend North Shore, nothing but good things to say about my experience with them.

Amazing!! I literally googled the area and needed help with my parents house. Shane called me right away and because I have to go a distance and plan to be there he literally worked around my schedule to make it happen. Even got me in sooner than I thought was possible. He was so thorough and took time explaining as he did things. He went above and beyond and checked everything to make sure it was safe and even fixed an outside light that what not worked in years. Shane from North Shore Electric is fantastic. He sized up our job after a contractor left us with a mess; gave us an estimate; and did thorough, meticulous work. He fixed things the previous contractor did poorly, moved an electrical panel, installed new breakers, and completed installation of outlets, bathroom ceiling fan, underfloor heating, wall switches, and lighting fixtures. He is friendly and professional and worked well with us, as well as with state electrical inspectors to ensure all work was done safely and meets necessary codes. We are beyond pleased with his work.

I had waited almost 4+ years to get to few of my home projects due to the difficulty of installation. Shane & Jason worked really hard as a team to get to where they needed to after a careful assessment. They helped me install three bathroom electric outlets, LED shower light, and my high ceiling entry light without leaving any signs of damage to the wall. I was so happy with their professional work. This review is long overdue. Shane came out and talked and walked us through our project ideas. He was incredibly helpful with our plan and the best way to do it. We updated our existing power panel, added a sub- panel in the garage, added a hook up for our RV, a plug in for our generator, and added a surge protector. We can't thank Shane and Matt enough for their professionalism, friendliness and courtesy! We really enjoyed having them in our home and will certainly call North Shore Electric for any other electrical needs.

My home was built in 1973 we had very low power coming into the house. Shane fixed that with his crew. They upgraded the line coming into the house, replaced the circuit panel and completely grounded the house. This was done and I was only out of power for 4 hours. They were clean and very professional. After getting different estimates I chose Shane to do the work. He was much cheaper then his competitors and he seemed way more knowledgeable. I am very glad I chose Shane and North Shore Electric. Thank you guys.

Our experience with the residential team at North Shore Electric was exceptional. We had extensive electrical work done to update our older home, with a new electrical panel installed, all outlets and switches replaced, all light fixtures replaced, 6 added recessed lights, new bathroom exhaust fans, and a circuit and outlet installed for a new electric fireplace insert. The electricians were dedicated to high quality work and Shane who heads up the team was excellent in communicating and working with us every step of the way. I had three other companies bids and North Shore Electric came in significantly lower and with much more electrical work provided. I highly recommend this company.

North Shore Electric was great! Josh D.- our electrician was amazing! On time, super thorough, and cleaned up after the work was done. He kept us in the loop the whole time and answered all our questions. He even came back when our EV breaker acted up and fixed it right away. He took care of us from start to finish. Thanks Josh!

North Shore Electric continues to be of great assistance. Shane has added lights, new and improved bathroom fans and a new dedicated outlet for a new tub installed. We had a new water heater installed and I was told it was sharing a breaker with our dryer. I was concerned and Shane came out the next day and checked it out. Everything was fine and breakers were labeled correctly. I really appreciate their willingness to come when I know they are busy.

Andrew was professional and explained everything he was doing. This is not the first time I have used North Shore and they are now in my speed dial when I have an electorial issue. They may not get to me the day I call, but they have always gotten to me within a day. It is nice knowing you have a company that you can trust to respond and is honest with you. Thank you!

We used North Shore Electric to replace our electrical panel and increase our service, and install an EV charger. Shane and and his team did great work for a very reasonable price. Communication was great while he worked with supply chain issues to get our parts and get our work completed. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again!

We had North Shore out a few months ago to install an EV charger in our garage. Josh was friendly and professional, and I was very pleased with the work he did. I was so impressed, we decided to contact North Shore a few months later for another project. They installed new wiring and fixtures to add recessed lighting in our living room, which did not have overhead access due to being on the first floor of our two-story home. Job was done quick and easy, and we're very pleased with the results! Pricing was very fair for the work done. I would definitely recommend North Shore to anyone looking for an electrician!
