QUALITY "TRANE" BRAND UNIT.
I had a small issue with UNIT about 14 months After install, they came and fixed it timely. Friendly employees! And about the price again!
They smashed the competitors price for same UNIT by not hundreds, but a couple thousand... thank you co comfort. Atw... your electrician Cesar Sanchez is great! He was nice and explained what he was doing when I asked a question. Great guy!

I do not recommend this team. They installed propane gas lines into my home, didn’t check the lines for leaks and left me with a huge propane leak that was finally diagnosed and resolved by a company based in Richland, WA called Fire & Water. CK was not responsive to my calls for help and frankly they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers. Very poor service. Do not use them.

CK Home Comfort deserves my highest recommendation. They are immediately responsive to any request or need regarding our HVAC systems. They respond quickly whenever called and send excellent, well trained technicians to service the equipment or repair and replace whatever is needed. They are always proactive with communication regarding appointments and arrival times. All the great service and effective communication comes with prices that are market competitive and fair.

Great customer service, they truly care about their customers. Chris and his crew installed a gas shop heater and we're loving it. Chris is great and confident in what he does.

I would not recommend this company. This company had gone out to our home and we were promised a warranty. However, they are saying they have no one to come service our home. That was clearly not our agreement nor our fault. If you’re looking for a reliable company. Unless you’re looking for a company to tell you they have no timeline as to when someone can come out or maybe not at all. This is certainly not it.

CK Home Comfort Systems guys are the best. I have them service my furnace and they always do a thorough job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And the young man was super nice and kept the area very clean.
