Great service. Impressed with work. Only thing negative would say is that epoxy grout that was white in master bath did not go back to new. Other than that would use zero rez again.

Our basement family room desperately needed a clean, along with our secondhand sectional. Zerorez was easy to schedule with, and communicated ahead of time to confirm details of the job. We were served by technician Alex, who was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the best plan to clean our carpets, given the wear and tear, kids, and pets we have. He was efficient and thorough too. Great experience!

I called on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. Customer service is first rate. Josh was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. His work was thorough and our carpet is as good as new. I was glad we could tip him! Zerorez has a great employee in Josh.

Roberto H. was our technician and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was courteous, helpful, and completed the job quickly. We really appreciated the honesty and transparency as he walked us through our home showing us areas of concern and options for treatment. Great job!

Josh did an excellent job. My son’s dog had seizures in my living room, which caused him to lose control of his bladder and bowls right before he died. Josh took additional care to ensure all remnants of the waste were properly removed, including the smell. My furniture and carpet looks like new and smells fresh. I’m very pleased with the results.

Josh was very professional and pleasant. He did an amazing job cleaning our dining room chairs and all of our carpets. I would highly recommend. We will use them again.

My carpet was in bad shape. I didn't have high hopes, but holy WOW did it turn out better than I had expected! Great job and my technician was very nice and professional!

I got my air ducts cleaned with the 35% Thanksgiving special. I always hear the ads in the radio and think they are catchy and this was my first time booking a service. It was easy to book and the tech was super nice and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to see the benefits of having clean vents.

The gentleman was so efficient and professional in all discussions before he cleaned out carpets. Extremely kind and made sure we understood all the information and the services we were getting that day for our living room, family room, dining room and hallways. We left for the afternoon and he got to work. Coming home that evening felt like I walked into a brand new house. Our carpets are old and have been loved to the core with family gatherings, animals, and run around toddlers all day long. We are pleased with the cleaning Zero Rez did to clean and refreshen our home and look forward to getting our bedrooms done soon!!

I had my sofa, recliner, and 10 dining chairs cleaned! My dining chairs were so dirty. Now they look basically brand new. My tech was super kindly, friendly and very upfront! I will definitely be having Zerorez come back for my laminate flooring.

Jacob was awesome! My carpets look like they do when we moved in. A thirteen year old Pottery Barn Microfiber sectional had life breathed into it. Zerorez was awesome and Jacob truly brought the best and exceeded my expectations with his kindness and knowledge.

Tile cleaning was amazing. Grout came out clean with no isssues.

First of all, Roberto contacts me every year around the same time to schedule my yearly carpet cleaning. Which I truly appreciate it because I don't always have the time to stop and call them to schedule. He’s always very accommodating and professional. I usually hear a promo on the radio and he’s willing to apply the discounts. The tech, Alex, was really friendly and professional as well! It was raining out and he had shoe covers that he would take on and off as he would come in and out of the house. He did a great job! The carpets looked fresh and clean to start off the new year. I was extremely disappointed with my services for cleaning the bathroom tile and 4 chairs. The guy not only did a poor job, he said it couldn’t get clean if he couldn’t clean it. I took a tooth brush and was able to clean spots he missed and then I took my own carpet cleaner and was able to get more out of the chairs. He missed spots as well. I was so upset that I had his manager come look at the job. His manager said it was the best they could do and that the employee was one of their best. He offered to come back and try again after it had time to dry but still made me pay the full price before they left. I then went into my house and spent the next 2 hours cleaning up after them. My bathroom floor had a white residue left on the cabinets and floor tiles. The rugs were dirty from them dragging their hoses all over them and then having to put furniture back where they messed it up. After that I didn’t want them to come back- ever!

Riley showed up on time. Big plus. He was efficient and polite. I would use them again! They had a next day appointment so no waiting.
