This was my first time having professionals clean my home, and I couldn’t be happier! I had the deep cleaning done, and it was amazing! They really get into every inch of your home, and all those hard to reach places. I didn’t realize how much dirt and dust my home has been sitting on! I really needed the help! Also, I got the additional services of cleaning the oven and the fridge, and I was so impressed by the results. Highly recommend adding these services as well. We scheduled a Full deep cleaning of our home in late Jan 2024 with Master maid services and we thoroughly experienced one of the best cleaning our home has seen.
The Cleaners were prompt and timely and quickly commenced cleaning once they surveyed the area. They checked with us about specific cleaning needs before commencing and were able to incorporate feedback! They took around 2.5 hrs to entirely clean our townhouse of 1200 sq ft. We loved their attention to detail while cleaning multi surfaces like restrooms and kitchen. Our kitchen now looks amazingly clean and shiny ! Overall the quality of the cleaning was top notch and we have found the best cleaning service in the Seattle area!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING - THEY OVERCHARGE AND DO A TERRIBLE JOB. THEY CHARGED US $4,000 TO HELP MOVE A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT AND UNPACK, AND NEVER COMPLETED THE MOVE OR UNPACKING. THEY WERE DISHONEST AND RUDE TO TOP IT OFF.
