We have always done business with them since we moved here 4 years ago and I find them to be very helpful and reasonably priced. Also the staff is very friendly and responsive. Products and good quality also. We really like them.

Employees have 0 concern about blowing debris and dirt all over cars that are parked at a business.
when i parked my freshly washed car today i had no idea heritage was going to show up and blow sidewalk dirt at 100mph all over my car. and when confronted, was just business as usual for them and told me to move along. few businesses i wish to disappear, but this is one. just know if you hire heritage, their employees care not 1 iota about other peoples property

Our HOA has had multiple landscape contractors & Heritage is by far the WORST!! This company was by far the most expensive option, but was chosen because we were promised a hands off approach. That couldn’t be farther from the experience we have had. We continuously have broken sprinklers, large dead grass areas, snow removal not done in a timely manner, and the list goes on & on. The HOA board has asked for management to come to a meeting and answer residents questions/concerns for several months, their management has refused.
Our HOA & it’s residents would never again hire this company. Once our contract is up we will definitely not renew.

It's so nice to actually call a business and have the person you talk to be; happy that your calling (not act like you are bothering them), cheerful, and helpful. Heritage delivered a ton of high quality Top Soil, Pine Bark, and Sand. Laurie was very helpful in scheduling the delivery and working with me to get the proper materials coordinated. Kevin is a professional when it comes to transport and delivery, and was kind enough to lend me a tarp to help keep it separated. Exceptional service! I will be working with them again!

Great company - our experience was 5 star! Finally found a landscaping company that listens, responds AND delivers on-time! They showed up early, did exactly as we asked, responded immediately to extra requests and completed the job quickly! Very impressed and pleased with their work! Definitely recommend! 👏🏻🙌🏻⭐️

Mount's Lock & Key, and several of us personally, have used Heritage for years. They have always been a great company to do buisness with. The employees are always friendly and courteous. When we needed rock or dirt delivered it was always prompt and hassle free. Thank you guys for being such a great company and providing quality service!

Put a request for landscaping and patio quote from this business! I did receive a call and an appointment. The gentleman showed up not prepared at all. Asked me to email him the dimensions of my house and property and he would come back to measure everything! What hell did you come to my house if you are not going to give me a quote for my job. I sent him over the information he needed via email and then the company ghosted me! I guess my job was not big enough for them to give me a quote. I do not recommend this company at all and I will never do business with them again. I found a better company and they actually started doing work that I requested.

We contacted Heritage for playground chips for under our kid's play set. They were very accommodating and great at communicating back and forth with me. The driver contacted me directly to discuss the delivery, and time changes. Overall I was extremely pleased with my experience with Heritage and would use their services for future needs.

I have always received professional service from Heritage. I have spoke with Laurie many times on the phone over the last couple of years to get bulk materials delivered. Kevin is always the one that delivers and always professional and engaging on what ever project we are working on at the time. I will use Heritage again and again for all my bulk material needs.

I had some landscaping rock delivered. Driver Kevin is amazing. On time, friendly, and professional. He always makes sure he drops the load exactly where I want it. Thank you.
Laurie, in the office, is tremendous to work with. She works with me to schedule my delivery to match my schedule. Unlike other delivery services that I’ve used who give a 4 hour window of delivery, Heritage gives you a to the minute delivery time. Greatly appreciated.

Would love to comment about Heritage's service but I got none. In my opinion, the word "Professional" does not belong in the name of this business. Asked them to come out and give me an estimate on revamping my landscaping because some of the foliage had died and we wanted to change some stuff. Asked for some kind of plan and an estimate. They are right in my neighborhood and thought I would give them a shot and maybe change my yearly lawn/landscape maintenance provider if they were good. Afterall the last one let the bushes die. Jeremy came out and looked over the job and said he would get back with a plan and estimate. That was early July. After a couple of weeks he came back and said he thought the area should be treated for the pests that killed the bushes first and then sent an estimate for the treatment. It was REALLY cleared he was stalling for time. I said it was a good idea but I wanted to do the whole job with one provider so please give me a plan/estimate for the whole job. Nine days later, nothing. Sent an email asking about the plan, Jeremy said would have something the next week probably. Ten days later, nothing. No communication saying he was working on it. No communication saying they can't do it right now. Nothing. I sent an email telling them to forget it.

