Chris kinzer & Louis Salazar put in a retainer wall for me on my property. I am very pleased with the results. These two men were excellent. They saw everything was done the way it should be done in an orderly manner. Their workman were polite & hard workers & knew their jobs well. Overall I had a good experience hiring this company to do the job for me. The price was right . I would recommend this company to my friends anytime.

These people are huge scammers. They charged us 3 times the estimate for the work they did. Chris is either terrible at estimating or just trying to trick his customers. Miguel, the worker said he spent multiple days and many hours just to replace about 2 feet of plastic pipes with metal ones. He also had to make 3 trips to the store because he didn’t get the correct parts. I recommend choosing a more competent and trustworthy company.

I took advantage of a fall clean up special where you could get 25% off a 3-hour clean up and trim. I thought no way they get it all done in 3 hours.

Brayden and Angel not only got everything done I wanted to, they had time leftover to get into more detail clean up in several areas above and beyond what I had gone over with them.

Couple of really hard working young men who did an absolute awesome job. Exceeded expectations!

Very professional and polite,had their tech Christopher Tucker blow out my sprinklers and he was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining their process. Considering their quick responsiveness I will gladly be using their services next year for winterization.

I have used Epic for a couple of years. Last year they blew out my sprinklers. Yes... there was a little boo boo. I wasn't there and they missed a station and it froze over winter. As per their guarantee, when I found it, they came out, fixed it all, and made it better than before and all for free within their guarantee. It is my opinion that you can trust Epic. The station they missed was obscure. Anyone could have missed it. Not everyone would have made it right again. Epic has integrity. Also, I just got off the phone with them. Brie was delightful. I have never met her, but she was professional, nice, pleasant, and just downright delightful. If nothing else, try them out just to get the chance to speak with Brie.

If you are needing a great lawn care expert to come and help you get you sprinkler system ready for the summer season, than Epic Lawn Care is the business to call. Their technician, Chris Kinzer was both knowledgeable and professional with his work. He found a few extra issues with my sprinkler system, but he did not hard sale me on what would have been an expensive fix. He stated all the options and then let me tell him what I wanted done. I truly appreciated that business ethic.
I would suggest Epic Lawn Care and Pest Control to all.

Robert and Mike were professional and did the work very quickly. I didn't have to worry about my husband being up on a ladder. My house looks very nice and we are both very pleased. I've been an Epic customer for just one year, but so far my experience has been fantastic. Everyone I've interacted with in the field and in the office has been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Rick was especially helpful and efficient when he winterized our lawn earlier this week.

This is our third season with Epic, and the residential service just keeps getting better. We receive 24 hours notice of any work to be done, even weekly mowing. The work is professional, thorough, and clean. Our techs, Robert & Felipe make a point of checking in when we are there to make sure we are satisfied with the work or to find out if we have any concerns. Definitely would recommend this service.

Chris came by for a service call when I was away (planned). He performed the needed service. When I returned, I was curious to know the cause of the damage, so I phoned the office. Chris called me a short time later, and answered all of my questions. Then he mentioned that he had noticed a small leak that he wanted to come by and fix. He came by that evening, fixed the leak, and we chatted a bit more about my system. I mentioned a concern about a drip at the master filter, so Chris quickly swapped out a new O-ring, which fixed the problem.
He was wonderfully helpful, very nice, and made me comfortable asking questions.

Needed a last minute sprinkler blowout because the service I normally use did not show up to do it. Christopher Tucker from Epic came in last minute and did a great job. Very professional and accommodating. I'll be using these guys from now on. Thanks again.

Christopher showed up on time to do my sprinkler blow outs earlier today, service was what to be expected and more. Quick, attention to detail and a positive attitude! I’ll be using Epic services next time I need something done!

I am not an irrigation expert, so I previously spent a large sum of money to have all my sprinkler valves, boxes, lines and heads replaced when I moved into our home, paying for them to add 2 additional irrigation spickets at the valve boxes- the technicians made repeat trips to the store, each time returning with incorrect parts. The techs finished the job and installed two, 3-foot tall PVC pipes with heavy metal 1/4 turn valves for the high pressure irrigation lines - both unsecured to something solid. The heads and PVC later broke on several occasions, each time requiring me to pay for them to return to repair. Now, I've just capped them both off and they are unusable - a total waste of money. Another irrigation professional came by to tell me they should have never used heavy metal connections and spickets connected to tall PVC, then PVC under the ground connected to plastic which could break and cause a massive flood issue. I spent a fortune and cannot use what they installed. For a while I used them to come each year to check my sprinklers, but they got too expensive. Each year, I've called to get a quote on them for sprinkler blowouts and each year their prices go up and up and up from $52.46 in 2020 to a quote in October 2023 $79.95+tax for 6 zones. Absolutely crazy prices for 15 minutes of work. All the sprinkler blow out guys I see driving around charge between $45-55 dollars for up to 6 zones. Unfortunately, I feel the overall lack of quality of their work and their extremely high prices make me not want to return as a loyal customer.

Tony and Diego showed up to aerate my yard this morning and they were professional and had smiles on their faces. They completed their work quickly and did a great job. I have used Epic for years for sprinkler blow outs and will continue to use them for all my lawn care needs.

Chris K came out and did a sprinkler blowout for us. He was able to spot known issues before we were able to point them out for him, so we had no doubt at all when he spotted things we weren't aware of. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely have Chris back out to do the repairs we need. Thank you, Chris, for a job well done!

I have had my sprinkler system for close to 20 years and I have done my own sprinkler head replacement as needed. Noting some no so pretty brown spots in my yard this year and, as I use Epic for my lawn service, I called to have Epic give my sprinkler system a good "go over". Alex was on time and got to work right away, he spent two hours working on adjusting the sprinkler heads, weeding one out of the garden (Ooops), and identifying that two of the solenoids were needing replacement. I authorized the replacement of all four. I am very grateful for the hard work Alex put in today and am hoping for another 20 years of pretty much perfect system. Alex did replace 1 sprinkler head and I authorized the "Lifetime Guarantee" Epic Sprinkler. I haven't received the formal invoice yet, but the Irrigation Call Sheet reflects right around $350.00 with tax. Money well spent considering it would have taken me an entire weekend and more than 1 trip to the Hardware Box Store. Thank you Alex & Epic!

Michael & Isaac completed the the first quarter lawn fertilization on 4/27/2023. They are respectful, quick, and provide great post instructions for watering and ensuring the pets are kept safe. Again, Maria was wonderful to work with ensuring that the appt. time/day worked best for my schedule. Thank you very much!

I appreciate the great job that Epic Lawn Care & Pest Control did with de-thatching my yard today (4/6/2023). Beginning with the office scheduler, Maria, who was very communicative and responsive. She even included detailing a contingency date for the service in the event of rain. Brayden and Jesus arrived within the slotted time frame as presented by Maria, introduced themselves, and got straight to work with the de-thatching and cleanup. Brayden and Jesus made quick work of the job and even left the patio cleaner than when they arrived. I very much appreciate the professionalism, end result of the de-thatching service, and the great price for the service.

We hired Epic to come to our house to do a spring cleanup on our landscaping. Jesus and Alex were excellent. They trimmed all the bushes and cleaned up yard debris. I appreciated how they had us check everything over to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Will use this company again.

Mike has been our pest technician here in Burbank for the past couple of years. He's always been professional and polite. He'll ask if we have any concerns or problems then take the time to get the job completed correctly. Mike is the primary reason that I give Epic a 5-star rating. Thanks Mike!
