Incredibly grateful for Mike and his team! Lost power in our kitchen and couldn’t figure out what happened and was frantic to fix it due to losing power to my fridge. They found the problem within 10 minutes and had my power issues fixed within a half an hour. They were both so kind and I could tell they love what they do helping families in times of stress. After seeing 253 Electric on Tesla's recommended installer list, I sent an email with a few pictures, and the EV charger model. Mike responded with two separate options, and clear layout of price. He was available for next day install. His price was the best out of 5 quotes in the area, and he even performed a free power estimate of my home when I was trying to decide between 40 and 60 amp breakers, educating me along the way. He configured the charger so I just had to register it, and contacted the PSE to notify them of the extra draw. Very friendly and fun to talk to on top of all that. I'll be using 253 Electric for any future electrical needs we have.

I am a retired person who always appreciates great customer service and good value in hiring someone. And I certainly found that in Mike! He honored my lower counter-price; showed up on time, and was extremely helpful to my needs. I couldn’t ask for more! I have found rip-off electricians with deceptive pricing, but Mike is the opposite of that. I don’t personally know him other than meeting him today for a repair, but you will be so thankful if you call him. I don’t normally provide reviews, but he is exceptional in his electrical knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Nothing more to say.

What an amazing team! I would highly recommend! We lost power to all our outlets in our kitchen which affected our refrigerator which is a big deal while having small children in the house. I was thoroughly amazed at the find fast service from 253 electric! I have told so many friends and clients about their exemplary service.
I called with an emergency full house power fade at my home in Orting Wa. Mike responded so quickly and within a half an hour, arrived and concluded the problem appeared to be outside the home. I was able to get the power company to come out and fix the problem thanks to his help.

Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. We had a small job that quickly became more complicated dealing with a piece of equipment that was still under warranty. He communicated with the company via voice and pictures. The item was replaced under warranty saving me a lot of money, and now works perfectly. Mike charged very little, he was more interested in resolving the issue than making money. That’s how you provide great customer service. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.
