Amazing people, I used their emergency tree removal services after a tree fell into my yard and another was dangerously close to falling on my house, they came right away and secured the dangerous tree and then removed it forthwith and then even cut the logs into pieces so I could make firewood out of them, had them clean upand haul off the extra limbs too great dealings with this people

This company was recently hired to perform clearance pruning from the buildings at the condos where I live. There are still tree branches touching the building. Tree branches where cut that where not near buildings. Stubs everywhere. Lots of angled cuts leaving sharp stubby branches at eye level. The trees where I live have never looked worse. Work looks like it was performed by children with sharp things. If You want to pay someone to damage Your trees this is the company for You! Wish I could leave 0 or negative stars as the trees around where I live now look horrible :(

I don't like to go and put reviews on because it affects people's livelihood especially when family own is why i gave a 4, with that being said i feel i will explain further in detail that overall we were not satisfied.
When they came out to provide an estimate we felt good, then we scheduled and were contacted via text message after midnight to reschedule a few days later because a job took longer.
The first day they were to show they were almost 2 hours late and left incredible early. They didn't take all the trees we had asked and the communication wasn't the greatest.
Overall nice people just didn't appreciate the lack of communication especially when i had to initiate all of it and getting text messages that late was a tad ridiculous.

Rob and his crew is best, got few bids before hiring Rob, easy to work . He provided very professional service and affordable price . We had tall fir trees. I recommend him to anyone. Those guys know what they doing .

A 120 footer fell on an outbuilding from the backside landing on the roof leaving 60 feet overhanging the frontside of the building. The overhanging portion of the tree was horizontal at a slight upward angle 18 feet above the ground. The building was severely damaged by the tree mostly towards the backside of the building, however with the professional and precision removal of the tree by Top Notch the building was able to be repaired/restored. A job well done!

I have used Top Notch Tree Service on 3 different occasions. For Tree Removal, Chipping and Firewood delivery. These guys are always respectful and hard working. Rob is very knowledgeable and treats me like family. I wouldn't use anyone else for my 3.5 acres of forest.

Do not use this company. They were hired to remove a tree on a property next door to my property. I didnt hire them.Their workers asked to use tools to remove section of my fence and broke the tool and then dropped rounds on my property damaging my lateral line of my irrigation. Then when I provided video evidence and threatened to take them to court. They dissolved their company and put it in a new person's name to avoid legal action. That was this oct of 2025. Their daughter is their legal team and they first offered to come repair the damage but then claimed they didnt do the damage. If you hire them for a project, get all the information of their employees and film the entire scope of the work done by them. Other wise the owners will just keep closing their company to avoid paying for their untrained workers.

Jimisons went out of his way to help me out. Changed his schedule on very short notice to fix my gutters. Would hire him again in a heart beat.

These guys did the job a day earlier than expected which was nice. They did a gutter cleaning, roof moss treatment at a very good price, I will defiantly be referring and using them again in the future!

All I can say is WOW. Fabulous job and very reasonably priced, $195 for a 1200 sq ft house, inside and out. The tech was quiet and efficient. Took him 2hours.

Had John and his assistant out for the first time to do the windows of my house. Superb! Attention to detail and obvious pride in his work and his company. Recently signed him on to do the roof and gutters as well. If he keeps up this level of performance, his company cannot help but grow bigger and it will be harder to schedule him for more things that need to get done!

John responded immediately to my online request. The very next day he came out to survey and write up an estimate for what I needed done. The following day he came out and did the work very quickly, and professionally. High quality work, fantastic price. I will be going to Jimison Services in the future!
