Extremely satisfied with this company and their customer service. Cory did a great job on the windows and pressure-washing our patios, and he took the time to explain the processes/tools for both tasks (far superior to my own). This will be our go-to company for these kinds of things in the future.

The team was on time, super friendly and did a really excellent job on the roof cleaning and gutter/downspouts. They made sure to check in on any concerns, and gave me a thorough report of what they saw when they were up there. The clean up on the brown was immaculate as well. Thank you!

This is a great company! I got a live person when I called the office, and she was able to schedule us within a couple of weeks. The guys who did the work were quick, did a great job on the windows, and left no trace that they'd been there. All at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend them!

Chinook Services did a terrific job for me. I needed to get a lot of work done in a short time frame and they delivered on their promise perfectly. Cory and Juan were the hardest working team I've seen in a long time. A great experience all around.

I used the services of Chinook for cleaning both the exterior and interior portions of windows and exterior of my skylight of my house in Mukilteo in August 2022. In addition I utilized the service to clean the screen, the frame and track of my windows. Jordon came on time and did a meticulous job making sure that there are no smudges, dust, finger prints. His cleanliness enabled us to see paint droplets which I was not even aware of. His thoroughness enabled us to determine potential possibility of window leakages between the window panes which I plan to address separately.
Their service was excellent and I would never hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any cautious customer.

We've used Chinook Services for a few years and for several tasks. Their crews are terrific. They arrive on time, confirm the job to be done and then get to work right away. They've treated our roof for moss, cleaned our gutters and washed our windows; doing a fine job each time. An area for improvement is to thoroughly check the job before the crew leaves so they don't need to be called back for a minor touch up. There's never any hesitation to send the crew back out and they do so promptly. I'd appreciate if the crew would be a bit more critical of their work before leaving the site - it would save both the company and customer precious time in call backs. That said, this is a great company, and their teams seem to enjoy their work and working for the company. I will call them again.

Jordan from Chinook Services did an excellent job cleaning interior and exterior windows to prep my home for selling. Very respectful of property, arrived on time, excellent communicator and excellent work, especially since my windows are ancient. Reasonable pricing and no upselling...NICE!

Terrific customer service! They made everything easy and did a great job cleaning our roof and exterior, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, etc. I noticed some stubborn dirt that didn’t come off of the bottom of the siding at the initial cleaning, and when I called they gladly sent the guys back to try to scrub it off again. I would definitely recommend!

There were two associates working at our house and I would first like to applaud them. They were polite, friendly and very hard working professionals. They power washed the house, the decks, the patios and the outside windows. We still can't believe how good everything looks. We would highly recommend Chinook Services for all your power washing needs. Next, we're going to have them back to clean our carpets.

Did a decent job but then left my windows wet. They looked fine when the guys left but when dried they have steaks on them.

The online quote was not very helpful. After I completed the questionnaire on their site, Chinook called to provide a more 'accurate' rough estimate, stating that the final price would be determined on the day of service after assessing the gutter conditions. On the day of the service, I mentioned this again, and the technicians confirmed that the current proposal was acceptable. However, an hour into the cleaning, I was informed that due to the presence of gutter covers—which I had already noted in the questionnaire and which the technicians were aware of when we agreed upon the price—they would not be able to fully clear the gutters within the scheduled time. They explained that only half of the job could be completed and that I would need to schedule another day to finish the work. I was very disappointed, as we had agreed on a final price at the start, and I expected the service to be completed 100%, not to be told an hour into the cleaning that it couldn’t be finished without additional costs.
I also called afterwards to explain the situation but they stated nothing could be done about it.

100% recommended for moss removal and gutter cleaning. Charles was patient and helpful in creating a quote for us by answering all of my questions and accommodating us when our neighbor wanted to get their roof done at the same time...he had no issue amending the proposals and I didn't feel rushed along. The techs who came for the service were courteous, friendly, and respectful of our property including taking extra care around my flower beds. Thanks again!

My 2nd story windows have never been so sparkling clean and clear! They did an excellent job of roof and gutter cleaning as well. No gunk left on the landscaping below either. Communicated clearly and let me know extra charge up front for many hard-to-reach windows. Hard-working and thorough. Only minor problem was that they bent one of our outdoor garage lights off-kilter and didn't let us know about that. We noticed after they left. Easily fixed, I think. I'll definitely use Chinook Services again.

Chinook Services performed their magic at my home today while I was at work. I am more than happy with the entire job. My roof, patio, driveway and parking pads were engulfed in moss. It had become dangerous to walk outside of my house. Everything, including my windows, sparkles now with no mess left behind and at a very fair price. I will definitely call on Chinook Services again!

Chinook Services was amazing to work with. They did a professional and thorough job on our roof and gutter cleaning. There were two workers here for 3 hours. Working very hard. They were polite and took the time to explain everything to us. They wore masks the entire time, even though they were outside. When they were done, they cleaned up so good leaving our home spotless. We will absolutely use them again!

Had our roof cleaned and treated for moss. The treatment lasts for up to 5 years which is awesome, and best long lasting protection in the industry. Super great team of technicians who do a super good job of evenly coating the entire roof. And, the Sales Team Ashley, Charles and Brea answered all my questions, made the appointment work for my schedule. Very professional job, and very very reasonable price. I will be using Chinook Services for many more jobs in the near future. GREAT JOB !!!!!

The guys from Chinook cleaned my roof. They did a soft brush to remove the moss, knocked it all off, applied a moss retardant, and cleaned up (raked and bagged all the moss that was knocked off). The company warranties the work and effectiveness of the retardant for 5 years. The crew was friendly and very respectful of my home, my property, and myself. The price was well worth the peace of mind - knowing that moss won't shorten the lifespan of my shingles and roof. I would highly recommend this company and the service they provide.
