Dirk Erickson (owner) and his crew did an excellent job cleaning all the glass doors and windows in our home in Gig Harbor. This was our first time using Laddermen Window Cleaning Service and they did not disappoint. We give the crew "5" stars for a job well done.

It's very rare that the first company that contacts you and quotes you actually offers you a fair price and excellent customer service. That's EXACTLY what Laddermen did for me. My house is two stories and difficult to line with Xmas lights. Each year I fill the bushes, but I am reluctant to get on a ladder for the top of the house. Laddermen quoted me a fair price, installed the next day, and put more lights on than I asked for, and for less than what the quote price was! Estimate: came out in one day and provided a detailed written estimate
Scheduling: was able to schedule roof and gut cleaning as well as algae treat etc the the roof within a few days of accepting estimate.
Work: worker showed up, texting beforehand to let me know when he would be there. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. The price was very reasonable for the quality and timelines of the work. I will definitely be using them again.

Also, they use a really slick app to arrange appointments as well an accept estimates. Makes the whole process very clear. It’s also used for scheduling.

Specific thanks to Jesus who was the employee he who came out to do the job. He was super easy to work with and did a great job.

Laddermen cleaned my gutters on two structures and cleaned and did moss treatment on one. Laddermen Logan and Sebastion are absolute rockstars. They were professional, quick, efficient, and had a keen eye for detail. They went way above and beyond in their work. They far exceeded my expectations. Texting for service was new to me but Dirk responded well within 24 hours. And actually the process is pretty streamlined. They got to my gutters and roof within a day of my request. They are great communicators. Prices competitive or better than other companies I contacted. They will be my go to for all things gutter and roof. Based on my experience with them and how pleased I was with outcome I may use them for windows and power washing instead of me doing it.

I would not recommend this company.
To expensive, had used him for quite a few years. Last time we used him 9 months ago cost was $360, used him a few weeks ago cost was $545. That’s a huge increase to a loyal customer and he didn’t say a word about his increase. I understand an increase is needed from time to time but that is goes beyond being fair to his customers. We are done with this company.

We use A Nu view for window cleaning and roof cleaning. We are very happy with the work that is done. Always pleasant and on time.
