Warren and his team came in exactly when we needed them, and got the job done! We discovered there was a roof leak and they worked efficiently to get everything fixed to the best of their ability! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with servpro. I had a significant water leak in my kitchen. Warren Ruiz and Luciano came out the same day and started mitigating the damage. They were very prompt and treated my home with respect. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Eric & Luciano were the best part of this whole experience that I was otherwise unhappy with. When I finally got my things back, 2 months later, these two men unloaded a TON of boxes, were sweet and kind the whole time & didn't go crazy when I asked them for the millionth time if that was the last box. Do not recommend. Warren was amazing in the beginning. My basement flooded. But after initial walk thru, sent me pictures of a leak that wasnt there(actually the lever for water was turned causing water to of course leak). So I notified my insurance something weird was going on. Also they had fans set up for almost 2 wks without pulling up floor to actually dry. My insurance company requested a plumbers report which came back great, no leaks. Told my insurance i wanted to go thru someone else. Im now with Kustom. My insurance is negotiating to pay them less. Their bill was over $6300 (for running fans for about 10 days) when original estimate was for a little over $8000 for EVERYTHING. My original review was good because Servepro asked me to do review the first day. After going thru the process, I quickly needed to change it.

I was in need of some help to move furniture that was large and needed protected. Eddie and Luciano came and did an expert job in protecting the furniture and loading it in a trailer.
I would highly recommend ServPro for all your restoration needs. Eddie and Luciano were very professional. The manager, Chris Warren, scheduled them. They were on time, calling ahead to let me know their time of arrival. Moreover, they were on budget.

From our first conversation to the installation of our gutters… wonder experience!! Their customer service is outstanding!! We were a little nervous about getting gutters as we have an unusual roof line and didn’t want the gutter to be the first thing people saw when they looked at our home… They did so much better than we ever could have imagined!!

Courteous, quick installation of gutters on my whole house. We were so happy, we decided to hire them for our rental too. Low pressure sale and by far the most affordable estimate we received. We were really happy to be able to use a local company.

When we first moved to the Tricities our home didn’t have gutters. We were new to the area so we didn’t know who to hire to install gutters.
Unfortunately at the time we didn’t know anything about the “10 Points to Hiring the Correct Contractor” that Gutter Kings Construction believes in. We ended up hiring a company recommended by a realtor.
Over time we noticed the gutters were leaking behind the gutters. Also we didn’t ask about having some kind of gutter leaf guards installed either.
Scott from Gutter Kings Construction was recommended to us. We called Kerri at Gutter Kings Construction to see if Scott was available to come out and see if some kind gutter leaf guards could be installed on our existing gutters. Scott advised that our gutters were a facia type gutter and there wasn’t a recommended solution for those type of gutters. Scott advised that in order to fix the leaking gutters and have gutter leaf guards installed it would be best to remove the old leaking gutters and install new ones that would accept gutter leaf guards.
We did our research after that and found there really wasn’t any gutter leaf guards that would work with our existing gutters.
We eventually called Kerri and asked if Scott could come back and give us an estimate to remove our old leaking gutters that usually were filled with leaves and required getting up on a ladder many times each year to clean them out.
Scott came out and did a comprehensive survey of our existing gutters and pointed out the improperly placed downspouts that were directing water near our homes foundation as well. Scott went back to the office and latter that same day Kerri emailed us a comprehensive written estimate to perform the work to remove the existing leaking gutters and install new gutters with gutter leaf guards. We had previously looked at customer reviews and completed job site photos of Gutters Kings Construction work and we decided to hire them.
Kerri called and let us know when the next opening on the schedule was.
When that day arrived they sent out Trent to remove the old leaking gutters and Scott cleaned up the old gutters on the yard and hauled them away.
At that point Trent showed us what the previous gutter installers from the other company had done that caused all the leaking gutter problems and the damage that had been done to our roof flashing.
I asked Trent if I needed to get a new roof installed to repair the problem.
Trent said no that he had a solution that would redirect the water away from all the damaged roof flashing caused by the previous installers from the other company.
