Henry was so helpful in getting our sprinkler system back up and running. He even replaced a problem Orbit sprinkler with a Rain Bird that will stop water flow, immediately when called to do so, despite the grade/slope of our yard. All of our zones now run as they should, and we no longer have water continuing to flow from that one sprinkler head. Henry was friendly, and I greatly appreciated his help.

Very disappointed and frustrated in this service. Initial install of new device never worked properly. One return visit past the install was eventually made by a technician who was not successful and said they would send out an electrician. No electrician ever showed up. We have called 4 different times throughout the summer to convey the new system was still not functioning properly, and every time we were told to expect a technician within a day or two. We have been making repeated requests for follow up service with no response other than initial assurance that someone would be out in a day or so. Regretting that we paid our bill in full as perhaps we would have more leverage for a return visit.

Jesse's did a big landscaping job for us and we couldn't be more impressed. The communication was excellent throughout the project. The team members were always extremely helpful, professional and on time. They even accommodated my changes that came up last minute. Highly recommend.

Tyler and his crew did a great job on the installation of our front gardens low voltage night lighting system.

Jesse's had previously done the night lighting system in the grounds behind the cottage and it turned out so lovely that we decided to hire his crew for the work on the front gardens betwixt the cottage and the street.

My wife and I were, at first, just looking to replace the ever-dying, underpowered and weather dependent solar path lights in the front rock gardens, but as we discussed our concerns with Tyler, he made additional suggestions of lighting up one face of the cottage, which otherwise was a dark corner of the property, as well a lighting up sections of the natural rock walls, which now look absolutely stunning in a most natural and desirable way due mainly to Tyler's suggestions and the skillful implementations thereof.

We also elected to have spot lights on the two large Blue Alaskan Weeping Ceders, one at the North end and one at the south end of the property which Tyler implemented with simply spectacuar effect.

Tyler's knowledge of outdoor lighting, his ability to offer suggestions in an approachable manner, as well as the efficiency of his work crew, caused us to be grateful for his availability and customer service skills.

We highly recommend Tyler and his crew for the installation of outdoor low voltage night lighting systems, so much so that we have given Tyler permission to use us as a referral for any other interested parties.

Horrible driver - License plate 30869AB. Went through a roundabout without yielding and cut me off so I had to slam on my breaks. Cut me off in a truck pulling a trailer too when I drive a tiny car.

We’ve been loyal customers of Jesse’s for three years and never had a problem until this season. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

They sent out a technician who did not know how to turn on our irrigation system. He spent almost two hours turning it on and repairing one line but then told us, “You have broken heads, but I don’t have time to fix them. Someone else will have to come out.” Weeks passed and no one followed up. When I called, I was told the job was marked as complete. They eventually sent out someone from the landscaping crew, but the work still wasn’t finished.

When I called again, instead of resolving the issue, I was essentially accused of lying and asked to go outside and mark all the broken heads myself with flags — a task I felt was part of the service I was already paying for. After canceling that third attempt, they began sending me bills.

I agreed to pay the first bill, even though I felt two hours of labor just to start the irrigation system was excessive(nothing wa broken l, the pump just had to be primed). I also agreed to pay for parts and labor for the second visit but reasonably asked them to waive the second service call fee since it was for the same job that was never completed in the first place. They refused and then sent the bill to collections despite my multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly.

I have always supported local businesses, but the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service in this situation has been extremely disappointing.

Jesse and his crew came and installed a putting green in our back yard and it turned out amazing. We had a tug it schedule for install and his guys stayed late and came early to get it done. Would highly recommend using them. We are already planning projects for next spring.

I worked with Jarrod and the crew this summer to do a project on my front yard. It involved ripping out some large bushes/plants and putting in some concrete and generally just upping the curb appeal. The before and after pictures are amazing! I absolutely love their work. Would recommend them.

Tyler and his team at Jesse’s Lawn Maintenance were very easy to work with. Their attention to every detail and their communication throughout the process was exceptional. 5 stars for Jesse's Landscaping. Tyler was responsive, thorough and thoughtful in designing our landscape. The crew was exceptional, on time, professional hard working and clearly enjoyed their work. Crew leader Junior was an excellent leader and went beyond expectations in responsiveness and customer focus. On theme and in budget. They weren't the lowest bidder but their reputation, Tyler and Jesse's engagement with 40 years in the business made the difference. I recommend them highly.

