Had issues with my drip irrigation and called two other landscapers who didn't help me. Epic came out the same day and fixed all my drip issues. He listened to what I wanted done and didn't make me feel incompetent. He was amazing! Everything is working beautifully. If you want good service call EPIC.

Sprinkler blowout (winterization) completely skipped my mind this year. Luckily, I was able to get scheduled with these folks. Alex showed up the next day and made sure I was completely taken care of. Courteous and very professional, he was in and out in jiffy. Thank you Epic and especially Alex for the excellent service!

Trash Tri-Cities should be be this company's name!! They put up hundreds of sprinkler blowout signs everywhere in the Tri-Cities. I contacted them around Thanksgiving, they said that they were still getting calls, contacted them before Xmas they said that they were getting signs removed that week. Well 1/7/20 and sprinkler blowout signs are still out there, do not use this company if you like your community!!

Scheduled Epic lawn care for my sprinkler winterization. They were able to schedule quickly, called ahead beforehand, and arrived on time. The technician we had, Chris Tucker, was great! I already know if some repairs my system will need in the spring and I will be reaching out to Epic again.

I would just like to say how much we appreciate Mike and the work he does at our house. He’s very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We’ve had a lot of other companies out here too take care of our property and to be honest they haven’t done a very good job. Epic and Mike were our last hope and our property has never looked better. Thank you Mike, keep up the great work!

We love Epic Lawn Care! We've used them twice so far, but will be using them for all our future lawn needs. Chris is great! He came out today and showed us what was wrong with our sprinklers, then walked us through how to maintain it in the future. He's very knowledgeable about the system. Nevi is also super nice and helpful each time I've called to schedule or pay. Thanks for all you guys do. :)

Epic has been taking care of our needs for year. Chris Tucker came out for winterization this year, and he’s been great to work with. I looked out of the window, and even our dogs liked him, as I saw him playing with them. They come highly recommended for their value, service, professionalism, and customer service.

Overall great experience with Epic doing my sprinkler winterization. Both the office staff and the technician were very kind and professional. Christopher the technician did a great job and put everything back to the way it was before he came.

Cody responded to my call for an estimate on my residential lawn irrigation. Instead of an estimate, Cody took care of all my watering requests that very day! He was so friendly and helpful as I followed him around my yard to learn from him! He was thorough & super friendly! I highly recommend Epic (because of Cody!)

Jacob did a perfect awesome job!! Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He changed out six sprinkler heads, rewired the wires at the box and at the control, and educated me how to change the sprinkler settings! And he noticed a hole in my Aviary and fixed it quick. Pay him more, we need more people like him!

I won't lie, under the previous owners Epic had gone steadily downhill in both quality and reliability over the years. In fact, last year was going to be the final year we planned on using their services. But our own absent-mindedness earned them a renewal. And boy, I am excited to see what changes the new management has in store. Already I can see a noticeable difference for the better. Diego and Luis did such a thorough job on the Spring cleanup today that I almost feel guilty.
The only hitch was an extra charge to finish the job (the previous cleanup in Oct/Nov left a LOT to finish, more than two hours permitted) which while annoying, is understandable considering the sheer size of the job. Another nice thing is Jim, who was a one man force of nature getting yards taken care of, is now the quality control officer (a new position I hope they keep him in). A couple hours after Diego and Luis finished Jim came by to inspect their work.
Now, will this higher quality and standards keep going? I hope so. Are their services worth employing? At least in my opinion, yes.
Their costs are comparable to some of the more established companies and I do recommend them.

Excellent service by Estavo and Chris that took care of my lawn. They pulled all the weeds I asked to have done and made sure they picked them all up once they were done. HIGHLY recommend them for lawn services.

Mike came to service my property for pest and lawn care, he was very professional and helpful. He did a very thorough job. I have had pest service in the past, Mike was very meticulous and I was very pleased with the service.

Amazing Service! I spoke with Michael on the phone about an irrigation issue and he arrived within a couple of hours with his technician Chris to check on the problem. Chris was back the next morning and fixed all my issues and had my irrigation up and running quickly. Michael then followed up with me to ensure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. This kind of service is very hard to find. Both Michael and Chris have completely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Epic and I will be doing business again with them! Thank you Epic!

They are an excellent service normally. But recently had them come trim and general cleanup for winter. Gustavo and Chris came out. I gave them general expectations for the work I needed done. I only expected them to trim the bushes and take away the trimmings. They not only did the expected good job, but took the time to smooth out beauty bark and trimmed back some problems plants I didn't expect them to take care of. This is the first review I bothered to make and happy to share my positive experience.

I highly recommend Mike!!! We have been working with him for years and he has always been wonderful. He’s very patient, positive, and hardworking. Mike listens carefully values his customers’ opinions and consistently provides excellent service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy :)

I have used this company for the last three years. They used to be great and their technician Mike is still great but he's just run off his feet. They do not seem to have the staff to keep up with their treatment plans. My first service this year was a month late and was only achieved after I repeatedly emailed and phoned, there was an excuse every week for why they weren't coming. Then I started getting collection calls once a week for my invoices that were current, not past due(I have never paid them late in the three years we have used them). When the next service was due, once again nothing, I had to call and try to schedule after another 2 weeks of excuses. I finally have switched to a new company just to get consistent service and stop being harassed, seems like maybe they need more service technicians and less staff making collection calls. Very disappointed as this used to be a great service.

I recently switched over to Epic, in that I wanted to deal with a locally based company. Today was my first service for trees and shrubs. Mike was the technician. He was fantastic. Called me prior to arrival, checked in with me upon arrival, and was meticulous in doing the job. I appreciate his professional service.
