I appreciated Jacob’s explanation of what he did and his thitoughness!
I went out and walked the edges of my yard, and I could tell that he sprayed the fertilizer and weed killer everywhere on my grass!

The Senske tech called to indicate our service would start the next day. Called again an hour before arrival day of. Great communication. Left a detailed analysis of his findings and recommendations.

Did not suppose to have any service done. Asked to come back another day. I don’t know why there was a sign left in my yard. There was no paperwork was left on my door so there should not have been any service done. I don’t know why I am receiving this survey

Matt was awesome. Called to let us know when he would be there and explained the whole process. When he was done he called again to let us know how it went. Unfortunately he ran afoul of a yellow jacket nest, but he persevered and completed the job. Excellent service all around.

Noel was fantastic! Met him when he drove up and HE asked me to walk him around all locations to be sprayed before starting, which I wanted to do so nothing would be missed. Then he explained the process and got to work. After 15 minutes or so he came to the door to let me know he had completed work and gave me instructions for what to look for and told me if after 3 weeks we were not satisfied with results to call and he would come and re-treat everything. Loved his positive attitude and great service.

Lane was fantastic and rescheduled for the next day when I could be home to keep my dogs in. His work and flexibility was outstanding!

Tom let us know when he would be arriving and then sprayed all areas contracted for. Very friendly and courteous.

The two gentlemen that came to finish my Christmas lighting project were kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. My house is so ready and beautiful for Christmas.

He was here less than 5 minutes. Charging $78.55 to apply maybe $5.00 worth of fertilizer. I think these prices are getting a bit greedy and thinking of getting other bids to see who is willing to be more realistic in pricing.

Service was done quickly & thoroughly. This was our first service with Senske so we’re hoping it’s a good experience. We have several neighbors using them & all the lawns look great. Our front yard is in need of some serious help; hoping this is the answer.

We were notified the day before of service. Plus two texts when Tyler was on his way. Great communication, prompt and respectful.

Zachary came up to check our lawn for fungus because we had some issues with our lawn and they weren't being taken care of as far as fungus control . He gave us his expert opinion to what fungus we had and the proper way of treating it, along with preventative measures to make sure it doesn't come back. We were absolutely satisfied with his knowledge and his expertise in solving an issue that we've been struggling with for a month. Thank you, Zachary and thank you Senske services. We hope that you will expand your range up to Moses Lake as there is a lot of need of your services out here ....thank you again.

Tom was fantastic! He even moved some toys and trash that had flown over the fence from the neighbors kids. Meticulous spraying for our vegetation treatment—thanks Tom!!

We have a new home that is 1 year old. We don't use Senske, but some of our neighbors do. Back in January on the 23rd, one of Senske's large pump trucks drove up our driveway, and tried to turn by moving forward and backward, leaving black marks and cracking the edges in 2 places. I contacted them and talked to the field supervisor Dave. He was apologetic and stated that his drivers are not allowed to back up trucks without a spotter. He said that he would talk to his drivers and make sure that didn't happen again. He would also follow up with remediation. We never heard from him again.

2 more times different drivers in Senske pick up trucks used our driveway and left marks. I could not catch them right away, however I called and left messages yet again for Dave, never heard back.

Yesterday I noticed another truck in front of my neighbors property didn't give it much thought. Again he drove up our driveway and before I could react, gunned the truck in reverse over the retaining curb, and into a ditch. He was spinning his back tires throwing rocks making a mess and I yelled at him to stop.

They had to get a tow truck and a boom truck (3 hours of blocking my driveway) to remove it. Tow driver said that the drive-line was broken and the truck gas tank was on the cement curb. Imagine if I had not stopped that kid from gunning the truck, he could have caused an explosion that would have cost Senske more than what it is going too.

So 4 times now, and we have 2 counts of trespassing, private property damage, damage to city property, and they didn't even clean up all the debris and mess they left. Pieces and parts off the truck including sharp plastic where kids could get too. I had to go out and clean it all myself.

Our neighbors next door where he was parked said that they didn't have any service from them, so not sure why he was there. If we were not home 24x7 they probably would not have even told the home owners what they did, we would have just found a mess.

trespass and vandalism of private property is serious.

Homeowners beware.

Seth was so great. He answered all of my questions and helped me with some lawn issues I have been struggling with. I appreciate him so much!
