This is the second time I've used Panel Pros...and with good reason. I'm a contractor myself so I know great work when I see it. I'm also a believer in supporting local small business owners. I had an emergency with my panel and Justin got to my home as fast as humanly possible. Identified & fixed the problem immediately. This guy knows his stuff, he's licensed & bonded & the price was exceptionally reasonable too...

Justin and Betty offer a stand up service and are very supportive. I appreciated that they provided a written scope of work and maintained contact with me even as details of the work changed due to logistic challenges.

Would highly recommend them for friends and family, will use them again.

Panel Pros did a great job installing recessed lights into our non-lit, dark living room. Justin and crew were able to re-utilize 2 of 3 switches that controlled another single light in the house, to control the new lights. And no drywall had to be patched up after they finished. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Will use Panel Pros again for future electric needs!

Justin with Panel Pros came out on a Saturday morning to help us hook up our new hot tub. He did great work for a reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

Very polite and forthcoming about the details of their work. Justin assessed the job and provided a quote at my home, for installing a new circuit for my pottery kiln. He was nearly half the price of Wilderness Electric (a local monopoly of the trade, or so it seems after asking around). Just getting started, Justin and his wife Betty, appear dedicated to customer satisfaction. Justin even went to his home to try and gather leftover material from another job, in an effort to reduce my costs. He also explained the benefits and disadvantages of some types of materials over others -- education I've not had any other electrician take time to impart. I would no doubt recruit Panel Pros Electric for future jobs, and most definitely recommend them to prospective customers.

Panel Pros Electric installed an updated panel in our 80s built home where dimming lights and slowing fans were the norm whenever certain high powered electronics were used - microwave, dryer, etc. Justin arrived promptly and finished about when he estimated. He even stayed after he was finished, waiting for the power company to return to reinstall the meter. We sent him home after it became apparent that they were running really late. No problems with the install or the new panel. We added a whole house surge protector and an interlock kit for a generator. Pleased with the service and would recommend.

Super happy with our experience with Panel Pros Electric. A realtor I work with had used them and I was selling my own home and needed something done and they were sooo communicative. So many tradesmen these days are terrible with that - but not these folks. Even though they were already booked, Justin worked after hours to get my work done so I could list my house in time! I will definitely use them again.

Justin has been doing work for us for 10 years - in 3 separate houses. He is always is professional and he work is very neat and clean. He has great suggestions on different aspects of the jobs. I would highly recommend Justin for any electrical work - in an existing home or new construction.

Justin did a great job installing several electrical boxes so we could put up new fans/fixtures. The work was clean and professional. Communication and estimates were clear, easy and fast. The work was all done in one day pricing was great too. Will definitely be calling again for future work.

I highly recommend Justin Buetow, owner of Panel Pros Electric. I wanted to install a fan timer (instead of a simple on/off fan switch) in a downstairs bathroom. I tried to purchase a fan timer myself but it had confusing instructions about whether the fan was over or under 0.3 amps, and my fan was 0.29, and I wasn't sure what that meant. I needed an electrician's knowledge and advice before purchasing and installing a fan timer. Justin came to my house to give me a free estimate. He didn't have the switch I wanted, so he ordered it, and when that one didn't work, he ordered another special one. Two visits later, it was determined that because my house is wired strangely, I can't have the kind of switch I want without rewiring or buying a more expensive fan, so I will have to go with a different kind of fan switch. However, my point is that Justin would not give up. He wanted me to be happy and to have the kind of switch I wanted, so he kept trying to find one that would work. He went above and beyond my initial request. The information he gave me was honest and accurate. His wife Betty demonstrated great customer service as she answered my questions and managed the appointments. I will definitely hire them again for my next electrical task.

Justin has done a couple upgrades for me to accommodate today's robust power needs in my '70s built condo. And he added a surge protector at my panel to protect all these new electronics & computerized appliances. Communication is A+, it's easy to make the appointment and he is prompt to arrive. His rates are fair & no more than what it takes to complete the job. I am happy to support a local family business.

Justin and Betty were great to work with! Response time was prompt to my original quote inquiry and scheduling was easy. They even let me add a few extra services before arriving. On the day of, Justin was extremely professional and completed everything quickly and even provided full explanations to us of what was done and why. Highly highly recommend! Panel Pros is a fantastic business with owner/operators that truly care about you! Betty made the bid and scheduling process so easy, and she continued to communicate throughout the process. Justin is very knowledgeable electrician that answered every question, made great suggestions during the work, and listened to all my concerns. He was so easy to work with and his work ethic and final product were superb. I would highly recommend Panel Pros for any electrical need you may have. They were not the lowest bid, but were reasonably priced, and the service was extraordinary.

Panel Pros Electric was recommended by my neighborhood Facebook group. Betty scheduled my appointment and was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and cordial in her e-mails. Justin installed a 240v EV garage outlet and did an impeccable job. He was very knowledgeable and professional during his time here. Their quote for the project was reasonable compared to other electricians. Additionally, there was a conflict with my original appointment. They were flexible enough to schedule it on a Saturday morning when no other day would work out well. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends/family.

My husband and I were incredibly pleased with the work Justin did. We had our old, outdated electrical panel replaced and the new panel looks incredible. Justin was right on time and communicated perfectly throughout everything. The work itself was completed in a timely manner and without much disturbance as I worked from home. Justin and Betty from Panel Pros were fabulous to work with. Justin and his crew provided top notch electrical installation, from running new circuits, installing a new panel, rerouting circuits, installing smoke/CO2 detectors and installing LED lighting throughout the kitchen. Not only was the workmanship great, Just arrived when he said he would and worked tirelessly over the days planned. Betty was always keeping us up to date with any changes and schedule all of the necessary inspections. This is a great company to work with and will be utilizing them again when we remodel the rest of our home.

We had Justin out to our house just a few days ago to do lots of different electrical projects and to say we were quite pleased may be an understatement . As a real estate professional for over 17 years I have seen my share of contractors who under impress me by doing the bare minimum and lack any professionalism. Justin is the complete opposite of that as we were blown away with his professionalism, quality of work and pride in his work. Justin spent two days at our house working on projects. His communication was spot on as we would get reminders when our appointment was and then a text when he's on his way. Once he arrived he got straight to work and was so pleasant to have in our home as he was so kind and made sure to double check everything with me to ensure I liked the work. once he was done he cleaned up wonderfully and genuinely seemed grateful for the work. Justin takes great pride in his quality of work and it shows. His professionalism, work ethics and quality of work are by far the best I have seen in this industry. If you are looking for a good electrician who you can rely on this is your guy. I know he is now our "go to" electrician and will be my top recommendation for my clients as well.

Justin rewired our river cabin in Maple Valley. He took a lot of time to explain what was needed and why. He demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.