Tyler and the entire crew were wonderful from beginning to end! Tyler's professionalism and understanding of the job that my husband and I wanted done was spot on. We have been using Jesse’s for a few years now. When we remodeled a house we just bought, we found out that the sprinkler system was not functioning as well as we hoped and they designed and installed a brand new system for us. We then had them come and install for us a brick paver patio and fireplace along with additional plant landscaping and it turned out great. They just recently installed for us a new driveway in front of our garage with brick pavers that perfectly match the ones they installed on our patio and they seamlessly flow together! The crew along with our contact, Tyler Gamache, did a great job. They stayed in close contact and they were professional and friendly, all things that are hard to find in a landscaper nowadays! Highly recommend and will be using them for all future commercial and residential projects!

Carlos showed up on time and very professional. He and his team did an amazing job moving sprinkler, removing grass, digging 4x4x4 feet hole in my yard and adding some 3/8 minus rocks into the hole and on the side of my house/driveway. He made my yard look amazing. He is so prompt and got the job done in 3 days. I’am so happy with their service and will use them again next time I need any landscaping done in the future… I didn’t deal with him personally it was my dad David who dealt with him but I see them doing the job and getting things done because I have camera system installed around my house… while I was at work I was still able to see them work on my yard… my dad is very impressed with their work, since I needed this project done sooner than later. When I saw Eden Landscaping and Tree Service working on my neighbor’s property and viewed the incredible results I talked with Carlos immediately. He and his crew came over at the beginning of the next week when they not only trimmed our trees and adjusted our sprinklers, but tackled a several years long buildup of saplings growing in the small space between our backyard fence and that of our neighbors. Such a professional and quality driven crew! We will continue to use their services and recommend Eden to anyone who wishes a healthy and beautiful yard.

I loved working with Eden Landscaping. After a less-than-satisfactory experience with another landscaper, I was skeptical of finding a landscaper that would do the job I wanted. Carlos, the president of Eden, was wonderful to work with. Classy, professional, prepared, and easy to talk to in discussing what I wanted and forthcoming with ideas. His crew was equally exceptional: on-time, hardworking, and meticulous in their execution of the job, which included removing a large tree and grinding the stump, removing a large limb from another tree, removing weed-contaminated soil from approximately 2,000 square feet of garden area, placing plastic, yard fabric, and crushed rock, placing curbing, adding irrigation lines, and installing sod where I had lost a large tree last fall. They did the job in the time they said they would, and Carlos checked-in on every step. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

We consider ourselves VERY lucky to have found Eden Landscaping and Carlos Ramirez through friends. The original landscaping services contracted by our Kennewick builder left us with sinkholes in property, drainage issues, low-grade sod, grass a good 4” below the patio edges, etc. We are senior citizens and need a safe place to walk and a yard that won’t wash down the hill when it rains. We found the right man to fix it all in Carlos Ramirez. He and his crew removed sod, carted in and packed down large amounts of dirt, leveled the yard, built a completely new retaining wall on the north and east sides of our property, installed a paver path around the house from patio to driveway to patio, built three stone-surrounded planter boxes in front, planted new quality sod, etc. His crew worked hard and were neat and pleasant every day. We believe Carlos’s ethics are what impressed us the most. When placing drywells in our property, he found a sinkhole 6 feet long. Original landscaper created a similar hole nearby but simply didn’t know how to deal with it. Carlos showed us the new hole, dug out the entire area, filled it with new dirt and packed it down before going forward with the project. We are extremely happy with the end result and would be happy to recommend Eden Landscaping and Carlos Ramirez to anyone needing quality yardwork.

Contacted Eden for help with multiple arborvitae, and within the week was able to schedule an estimate, setup a removal time, and have it executed. Carlos and his team were professional, responsive, timely, and extremely efficient. We are thankful for their efforts and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Carlos and his team from Eden Landscaping did an incredible job landscaping my front and back yard! My yard was a jungle of overgrown arborvitae’s, trees and crabgrass creeping onto the street. They took down the old trees, ground the stumps and gave me a clean slate to create a new landscape. They designed a yard full of beautiful trees, shrubs and new sod that’s a paradise for me to enjoy. Carlos and his hardworking team also installed a sprinkler system and a fence for me.
