Came to buy a water heater. Ask for assistance so we could schedule a deliver and installation. Had two people say they will have someone come, one came back and said he is on his way. 15 minutes later, a no show. So we just left. Customer service is crap, do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's.

had a great experience with Apollo Heating & Air, specifically with Nick, who came out to take a look at our aging system. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed to even make the call since our unit is on its last legs and we’re not quite ready financially to replace it yet—but Nick completely understood and made me feel comfortable right away. He explained that our system uses older refrigerant, which does cost more, but also walked me through options for a new unit when the time is right. Surprisingly, the quote for a replacement was much more reasonable than I expected. In the meantime, he recharged the system and had me turn it on. Right away, he noticed a noise that my family and I had honestly just gotten used to. Within about 10 minutes, he made an adjustment to the air handler and completely fixed it—something that felt like magic to us! For just a few hundred dollars, our AC is back up and running strong and should last us at least another year. What really stood out was how Nick listened to our situation and worked within it. He was understanding, efficient, and solution-focused from start to finish. This was our third time having the system serviced, and by far the best experience we’ve had. We’ll definitely be calling Nick and Apollo again when it’s time to install a new system. Highly recommend!
