You couldn't ask for a nicer more professional team. Ben Thornhill and his team do amazing work! They took down two large Douglas Fir trees that were close to our house and on our septic system. I was expecting a lot of damage from the large logs and branches, but the impact to our yard was minimal. They are an elite group that really understands what they're doing and are very easy to work with.

We have used Thornhill Tree Care on multiple occasions for tree maintenance and for tree removal. In all interactions with the owner and with his crews, we have been impressed with the quality of service and with the level of respect the team has for us and our property. The value and service that Thornhill provides is top tier.

We have hired Ben on several occasions over the last few years to include large area clearing, huge trees that leaned towards the house (I have an impressive video of Ben at work on that one), very tall dead tree removal and most recently an emergency service for the most recent wind storm that caused a tree on our property to fall on top of our neighbors house. Always professional and reliable and his team is well skilled as well. Most importantly his prices are fair!

Joe did a fantastic job repairing our carpet. The carpet had not been installed properly two years ago (by others), and was showing buckling. He stretched, cut, and installed it properly throughout the room. It now looks brand new! Highly recommend his services.

Great service and communication.

We had a couple spots in our carpet that were torn up by our cat. After a quick internet search I located Washington Carpet Repair and sent over a text. After couple photographs were sent, Joseph had a repair plan in place and an appointment was made. Joseph made the repair look like light work, and you can’t even tell where the damage was. If you have any carpet needs, I highly recommend you give Joseph a shot at the repair.

I cannot recommend this carpet repair service enough. I had three separate areas in my home that needed patching, and I honestly didn’t think they could be fixed as seamlessly as they were. The work was absolutely incredible—you genuinely cannot tell where the damage used to be.

He was professional, on time, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his craftsmanship. He walked me through the process, made sure everything matched perfectly, and didn’t rush the job. The attention to detail really shows.

What stood out the most was how clean and precise everything was when he finished. It looks like brand new carpet instead of a repair. If you’re debating whether to repair or replace, definitely call him first—you’ll save money and be amazed at the results.
