Called them to get a quote on a generator and they were out the next day. Friendly and courteous, the electrician they sent did a thorough job assessing our needs and putting together a proposal.

We were very fortunate to have had the service of the owner, Gene. He is a diagnostic guru. We had so many issues causing gfi outlets to burn up, breakers for inside lights flipping, and outlets inside and outside not working. He allowed me to watch him as he used his years of experience to correctly diagnose and correct each issue. We couldn’t be more pleased and recommend him unconditionally.

We had a couple minor indoor repairs and an outdoor wiring project we wanted done. Customer service interactions were all very professional and helpful. We're very satisfied with the work that was done and the price we were charged.
The electricians who came to the house were above-and-beyond what I expected when it comes to communication and courtesy.
If I have any more electrical work I need done I'm absolutely using these folks again.

When I provided incorrect specs for a job, owner Eugene Brown himself came straight out and made the fixes quickly, and he cut me a break on the charges which he didn't have to do since it was my fault. I've used Phase NW several times and recommend them very highly.

Gene came and first looked at what we needed to have done. He gave us a very reasonable bid for an installation of a 240 EV charging outlet off of our service panel. This particular job took much longer than expected and he even had to drive to the nearest Home Depot to luckly, get the last part available. He was friendly, efficient, highly skilled at what he was doing and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Gene and Phase NW.

Eugene from Phase NW was awesome and provided outstanding professional service, treating my senior father (the actual client) with respect. We had corrective electrical work after having a circuit going out 5 days ago. We called Phase NW and were able to get the A-team (Ed Brown) to work on our issue. Ed was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem AND give us a lesson in repair and safety.

All of my electrical issues were resolved quickly. Better yet, the service included educating me on what the problems were and how to prevent high electrical bills in the future.

I bought a new house in 2023 and I've been working with Phase NW on all my electric jobs since then, from replacing my electric panel and upgrading my capacity in my home to installing new permanent Christmas lights on my house and shed. They've been phenomenal on every job, and while the Christmas lights took a long time to sort out as recurring issues from existing home wiring created odd behavior, Eugene and the team kept coming back week after week, month after month, to make sure we got them working.

Highly recommend Phase NW electric. These electricians communicate well, follow through on what they promised, were timely, and competitive cost. They really took time to explain so I got no surprises, took care of panel replacement, outlet and switch upgrades on an old 1960's house. Oh yes, and the electricians are dog friendly. He worked with me throughout the process to complete the work to my satisfaction. He and his assistance Justis, were very careful to avoid damage to plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems. They worked tirelessly to get the job done right. I'd hire Phase NW again without hesitation.
