TLC was very prompt. They were able to fit me in within a few days. The bushes were very bushy and they were able to trim them back very nicely. And clean up was great. I so appreciated the quick response and friendly service

A few of our sprinklers stopped working in the heat of the summer. Trent promptly came out and fixed the issue and then he reprogrammed all our sprinklers so they work perfectly. He explained to use that there will be alittle overspray on the concrete, due to the wind factor or the pressure from irrigation!!!! Will be using him and recommend him to all my friends. If you are unsure about who is handling your lawn service, give tic a call and you will be satisfied with their service!

Trent and his team have done a great job managing the property at our nursing home. Anytime we have an urgent request for repairing a water line, putting ice melt down, or adjusting sprinklers, TLC comes right away and gets things resolved.

I have been working with Trent and TLC for years for our landscaping needs at several multifamily properties. They are very reliable and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with large or small properties!

Trey’s gave what I thought was a reasonable quote but did not give enough specifics and did not do the job correctly.
There was a long delay before they could start the work.
Then they tried to sell a maintenance program to correct the work that was not done correctly.

We have used TLC for over 2 years and have had exemplary service at a great price! They are responsive and let us know about issues on the property since we are out of state. Can't recommend them enough!

Trent, the owner of TLC installs and removes our Christmas lights each year for our home, then stores the lights in the off season. This is a fantastic service that he provides. But, I want to give a special shout out to Trent for providing a wonderful service for us that has nothing to do with Christmas lights or landscaping services. We have VERY tall flagpole next to our home and the American flag we were flying became ripped and got entangled in top of the flagpole. We contacted Trent to see if he would be able to untangle the flag so I could replace it with a new one. Much to our surprise, not only did he remove the old torn flag but installed a brand new flag in its place…all without being asked. Now that’s what we call excellence service. We can highly recommend TLC Landscaping based on the excellent service we have been provided over the years.

Trent (owner), TLC Landscape & his employee caused damage to my grass & driveway when they failed to properly adjust sprinklers in both my front & back yards leaving areas of dead grass. Then, accused me of killing my grass with roundup—grass I spend inordinate amounts of time and money caring for and do not use Roundup on. Many people with yards use Roundup for weed care in their gravel—it’s commonly sold & used. I use it responsibly on weeds in gravel & am so disturbed by the grilling Trent Brown gave me, the weeds he tried to steal from my yard in an area of gravel that was spot treated next to a fence nowhere close to the foot-long strip of grass he obviously killed with an improper sprinkler adjustment, the hole he dug out of the dead grass to “test” for roundup, the filming/recording of me on his phone w/o my permission in violation of law. Beware, Trent is recording you. Trent and TLCLandscaping should not treat customers that way. I saw in reviews another customer had dead grass & issues with sprinklers. It was then very uncomfortable when Trent played on my sympathy by swearing on his wife & children’s lives that he’d never had another customer complain about sprinkler adjustments/dead grass as I did. I checked reviews & that was not true. I would not have left a negative review until he refused to properly fix the issues & I saw that he lied to me re: the negative review. He caused me so much stress over the adjustment of my sprinklers and then tried to make me feel like it was my fault that there was a problem. Do yourself a favor & choose another company. I am not insinuating that these things were done intentionally, however, they did happen and are the responsibility of TLC and Trent Brown who refuses to make resolve. When you choose a company, you want the confidence that if something does go sideways that they will step up and make it right. That was not my experience with TLC landscape or Trent Brown.

I hired legacy Landscape to install sod. They were on time did a fantastic job.

I filled out their request for a quote and over 2 weeks later Nathan called to schedule a time. He said he’d be here between 2-4pm on a specific day and he never showed up. I waited and made sure my schedule allowed it only to be blown off. The one time I did talk to him on the phone it sounded like he was sleeping and could care less about my business. It was the most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever been on. Not giving him anymore chances.

I've relied on Legacy Lawn and Landscape for multiple projects throughout the years and every time they are punctual, they do great work and they are on budget. I've had sod installed, tons of arborvitae, flowers and shrubs planted, drip lines ran, metal fencing installed, hardscaping, curbing and walking paths poured... every time he's knocked it out the park. I gladly suggest Nathan and his team to anybody who asks.

Legacy handled our landscaping upgrades very well and we are extremely pleased. It included a new gravel area, grading and sod removal. Nathan and the crew at legacy were prompt they gave me an estimate the day I called for a quote. The price was lower than the other bids we received, and they were able to fit me in the following week. Everything turned out 1st class and the crew was very nice to work with. Now we can't wait to start using our newly created landscape.
