I chowed to have Three Tree roofing redo my roof- their bid was reasonable, with a good warranty after getting bids from 5 other roofers. The initial schedule was 6 weeks out, but got delayed by about 2 more weeks due to the weather. The communication was clear and work crew that came were courteous and cleaned up daily. After the work was done, I had a few questions and needed some follow up and THree tree came back to address the questions and issues. All in all, I had a good experience with them

Professional and efficient at every step of the process from a thoughtful, thorough bid/estimate (which came in at what I anticipated from various sites online), the office staff's amazing communication along each step, to the actual crew and lead operator.
I have a 1942 house that needed a full roof removal and replacement. I really did my research into roofing companies since I knew it was going to be a real undertaking. I boiled it down to 2 choices and the shear professionalism of Three Tree Roofing was what made me choose them. They sent emails including videos of exactly what to expect ~ from tear down to replacement and clean up. I was provided a packet with all of the roofing material details and provided warranties for materials and work. They also offered an annual roof maintenance/gutter cleaning program, which will cost less than I have been paying currently, so i added that option on.
I am SO happy I went with them !

There was a little gap in their schedule, so they fit me in weeks earlier than anticipated. Even with wet weather, they were done in 3 days. They had a dumpster and honey bucket delivered the day before, so they were ready to go. The team was early each day and up on the roof working at their designated start time. Our yard and driveway was left immaculate when they finished, as if they hadn't even been there !

I appreciated having a different person from their team specifically in charge of each step and they would call me or text if I preferred, and always followed up with a thorough email outlining anything discussed. There was no guesswork or worry at my end.

My new roof is absolutely beautiful ! What a bunch of wonderful people to work with ~ I feel very lucky and know that I made the right choice.

I love my new roof. Three Tree Roofing replaced my roof August 2025. Their price was competitive and I’m happy with my decision. Thank you Caleb, for giving me a list of homes with shingle colors I was considering. I chose Heather Blend. 

The roofers came and worked hard on the hottest day of the year. They worked over 10 hours but nothing felt rushed or compromised. I chose to have a dump truck pull into my backyard and I had no damage from doing that. Again they worked too long and hard! I hope they got a bonus for completing early or on time.

My gutters were installed a few days later. I spoke with Ben and he made one of my down spouts work for water collection Thank you!

I appreciate the owner calling me during the early demo phase. The foreman Godo, found an issue that would increase the cost. They communicated and documented the issue thoroughly.

I used an Office of Housing repair loan to pay for my roof. I don’t own a million dollar home, a roof is a big decision, but Three Three Roofing made the process easy. I left for 10 hrs and came home to a new roof. 

Three Tree Roofing worked hard on my roof, they communicated clearly, was respectful of my property, finished on schedule——-again, they worked on the hottest day of the year!

Three Tree Roofing did a great job on our roof. Every step from initial bid through completion went smoothly, and all the people we worked with were very customer service oriented.
Our roof is a flat roof membrane, so we got an experienced crew that specializes in that. They were really great. Very steady and efficient on the job, no messing around. The crew lead was very nice to us, and took time to explain the job steps and any issues. Equally important, the crew lead was very good with his employees. I think that says a lot about the company.

Three Tree Roofing replaced my house's sad, 25 year old roof. They are certified by the manufacturer for the installation of CertainTeed NorthGate which was appealing to me. It took a month to schedule a crew to come out (weather permitting / winter). They replaced my roof in 3 working days. Their crew even came with their own porta potty. I highly recommend them and their craftsmanship! Thank you Three Tree Roofing!

These guys are straight up. We had a job that went bad. It wasn't anyone's fault. This stuff just happens in remodel work sometimes. These guys came out, took responsibility for their part, and not only made it good, but went out of their way to make sure we were 110% satisfied. This is the way all business should be run.

I can't be more satisfied! I called Matt, and he verbally gave a quote right away. Then, in a few minutes, he emailed me the official quote. It was very reasonable. My job was small, so they did it the same week! Tony and Tim installed the piles. Great job, guys!

John McDowell came to my house to inspect some work done by his company 20 years ago (1998) as I live on a steep hillside and was concerned about some minor soil movement. I was just expecting John to provide me with some recommendations, but he brought his crew to assess the problem and fix it on the spot. After about an hours worth of work, the problem was resolved! These guys do quality work and stand behind their work- even after 20 years. Highly recommend.

Pile King exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They showed up early, were incredibly professional, and did exactly what they promised.
