Used Synergy initially for a Tesla charger installation. Not only did they provide the best quote, but their communication and turnaround time was fantastic. When the same day we had an unrelated electrical issue, they re-sent the same technician and helped us troubleshoot—for free.
They were an obvious choice for our hot tub hookup install. We had gotten two previous quotes, and weren’t necessarily surprised when Matt and his group gave us the best quote (by far). Install was done professionally and right on the target quote—even when the install went beyond their wildest time estimates. Still waiting on the inspection, but I’m certain it will pass with flying colors—just like the car charger did. Highly recommend.

Synergy recently installed an entire off grid system for our new home: solar, batteries, and backup propane generator. They use Enphase solar products which is how we found them (we had Enphase solar at our home in CA and it was amazing.) Matt and his team are absolutely fantastic. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, and recommended the incorporation of the propane generator into the system (we had been going to do that separately) so that we could claim the federal tax rebate for the entire system instead of just the solar/battery portion. He customized options for us to find the size and price that worked for us.

Throughout the entire install he and his team were on time, professional, efficient, cleaned up any mess, and fast. We enjoyed having them at our home, quite frankly! I can't recommend them enough if you're considering solar. Go with them, you won't regret it!

I've used Synergy twice and will happily use their services again! The first job was establishing power hookup on our piece of property, plus an RV hook-up. From start to finish, their work was 1st class and very professional. Further, their pricing was fair and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The second job was installing a Ring security/floodlight light at our primary residence. Again, the job was perfect and they even took the time to help me navigate the Ring interface.
I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone looking for an electrician, A/V installer or alternative energy provider.

Matt’s crew Jason and Tommy were great. From being right on time at 800 to very respectful to minimize impact on inside Sheetrock. They showed patience and great problem solving my bad measurements. Called a month ago talked about project said he'd get to it in 2-3 days just call when ready no problem. Called today said he was booked out 2 months sooo...then he said bye. No offer to make it right no apology he just hung up. It's great you're busy now but stick to your word.

Had an electrical emergency on Jan 1...Ed said he could make it out Jan 2 between 9 and 10 am (which was great!) I text my address in the morning, he text back saying he doesn’t service Port Orchard. First review I came across on his site was from a month ago, low and behold...he serviced Port Orchard, the area I live in. If you don’t want to do the work don’t tell me you’re gonna do the work then lie to me about not being able to come here...ZERO integrity. Don’t use this company unless want to be jerked around!

Mr Mcgill left his son's party to come help us during a heatwave 108 degrees+, no other electricians were willing to work. He even offered to talk to our customers for us to have a difficult conversation. SO grateful. We're lucky he was even willing to take our call after a previous billing issue left him unpaid for a month! Thank you, Ed.

I live out of state but have a rental property in Manchester. Recently some wires were wrecked overnight by a tree falling. The wires were sheared and box ripped from wall. No power to the house. We called probably 8 different electricians to do the emergency repair and no one could make the time. However, Ed at McGill's helped us by immediately sending a tech over to fix our issue. My tenants were thrilled and it was so much peace of mind to have it taken care of so quickly and professionally. Would 100% recommend McGill Electric and will be using them again.

Gabriel (tech) was not only on-time, but actually a bit early, which worked out perfectly for me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable & got right to work - first seeking out and discovering the issues that needed to be corrected, then, making the corrections as quickly as he found them. Mahalo (thank you) to he and to Shane for his crew and their availability. Worth the price. Job very well done!

Shane is awsome! He installed a new circuit for our EV in the garage, trimmed an overloaded circuit and added outlets behind wall mounted TVs. We will call Shane again if we need electrical work and have already recommended him to 2 friends.

We've used North Shore several times in the last few weeks to replace a couple of old electric panels, rewire a generator and hot tub, install some gcfi's, replace some ceiling lights and fix some malfunctioning plugs. Both Shane and Andrew are friendly and professional - they turn up on time and get the job done without any fuss. Replacing the panels and rewiring the generator/hot tub was quite a big job (due to the generator causing some fire damage) but they managed to fit us in when we had the emergency and stayed late to finish the job. Bottom line they did quality work for a good price and were professional throughout.

Had a great experience with Shane from North Shore Electric to Install a Tesla charger and light fixtures. The job was done with high quality and Shane was very helpful in explaining all the details and answering any questions I had. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing electrical improvements in their house.

In addition to electrical repairs and electrical panel replacement, Shane Tripp replaced 3 wall heater units. Shane went the extra mile to troubleshoot and find solutions in order to repair my older home's system. He was very responsive and kept every promise. North Shore and Shane in particular were great! They installed a light fixture, installed 4 heaters and hooked electrical up to a water heater. They were in and out very quickly and even found a dangerous issue created by a previous company I had used. We had to shift gears from our original plan because of this and they worked with me to find a solution that would work.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with North Shore Electric! Shane and his team were professional, efficient, and able to resolve our issues. It's hard to find service professionals who are trustworthy, dependable and reasonably priced, but we found all of this with North Shore and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you!

I will never use anyone other than North Shore electric! They are fantastic, we have used them twice now and both times North Shore has been on time, professional, and incredibly reasonable on price. They were able to get out to our house quickly and their communication is top notch. After months of unsuccessful search for a qualified electrician to install an electric car charger and do some outdoor lighting and outlet repairs, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon North Shore Electric. Shane came out and gave a clear and detailed bid. From our conversation on the issues at hand, you can already tell he is a knowledgeable and experienced electrician. Luckily he was also the one who came out to do the work. On the morning of the scheduled work right after a long weekend, he had the courtesy to call when he was met with a bit of chaos at the office which caused a little bit of a delay. In any case, he showed up like a champ and did the work efficiently and professionally. He came back a few weeks later for the inspection and wrapped up some other work. All in all Shane did a great job and will be invited to return for more electric work in the future.
