Constraction reviews in Kent, Washington

We recently had our roof replaced by Three Tree Roofing and I would highly recommend their services. Their bid was competitive, and they fixed a drainage problem that had caused part of the roof to rot at no extra cost. The communication was good, and materials were dropped off and picked up as planned. The team showed up when expected and cleaned up afterward - however, we are still finding nails, but maybe that is to be expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

I am a satisfied customer with the seemingly flawless roofing project performed by Three Tree Roofing. From the first encounter with Caleb Turner getting an estimate on replacing my roof, until the project was scheduled and completed in two short days, I was thoroughly impressed! Everyone was so professional, timely, and thorough in their work effort and clean up. Also, to have my roof done and completed in record time and before expectation, was better still! I will definitely refer Three Tree Roofing to family and friends looking to get their roof repaired or replaced. Thank you!

Three Tree Roofing did such a wonderful job updating our custom 70's cedar shake mansard roof and flat roof sections of our home. They were kind & respectful of the property and our treasured landscaping. They worked with us when we had differing opinions on the look of the finished roof and it all turned out beautifully. They completed the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We had several bids from many other companies and one of the contractors who did not work on our style of roof recommended Three Tree very highly which is ultimately what made the decision for us to go with Three Tree. I couldn't recommend them more, and if other roofers only have great things to say about this company, that speaks volumes!

We replaced two skylights and the entire roof.
They provided their own portapotties. Easy to communicate with and always on time. They gave different solutions and showed us different products. Pricing was competitive. They were finished in 3 or 4 days and cleaned up everything when they were done. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend this business.

Working with Three Tree was a truly great experience. From initial estimate through installation, everything went as promised. The guys really honored our property and left every night with things picked up and tidy. I wish the world worked as smoothly as this project went.

The crew worked very hard and very fast, unfortunately there was a language barrier. We had asked to be contacted for any areas of concern, (the house is 112 years old), however this did not happen. The high end thick material we chose made the roof defects more noticeable from the curb, since the company just covered the problem areas. In retrospect, the area was a framing issue, and should have been addressed before the roof went on, I was not informed of any of that until afterwards when it was too late. I think this company would be a better fit for house flippers and newer construction.

Wow! Three Tree Roofing is a PNW gem. This is who you hire when you want top quality work. They have solutions for every budget. We went with steel and get so many compliments on it! Three Tree saved us money by suggesting we use a local manufacturer of the steel panels.

What we appreciated the most is that all of their employees have a 401K, medical insurance, paid time off, and are treated with respect. Now when we admire our roof that will last the rest of our lives, we can have the good feeling that the people who built it for us can afford a nice life too.

We had no idea how much nicer our home would look! It never had much curb appeal being built into a hill, and a generic mid century kind of box. But now it has as style and presence. TY Three Tree Roofing!

Edwin and his crew who removed and replaced the roof was amazing. Very hard working crew and attention to detail shows in the work. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and took extra time to pick up the nails before blowing everything off.
Added updated photo of the house after it was painted.

These guys were very easy and friendly to deal with. Prompt, quality service that delivered exactly what was promised. Would not hesitate to go with them again. I only didnt give them 5 stars because nobody's perfect, but these guys did try.

We love our new roof and gutters! After getting 4 estimates, we are happy we chose Three Tree Roofing. The roof with almost invisible ridge vents and the matching gutters look great - so much better than a friend’s tried and true old-style new roof! It was an excellent process from start to finish.

Sonia was professional and provided a thorough estimate. She was the only estimator of 4 who checked our attic and found that we needed to replace some plywood and add eave vents. She wrote the estimate from her mobile office van outside my house. Rather than waiting a few days, she brought it to me right away, personally going through it together while showing me the system and products they use. I had confidence in the accuracy because of her thorough inspection and measurements. Their products and systems are inovative, higher quality, much longer lasting with longer warranty than what the other companies offered – not the tried and true old ways. I was fascinated that they cut a small strip in the plywood and put a venting product all across the ridge. But check that out for yourself, as I do not guarantee my technical accuracy. 😉

Victor led the 4-man crew to complete the tear-off and new roof in 3 days. They were polite and respectful, with no loud music, yelling, or swearing (unlike a friend’s recent roofing crew). They kept my yard clean every day, hand stacked and carried the old shingles to the dumpster, carefully looked for any fallen waste, blew and disposed of all the debris. They even saw the need, offered, and put a roof on my small uncovered patio.

Our new gutters with guards were replaced a few days later. Patrick gently helped me to see that black gutters would look much better with my black roof and black fascia boards than the white I initially chose, and they were absolutely right! I’m so pleased with the finished look! The crew came up with creative and effective solutions for my quirky old house. They explained the process as I watched them make the gutters on-site. They returned the next day to swap out black for the temporary white downspouts.