Heritage-Professionalism means communication and follow through with your customers. You lost a potential long term customer.

UPDATE: Please note the company's response below. True to form, I was not contacted that day nor have I been contacted to date, two businesses days later. It would seem that response was an attempt to appear to be responsive to negative feedback, but in the end, Heritage doesn't really care about potential customers and doesn't really care about being "Professional".

HOA pays them to mow, landscape, and remove leaves at our place.Their guys intentionally blow leaves into my patio for us to deal with instead of removing them. I’ve asked them to stop, but it continues. Terrible, lazy service. I’d rate zero stars if l could. Every time they come through I’m left with a mess.

I called and spoke to Laurie for the purpose of getting some decorative bark for our yard...not a particularly big job. Notwithstanding the fact that it was not a big job, the level of customer service was excellent. And Kevin, the delivery person, was every bit as professional and personable. It was a pleasure to deal with them. They are wonderful representatives of Heritage.

My husband and I are very happy with the outcome of the landscaping. They built
a fire pit area with retaining wall, leveled grass area and added sod, edged, and installed a meandering creek bed. After getting bids and meeting with three companies we know without a doubt we made the right choice by choosing to have Heritage do our landscaping. We worked with Matt to come up with the design and he was very patient while we revised the plan multiple times and even added on last minute. Matt was easy to work with and we appreciated his flexibility and professionalism.

Also the crew that was here working, Daniel, Andy, Eric and Jaime was excellent. They were hardworking, professional, and respectful. They are excellent at what they do and if we need something adjusted or added in the future we would request they be the crew that was sent.

We would choose heritage again if we wanted more landscaping or to add anything.

[Lawn care pros are amazing, not the issue]. The issue I have is the wait time to get some one out to fix my sprinklers. Requested a follow up and the soonest they could get someone out was 4weeks. Dead grass later... they fixed it. ---------- I'm a disabled vet and can't do it myself. ---------
It was a bit disheartening explaining this to the Scheduler and being brushed aside. So 5 stars for the work they do, and 1 for the wait time, 3 avg.

One year later----Review follow up- i need to find a new company, Heritage is too busy as I have to wait weeks to get someone out at the beginning of sprinkler season. No calls from mngmt when requested- NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY

I called with an irrigation emergency, and Diego came out right away! He gave us a cost effective solution for our issue and was extremely nice! He was also very good at explaining what was going on and what we need to do in the future to prevent the issue from happening again. I highly recommend this friendly and helpful company

This is my second time using one of their products, this time I ordered bulk river rock. Their price is cheaper than the others. It wasn’t my first choice because the rock that I wanted is almost out and I need 3 yards max. Laurie helped me decide which rock would be a perfect replacement and was patient with me. The delivery day and time was also convenient to me and they were in a right time frame that I was expecting my order would come. The driver drop my 3 yards of river rock in a neat manner, it wasn’t scattered nor occupied the whole 3rd spot of our driveway. I will definitely recommend this business to my friends.

Nick helped us with the design and the installation crew was excellent. We had a positive experience from start to finish. They did exactly what they said that they would do. We look forward to using them in the future for sure.

We hired Heritage to do the landscaping on our new construction home in Cle Elum (Suncadia). They were great at communicating, making recommendations, getting the work done timely and were easy to work with. The design and work done far exceeded our expectations! We are extremely happy to have chosen Heritage and could not recommend them more.

Had Nick from Heritage Landscaping come out for a design plan for our front yard. They work well with A Rock Placing Co. and coordinated with their schedule to make sure everything was done smoothly. They got the job done as planned and then some. Very pleasant and easy to work with! Will continue to use them for all our landscaping needs.
