We have used Smooth Moves five times now and every time I'm impressed with the professionalism of the movers and staff. They are quick and careful with every job- big or small!

Kelby and Jason did a great job for us, moving a really heavy massage chair and setting up 4 heavy file cabinets on rolling carts in our garage. They were on time, really professional and got the job done in less time that we expected. It was a great experience.

I recently purchased a home thru Century 21, and 5 hours with Smooth Moves was included in the purchase. I originally thought I would have to purchase additional time, but the crew was very efficient, showed up on time, and very friendly. They were able to load and unload in the allotted 5 hours, leaving no additional costs out of my pocket. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Great job!!

Super happy with our experience! Tré, Darien, and Josh were very efficient with such positive attitudes. They quickly got our stuff out of our 2nd-story apartment and into our new home, that we paid half of what we were expecting to pay. I highly recommend using this company to move your heavy items and saving your own back in the process!

We had Smooth Moves move us to Idaho. Everyone was Great! Zane was very professional and quoted our move quickly. He then followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. Matt also was professional and supervised the move. Tim was the lead when the loading of the trucks was in process. He knew what he was doing and the others listened to him without question. Levi, Santos, Dan, Gabe and James were all very respectful and polite. All of these guys worked very hard and without complaint about our very heavy furniture. Everyone of the guys that helped with our move were just awesome!

Dan, Deandre and Santos with Smooth Moves moved me from a rental property into my new home at the end of September. They were professional, courteous, and hard workers. The job was done well, and everything arrived in good condition. I was very pleased with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

I used Smooth Moves before and they were great. so I scheduled them again. This time they were horrible. The coordinator at Smooth Moves was not good at communicating with me after I signed the contract. I got very short notice that my stuff would be picked up a day early (and put in storage for more than a week) and therefore I was not ready. The packing and loading happened on one day with 6 or so moving staff and very was chaotic. The Smooth Moves crew was professional and respectful but they handled my stuff roughly. I haven’t unboxed a lot of things but have discovered lots of disappointing damage. They did not tape boxes as requested and lots of boxes arrived upside down. Probably half the boxes were damaged. They apparently put heavy boxes on boxes marked fragile. I have moved a dozen times and the packing and loading by Smooth Moves was by far the worst experience by far.

Update to my previous review: This is the third time our family has used Smooth Moves and we will definitely use them again! This time we moved my father from his home that he had lived in for the last 40 years to my home and put most of the rest of his belongings in storage. We needed help packing and moving. On our initial visit, Zane gave us great tips in how to direct the team on what would go to storage and what would go to our home - which helped immensely. He also was very helpful in estimating the size storage we would need to rent. The first day Colby, Santos and Alex packed the entire day. It was hard work as my Dad had stuff in every spare inch of the house and the garage - but by some miracle they got it all done. The next day when we moved Ivan, James, Santos and Alex loaded everything up in two trucks and delivered everything to the storage and our home. They used the utmost care in moving everything, but especially the antiques that are dear to my father's heart. There was no damage to either of our homes and every box I opened was thoughtfully and carefully packed. I have a heart full of gratitude for everyone at Smooth Moves who made this transition for my father go so well!

This moving company consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best moving care possible. When my husband and I moved 4 years ago and were delayed with getting the key to our new home, they did everything they could with their schedule to stay flexible and help us through a difficult transition. More recently when we needed help moving a few heavy pieces of furniture at my father's home during his remodel - again they went out of their way to provide help on very short notice. This is a company that truly cares. Their employees are respectful, fast working and careful with our furniture and our home. They take the stress out of moving.

Tre and Jason did an amazing job on my recent move. They were friendly and professional, showed up on time and were able to cut our estimated move time of four hours down to two and a half which saved me quite a bit of money and with no damage to any of my belongings. I highly recommend this company for anyone planning a move.

We went with Smooth Moves because we were gifted 5 hours of their time by our real-estate company. They were fine. I belive James was the man heading up the operation. He was quick and communicative and gentle with our things. They other two gentleman who were working with him were often on their phone and moving as slowly as possible. We have used other movers previously and this was definitely below average.

We used Smooth Moves to unload our U-Haul truck, they did a fantastic job! They were on time, Teddy & Zaevion were very professional and welcomed us to the area. They handled our items with care! We are definitely using Smooth Moves to unload our storage unit and assist us in completing our move.

Smooth Moves is a freaking mazing! If I could give higher than a 5-star rating, I certainly would! I needed help moving some things from my parent's home into storage for the home to be sold after I lost my precious momma. James and Johnathan were gold! They were kind, respectful, compassionate of my situation, efficient, and most importantly careful with my parent's things. I hired an expensive moving company to move my dad into an assisted living community, and that cost us thousands, if I had known about how wonderful and amazing Smooth Moves was, I certainly would have saved a ton of heartache! Unlike the other company, these guys were on time, used their time efficiently, were polite, and took great care of the precious stuff having to be moved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart James and Jonathan for all your work. You two were amazing!

We used Smooth Moves during a home remodel. We had them move our furniture out of the house into a storage container, and back into the home once the project was complete. They took care to protect everything. They were courteous and very professional. Zane was accessible to schedule our move and answer questions. He was very nice to work with. Lionel and Jeffrey, our movers did a fantastic job. The job is charged by the hour and they worked quickly and didn't waste time. The entire experience was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend Smooth Moves for any moving project you have.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company first of all they quoted me at 3 hours to move my stuff 15 min up the road a 1 bedroom apt not much to move the guys where so slow took many breaks on the clock and it turned out to be over 5 hours to move all my stuff so a $300 move turned into over $800 dollars on top of that they broke my king size bed frame and tried to tell me it was already broken when they tried to move it after back and forth emails with the owner he told me that he would only give me $105 to replace it for a solid oak king bed frame I would honestly give them a 0-10 but a 1 was the worst I could give them please please save your money and your stuff and go with someone else

Smooth Moves was able to remove every piece of furniture from my parents house so they could get new carpet installed. Thank included a Sleep Number Bed and HUGE, HEAVY pieces. His crew knocked it and returned as soon as the carpet was done to put everything back in its place.

My parents are hard to impress but because of the hands-on style of the GM, Zane, they were so happy with how smoothly it all went. Minimal disruption, great communication and excellent customer service!

10/10 recommend! The dates for our move in changed multiple times but Smooth Moves worked with us on the moving date without any problems. The worked FAST and that’s important for a business that charges by the hour. They took care of our items moving them out and into our new place. All of the movers were professional and hard working. Use these guys! You won’t regret it - best decision we made during our home buying process.

This was my first time using a moving company and I’m so happy we did! Smooth Moves was absolutely wonderful. They were quick and efficient and very careful with our things and homes. The communication was clear and easy and anytime I had a question it was answered right away. Appreciate the hard work the guys put in for our two day move. Not planning to move again anytime soon but would definitely use Smooth Moves again! Big shout out to James, Teddy, Tre, Jason, and Alex!! And also thanks to Zane for managing it well!
