Oasis performed above and beyond our expectations. Randy's response was rapid, he squeezed me in with a huge job and even provided additional workers to be sure our acre-and-a-quarter cleanup project was completed within our time frame. I was a bit hesitant about the price but quickly saw that the service provided was worth every penny. I'll call them back again in a second!
Heads up though. I forgot that services are subject to sales tax, so don't forget to calculate that into your project's budget 😉

The Oasis team is fabulous, they are very knowledgeable, thorough and reliable. I highly recommend them. Steven Roll did a fantastic job on my new wood fence. He was fast, efficient and my new wooden fence is just beautiful in my back yard. It's so nice to have some privacy. Thank you so much

Thanks for cutting me off, pulling out into a 50 mph road doing 14 mph and swerving out so I cannot pass. Yes I have it on dash camera!

I'm an out of town rental owner and I've relied on Oasis to do some work several times. The work has been OK, nothing great. Most recently, they were low bid out of three, then it turned out they only did a partial job. They said "Hey, we did our bid." So, they won the job by submitting an incomplete bid. Stay away! There are plenty in the Tri-Cities that stand behind their work.

Their drivers roll down the windows and scream at people walking their dogs at 5am. 10th and Edison, 5:12 am 8/26. Passenger rolled down his window and made a sound that I presume is his rendition of a bark, or a howl? Either way, disgusting behavior from a grown man representing a company in a logoed truck.

Steven with Oasis is always quick to meet my needs and exceed expectations. Love these guys and recommend them to anyone.

I cannot express how terrible the owners, customer service, and maintenance is. I have had multiple run ins with them. They cant paint a lawn stripe, maintain and edge, clean sidewlk debris, or maintain sprinkler systems for the life of them. They also consistently fail at sod installations either being to low, too high or letting it die. These people are the most inconsiderate, self centered people I have had the displeasure of meeting and noticing on my day to day. They have no standards. Whatever you do, dont use this service. Jesse's or even Tru green would be better...And they have quite the low standards as well. Oasis's teams character disgusts me to my core.

Hired Oasis to build a lean to carport addition to my shop. Should have been a quick easy build. They required a 50% deposit before starting work. Not a problem. What was a problem was that they took 2 full months to complete the job that really should have only taken a couple weeks at most.
The boss of the crew Steve, kept pulling the crew from my job to go do smaller jobs that should have been given to somebody else. They treated my 14k job as a side hustle or fill in work.
I am very disappointed and will never recommend Oasis Lawn and Construction to anyone for anything. My neighbors were amazed at how terribly slow the project went.
Again, if you have something you want built, skip over Oasis and go with ANYONE else. If I could, I would.

We had Oasis help us with a move out of one of our rental properties. Steven was real responsive throughout. There was some communication issues with what we asked for and what we got. I would certainly use them again, but next time I would delineate every item I wanted done and the items I didn’t want done.

Honest business. Great experience. Quick response, clean work fast and efficient. Mold removal and repair. And guaranteed work. Steven is great hard working caring guy that listens and is helpful. Definitely would call again.

Jesse has completed dozens of projects for me as a sub-contractor over the last 8 years. He has done tons of landscaping, irrigation, roofing , fencing and much more, including my personal 1500sqft paver patio and 40 foot block retaining wall. If you need landscaping he is your guy!

Updated to include that the cost to correct the damages is over $90,000. Buyer beware!

This contractor is shady as all get out, please beware.

He was the sub for our developer and in charge of our yard.

He doesn't like paperwork so we never got invoices or itemization. His cost came from his head and a phone calculator for everything.

The backyard was unpermitted, not graded, outside of IBC J107.6, and destined to fail.

The front yard has a tree that isn't centered and isn't the tree I ordered or the backup tree I requested.

The work they did on our neighbor's lot caused damage to ours, and he viewed the camera footage and accepted liability.

3.5 months later they decided to "nevermind" it, try to change the story and dialogue, lie to us, and leave us with further damage from halfway done work.

In our neighborhood our experience does not seem unique, and with that in mind along with our experience, I would not reccomend this company or any ran by Felix Zunker.
