I can’t say enough positive about Birch’s Lawn Care. Chuck and his team are professional, prompt do quality work for a very fair price. If you need anything regarding your landscape don’t hesitate to give them a call

I was very excited to work with this company to get some cleanup done on my property. I initially contacted the company on their website, and Chuck was quick to respond and sell me on a fertilizer for my lawn, with the promise to come and give me a quote for landscaping and cleanup. Unfortunately that never happened. They performed the fertilizer treatment, took my money, and I didn’t hear from Chuck again until today, 2 weeks later, telling me he couldn’t help me. This was after multiple inquiries from me asking if this was still going to happen. I should have cut my losses sooner and contacted a different company. I cannot recommend this company on the basis of not performing work, and extremely poor communication.

We are from out of town and ran over a small valve cover in the road. We were waiting for AAA to come and two amazing men from Birch's stopped to help.they were friendly and great men. I would use your services just based on the awesomeness of your staff!

Ive used Birch's Lawn Care for my weekly yard maintenance. Never had any issues. Yes I do recommend hiring them if you are in need of maintaining a beautiful lawn!

Eric & James from Birch’s are awesome. They show up weekly, on time and communicate when the lawn needs something in addition to the regular lawn service. I highly recommend Birch’s and if possible I’d request these two to do the maintenance on your lawn.

Chuck is the nicest guy that I've never met! He's fully digital and very responsive to any online requests via email and any app that he is on. I set up weekly mow service for the season and he always showed up on time and did the job properly and cleaned up. If there was a delay (rarely) he always communicated that. He also does my sprinkler blowouts.

Billing was through email and it couldn't have been easier to pay. I would definitely recommend him for lawn service in the Tri-Cities.

My parents were out of town for a couple weeks. The guy we had taking care of the lawn flaked so we needed a quick substitute. Birch stepped in and cleaned up the whole yard and even took pictures we could show our parents to ease their minds. Very happy with the service.

Birch's provided me with consistently good lawn care! Issues (weeds, crabgrass, etc) were effectively and readily handled. The regular lawn crew were personal, responsible, nice, and always did quality weekly work!!

He responded to my inquiry for help almost immediately and was able to come out to my house within a day! He treated my lawn amazingly and my yard has never looked better! Birch's is a reliable, trusted lawn care company that has taken remarkable care of our lawn for many years. They are very reasonably priced, deliver outstanding customer service, and help make our lawn "shine," and that really enhances our enjoyment of the property. Recommend without hesitation!

(1) What a mess! Disappointed with Lawn Aeration Service – A Lesson to learn that the whole yard had thousand ton of unsightly plugs scattered all over the grasses after the service was done. The owner claimed that those plugs are having nutrients. It really looked awful, like my lawn had been stomped on by a herd of animals. They become harden even after two rains and so difficult to clean them with lawn mower. It is impossible to decompose naturally
any time soon. The final result looks far from acceptable. The owner should offer the cleanup option in price quote description for removal.

(2) The grass cutting agreement had been canceled soon after first mow. Because the jobs were roughly done with uneven cutting, missed areas, lack of attention to details and did not trim along all the garden bed edges at all which we could not believe with our own eyes. Poor workmanship.

Response to owner:
(1) Not truthful. The owner had never informed me anything about plugs, he did write about marking the sprinkler heads with flags in the quote description. That was all.

(2) The date for cutting grass service showed sunny and warm. The ground was dry not muddy at all. As a professional owner, he should look into it without taking side of his own employees. Your guys did lousy jobs for this service.
What we got was low standard workmanship, nothing overstated.

A first class lawn care service. Great attention to customers, nice proactive communication, friendly techs. I give them the credit for the beauty of our lawn. When we moved in the backyard in particular was perhaps more weeds than grass. Birch’s treatments flipped that until - as we move out, I can’t see a weed out there. Thank you!

I used Birch's Lawn Care for pest control.

Chuck is very professional. Very communicative. Chuck showed me what he will be using, and walked the property with me. We went over some problem areas with pests, and then he went to work. Done in about 30-45 minutes. No mess, and all nests cleaned up!

I will definitely be utilizing himagain.