Three Tree Roofing was not the cheapest of my 4 estimates, but we were not looking for cheap. Their professionalism, accuracy, timely communication, quality of products, and excellent workmanship exceeded our expectations. Also, while the roof was in progress, I learned a former colleague is closely related to the co-owner! I love having a personal connection as it gives me even more confidence in my choice.

I confidently recommend Three Tree Roofing.

We received 8 bids for a new roof. We are so pleased we went with Three tree roofing! They worked so hard and fast and cleaned up after each day of working. Our roof turned out amazing!
We later had a problem with one of the gutter down spouts. Three tree was so responsive and helpful! We definitely recommend this company!!

I prefer doing business with a small local companies such as Three Tree Roofing.

They were great from the first meeting with Danny (sales) to the last day when we did the walk-through. Noe and his crew worked extremely hard between rainy days. Neil, the owner, was always available to address my questions and concerns.

The process took longer than expected, but I really like the final results. Roof looks great.

It’s great to have peace of mind with the warranty of 25 years of workmanship and 50 years manufacturer warranty on Certainteed presidential shingles. You cannot go wrong with a local family owned business. They take pride in their work.

Very responsive and caring. I had roof replaced with Three Tree roofing 6 years ago, today I found one of the roofs corner leaking. I spoke to Max and he sent over Andres Castro over within an hour to access the problem. The problem was the gutter drain got clogged, Andres he took his time removed the trash and cleared the clogged. Andrea is very caring and compassionate employee. We hired someone remove trash every year, it seems they didn't do the job right. Thankfully Andrea helped me solve the problem. Hopefully one day Three Tree roofing provide roof maintenance services including roofing cleaning and gutter cleaning, Thank you Andres for great caring.

I’m very pleased annd impressed with Three Trees Roofing! They were fantastic to deal with every step of the way, from my initial contact through to the very end. I immediately knew I was dealing with knowledgeable and professional people. The person who called after I submitted a request online. The person who came to look over the project and discuss it with me and write the proposal. The person who called me and got me on their schedule. The foreman who oversaw the crew. The crew who were friendly and respectful, thorough, and surprisingly quiet while working. Yes, I heard pounding and the air compressor and the blower doing the cleanup. But what I did not hear was talking or music. So even my little dog got used to what was happening and was able to relax. They were finished on time and cleaned up thoroughly. The dumpster and porta potty removal, plus gutter installation happened the very next day. Highly recommended!

We wanted a cedar shake roof that enhanced our home and characterized the Pacific Northwest. We have a large skylight cutout that required care and skillful workmanship. Three Tree Roofing did a great job! The roof turned out just as we hoped. Highly recommend...

Three Tree Roofing was great to work with! They were helpful along every step of the way. It has been 3 years since they redid our roof and to this day my wife and I look are thankful every time it rains. Highly recommend Three Tree Roofing for any roofing replacement.

We had a great experience with three tree roofing. They were not the cheapest option, but the service was fantastic. We were painting our house ourselves while they were roofing, and they even took care of a few hard to reach spots while they were up there, no extra charge. You get what you pay for, and we were happy to pay 10% more.

Three Tree Roofing knocked this one out of the park. They addressed a sagging roof on the garage, installed a beautiful standing seam, gutters to match the roof, and downspouts to match the trim. Good communication, rockstar work crews. With a 20 year workmanship guarantee, we are very happy and suggest you hire them for your next roof replacement.

Three Tree Roofing was the best. Pricing was excellent, the crew was respectful, and managed the business of reroofing the house in a professional manner. At the end of each day the property was cleaned up and ready for the next day. The crew lead, Johny, was most excellent, addressed my questions, worked with our schedule and in the end he made sure he and the team exceeded our expectations. I strongly recommend Three Tree Roofing. Jeff and Katie Waterfall

Three Tree Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. The crew was hardworking, polite, and paid attention to every detail. They cleaned up after themselves each day, which we really appreciated. The roof looks fantastic — we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend them!

Three Tree Roofing was an absolute standout to work with. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, timely, and professional. Every step of the process was explained in advance. They were responsive to questions, easy to get in touch with, and genuinely made me feel like my project mattered.

Once work began, their crew showed up on schedule and kept the job site impressively tidy. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all debris, tools, and materials, which I appreciated more than I expected. It never felt like I was living in a construction zone. Their attention to detail and respect for the property really set them apart.

They completed the entire roof replacement quickly, without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship shows, and the roof looks fantastic. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do.

What stood out most was how refreshing it was to work with a company that clearly cares about its customers. Roofing isn’t a business that relies on frequent repeat clients, yet they treated the project like they were earning my business for life. That mindset alone speaks volumes about their integrity and work ethic.

I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair. If you want a company that communicates well, works efficiently, respects your home, and delivers an excellent final product, they’re the ones to hire. A truly phenomenal experience from start to finish.
