Super impressed with Touch of Glass! The crew showed up on time, they worked quickly and efficiently…my windows look gorgeous! Thank you to everyone I worked with Nick, McKenzie and Janae…they were all nice to deal with and very accommodating! They have a customer for life with me! Thanks again!

With 36 years of business and the owner telling us over and over that they’re the absolute best in Gig harbor we were quite disappointed. We had to have them come back because they didn’t clean the tracks of the sliding doors and then some of the screens (where we weren’t watching them) they didn’t even bother to take off. (See photo for example)
I guess they didn’t expect us to remove the screens ourselves to look. We paid for the big package because we’re putting our house on the market and wanted it to look good. They were nice enough to come back for the doors but I wasn’t going to call them again to come back. I don’t have time for that. I guess you just have to follow them around and check every window while they’re here.

We have been happy Touch of Glass customers for 35 years. Mike and his crew do a great job. The windows sparkle when they're done, even the ones that are difficult to reach. We highly recommend their services.

They do such a great job, Mike who came out to give me a quote was so friendly and just a great guy! Nick who did the roof/gutter cleaning left everything as though no one had been here, he cleaned up the mess and even cleaned the windows that got hit by the pine needles. He was an extremely nice young man.! This is the first time I’ve used them and it won’t be the last! They’re the best!!! They’re an easy 5 Star!

We had A Touch of Glass out to clean our windows, and we honestly regret not calling them sooner. Nick was efficient, friendly, and extremely professional. Our windows have never looked better! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. We’ll definitely be using A Touch of Glass again in the future and can’t recommend them enough!
