Richard cleaned both the inside and outside of my windows — including the tracks — and did an absolutely excellent job. The windows are sparkling! What really stood out to me, though, was his integrity. I had hired him years ago and apparently overpaid, something I had completely forgotten about. Richard reached out to remind me that I had a credit, which he easily could have let go. His honesty, kindness, and thoughtfulness are rare and so appreciated. He’s affordable, reliable, and does top-notch work. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of window cleaning!

Very poor cleaning, the owners treat their employees very poorly. They do not allow them to do their jobs as thoroughly and nicely as they should. Personally witnessed them( the Mr. & Mrs./ owners) not only once but, several times already hollaring and mistreating their employees. They most especially do this to the females the ones that do not speak any English. I sure hope to see this stop!

I used these people before but never will again. I go with All American Janatorial. A new up and coming business I used twice so far. They're much better. Harder workers and cleaner and better outcome than R&S janitorial

The installer seems pleasant, but damaged our floor upon installation. He told me about it and took a picture, then said he would report it. I thank him. When Cervantes manager called me, she said the installer said we did the damage. What a liar!!! I was very upset about the whole ordeal. And to boot the dishwasher quit working less than a week later. I rate this company with zero stars.

I have dealt with Martin Cervantes of "Cervantes Electric Service LLC for ceiling fan installations several times over the last two years and plan on utilizing his services for some larger projects in the future.

Martin's work ethic is exemplary and 99% of the time is on time as scheduled and the !% he is not on time he "calls" to explain why and when he expects to arrive. Sometimes as we all well know "time slides away" and there is more to a job than first meets the eye so it takes a bit longer. I know for experience.

I rate his work, his courtesy, his promptness, his clean up at 5 stars and I would and will use him again and again and better yet I fully recommend him to you.

Thank you Martin for another great install and I will continue to recommend you to anyone needing electrical work.

My appointment was made for 5/18/21 and I got a text confirmation several times. Mind you, this appointment was made 2 weeks prior. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I DID NOT GET A COURTESY CALL. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT WOULD RING ONCE AND GO STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL ASKING THEM TO PLEASE CALL ME BACK, NOTHING.

Horrible! The manager is so full of herself and can't tell the truth about anything! The owner doesn't want to help at all! They caused major damage and half way tried to fix it without making us aware of any issues. They do return calls and falsified documents! No wonder they have so many negative reviews and only a 2 star rating! This company is worthless and should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Sears subcontracted them for 11/27 they NEVER showed up for the appointment. Called Sears again and let them know they no-showed and they rescheduled the appointment for 12/1 and again the no-showed and didn’t communicate. They don’t ever answer their phone. They are scheduled for 12/6 again for my misfortune… let’s see if they actually show up and communicate with me.

Stay away. They don't tell the truth and don't follow up with what they say they will. I was forced to use them from buying a dishwasher from Costco. Instead of being honest they tell me one thing then tell Costco another. Then try and tell Costco I'm lying when I have cameras and audio recording of what they said... Just stay away. They only care about money and not the customer

The crew that delivered and installed our dishwasher were awesome! They didn't say much but were quick and courteous about their work and it only took them about 15-20 minutes to do the job. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for their office staff/scheduling services who ghosted us and didn't communicate about anything in the process.
We ordered a dishwasher through Costco and Cervantes is the subcontractor they used for delivery and installation. We were told by Costco that it would be delivered and installed on 11/5. On 11/4 we got a text message from them saying that they 'overbooked' their schedule and that the work would be done on 11/10, we then got another immediate text saying it would be done on 11/8. Confused about it we text them back to try and clarify but they never answered back. On 11/7 I tried calling them to verify delivery and installation but they didn't answer their phone so I left a message but they never called me back. After getting ahold of Costco Customer support they finally texted us back and gave us a time window from 1:00-5:00 on 11/8. They showed up at about 1:30 on the 8th and got it installed.

Friendly, knowledgeable, effecient.
