Love our new Bromic Tungsten patio heaters. Keeps us toasty as the weather gets cooler. Cary was very informative on everything pre-sales, and Don and Ace were very professional and transparent thru the entire installation process; very much appreciated!

Don and Ace came and installed infratech heaters for our back patio. Everything from start to finish was professional and exceeded our expectations. We were pleased with the entire team, but it always comes down to the install. Very happy with the finished product. Both Don and Ace worked for two full days to make sure the project was done correctly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Rock Electric—specifically Ace, Don, and Brock—on the electrical installation for our outdoor sauna, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our space. They explained everything clearly and made sure the installation met both safety standards and the specific requirements of our sauna.

A huge plus was that Ace speaks Spanish, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for us. It’s not often you find a crew that combines top-notch technical skills with that kind of thoughtful, personal connection.

I experienced dishonesty and a lack of transparency from Rock Electric. They completed work without requesting or receiving approval for additional charges, which were significant. The technicians began logging their time two full hours before arriving at the property, which goes directly against the contract information they provided. They were then unwilling to honor the initial estimate, and only minimally reduced the additional charges, citing arbitrary factors unrelated to what actually took place. Additionally, the electrician who provided the estimate was exceptionally rude to me, after having been quite respectful to my husband. He was not on the premises when the work was done, and therefore cannot account for how the events transpired.

Also, maybe don’t send SEVERAL requests for reviews. I was trying to put this experience behind me, but I just keep getting reminders. If someone wants to review you, they will.

We had Rock Electric install an EV charger (and do some other minor electrical work) and the crew (Aaron, Angel, Chris, and Jeff) did a great job. They were on time, friendly, professional and the install looks amazing. We would highly recommend Rock Electric for really any electrical job. If you're looking for an EV charger install, this is the crew!

Aaron at Rock Electric is the best! We had a great experience with him and his team installing two recessed outdoor heaters on our covered patio. We complicated matters by asking them to run the install through our living room ceiling instead of outside the house, and they did a meticulous job of moving and covering all our furniture, and drilling conservative holes in the ceiling to run it through. Aaron was kind, communicative, and trustworthy. We're about to have them back to swap out our chandelier and other light fixtures. If I ever need an electrician again, I'll be calling him.

Cary White is the coolest electrician I have evev seen. He's very nice, professional and patient. I will recommend Rock Electric to my friends, family and coworkers.

I Would highly recommend rock electric to anyone who asks. From Brad who did the estimated to Luke and Chris who did the installed. everyone showed up on time and answered all our questions making sure we understood what exactly was going on. Making the installation of our backup generator seamless.

Jacob did a great job of getting us on the books. Then Angel was excellent. Both communicated well, and really listened when I had questions.

March 12, 2024:
Donald/Don stopped by with another Electrician -Ace-checking a previously installed 4 ac outside under fuse box & near small front porch. A cold snap required me to connect 3 Hummingbird feeder heaters. The 4 connections were dead. I checked fuse box and connected known good cords with working items to each outlet. I contacted Ben Hale their Supervisor and he sent them out when in my area. Rock Electric LLC is my go to company for quality, safe electrical work. Since 2021, they have installed a Level 2 EV Charger, new larger fuse box with more circuits, undercounter Philips Hue smart LED strips, LED Can lights throughout the house, circuits in/between backyard sheds, around detached garage, & numerous outdoor boxes. I believe you cannot have too many light options. I feed some feral Cats & need numerous outdoor outlets for heating pads & cat shelters. They encouraged me to use Smart lighting everywhere managed through my mobile phone. I recommend Rock Electric LLC for all your electrical needs. I’m involved in every step and ask lots of questions which they always patiently explain. Barbara

New electrical panel installed by the Rock Electric team today. I had a ton of questions, and both Jeff and Brad took extra time before, and during, the process to explain what services we were needing to resolve the long standing issues we were having. They also helped me to make the correct decisions as to what we needed versus assumptions we were making as homeowners. The entire team, which included 2 additional members, both named Chris, got right down to work and had my home back in order in one day. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, so we felt confident in our purchase and their expertise. Would absolutely recommend.

ACE the electrician was very helpful and respectful. After 2 other so called "electricians" that the owner sent over Ace we the one who found the problem and got it fixed. We definitely will recommend this company.

I hired Rock Electric to bring power to a new construction covered patio project. I was introduced to Rock Electric by their sister company - Timberline Patio Covers. Although I did not use Timberline the project consultant (Dave Hull) helped me coordinate with the electrical side. Dave was very accommodating and even helped me work on the electrical scope to bring the project in line with my budget.
I was able to schedule Rock to coincide with my contractor's work progress. They were responsive to myschedule.
The team they sent out was top notch. Led by journeyman Don. With apprentices Seth and Ace. They arrived on time and got to work. They were sure to coordinate with me on the conduit routing and helped me make other decisions on location of the heater and outlets. (The scope included outlet for TV, another outlet, power for and assembly ceiling fan and heater).
The team worked efficiently and diligently. I watched them out my office window all day. They all had wonderful attitudes and work ethics and clearly take their work seriously and were true professionals.
They worked until after sunset to wrap up the job in one day which I appreciated.
Top notch company and top notch trio. I would highly recommend them.

Had the pleasure of working with Don and Ace. Needed 4 outside outlets, 2 junction boxes, and my existing generator inlet moved. Both of them were very professional and finished work ahead of time.

Don and Ace from Rock Electric are the best! They tackled a big electrical project at my beach house — replacing a very old panel, adding outlets, and installing a heater on the deck. I’m really impressed with the work done by Brad Wood at Rock Electric, LLC. He did an outstanding job installing the latest EcoFlow Smart Panel 3. The installation was clean, and he demonstrated excellent knowledge throughout the process. It’s already paid off, we had immediate backup power during an outage. Highly recommended!

This was our first time using Rock Electric for a home project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ace and Angel were our technicians and they were amazing.
