I have never had a move go so smoothly.(No Pun Intended) ! Jayden and Javier were very professional. And very hard workers. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend Smooth Moves to anyone who is moving to give them a call. Thank you Jayden and Javier.

Teddy and Jeremiah were fabulous! I needed some muscle to help move furniture out of a 2 story house and into a mobile storage unit. They did great job were friendly, helpful and played and excellent game of Tetris getting everything loaded into the unit with room to spare. I will be using them again when its time to move!

Smooth Moves did an excellent job with our in town move. The movers worked hard and took care of our belongings. We have heavy machinery that required a lift gate, the guys were able to handle it with no issues. There was a tiny mistake on our invoice that was cleared up with the office right away.

Zane was absolutely incredible for the price walk through. On time, kind, fantastic pricing. The movers did an exceptional job ensuring everything was transported safely, put in its proper place and even took down my garbage cans and helped move a couch I couldn't lift. My parents used them a decade ago, referred me to them and I couldn't be more grateful. Exceptional company.

Smooth Moves moved me from Richland to Olympia on July 23, 2025 and they were excellent. The crew was Teddy, Jack, and Don. They had to offload two different places in Olympia, and were very efficient. The price was excellent. The service was good And I would recommend them to anyone

I used Smooth Moves for a local move from Richland to Kennewick. Zane did the estimate and he was very thorough and professional. Teddy, Dom, and Howie did the move and they were fantastic. They were on time, very professional and very careful with our furnishings and ensuring they were no damages. They handled a large screen TV on both ends without incident. They also installed a washer and dryer. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I need anything moved.

Do NOT use this company!!! They are careless and very rude! A ton of my furniture was damaged and they really did not care. They placed my lawnmower (vertically) up against my kingsize mattress and allowed the residual gas and oil to leak out, in which it ruined my bed. They also put my sectional couch on top of my bicycle and broke my headboard.

I had 6 men and I felt as if I was babysitting a bunch of 12 year olds while they were loading my truck. Do yourself a favor, use a different company!!!

Smooth Moves moved my parents out of their long-time home near Hood River, OR to Kennewick, WA. Our moving team was efficient and personable. They took great care with all of our possessions. We had several large items including a grandfather clock and three china cabinets. Everything was packed expertly and delivered safely to our new home.

Zane Lane and his team at Smooth Moves are so professional and courteous. They moved my elderly mother’s very heavy lift chair on short notice. My mom has Alzheimer’s and Smooth Moves worked well with the assisted living facility in coordinating the furniture move. Professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I definitely will recommend Smooth Moves to my friends and colleagues!

Mark and Aiden were fast and very courteous, especially with my elderly mom. They took extra care with protecting her treasured things as they loaded and unloaded the truck. Would 100% use Smooth Moves again!

These guys helped us load a 2 bedroom house into a 20’ U Haul that we drove across 3 states. When we unloaded nothing had moved at all and the movers on this side said the other guys (Smooth Moves) did a really good job. Thank you!!!!!

Teddy and Angel helped me move three couches into my home and they did a great job. They were careful while moving the couches through doorways and paid attention to details overall. Wonderful experience. Teddy and Jack were amazing. They were quick and efficient, asked questions when needed. They were friendly without being overly chatty. No damages to items. Thoughtful and good suggestions, such as taking my artwork in my car to prevent damage.
