We spent 18 months with another "integrator" on a Smart Home integration project that was botched.

We contacted Ivan at Rivas Technology Group who assessed our equipment, the system, and then designed the system that we hoped for. The design proposal was extremely professional, made use of a part of our prior system, and provided the detail we needed to make an informed decision.

Ivan and his team quickly delivered an incredible, stable, state of the art network backbone and security system. We are so pleased and relieved and are looking forward to the next phase in implementing our project and working with our team.

Great experience working with Rivas and team (Ivan, Nick, Kimber & DJ). Everyone was very responsive and never felt rushed or given a hard sell; it was about finding the right solution for our needs. This was a residential install, where I'd struggled for year with consumer grade routers/mesh systems that simply couldn't handle the increasing number of devices or network complexity (namely IOT integration) and had begun looking at other options. I was specifically interested in the Ubiquiti equipment after talking to friends/colleagues with them, as well as the many online testimonials. Ivan gave us a few comparable options, but ended up going with a full house Ubiquiti solution and the difference in network performance is quite noticeable. It has a rich and intuitive interface to understand everything on your network with a plethora of configuration options and a very active online community to get support. Rivas also provides ongoing services if/when needed, which is great piece of mind (and I can finally retire from being family IT support). In the end, it was absolutely worth the investment and would recommend it for families in the same situation.

Rivas Techgroup was fantastic to work with installing two ethernet drops in my split level home. I have run ethernet before and have worked in datacenter environments, but running a drop down to my basement on an exterior wall with firebreaks was beyond my capabilities. Ivan and his techs Trifin and Orlando were fast and efficient and worked around the oddities of my house to run the drops to my basement and up through the attic for an Access Point in my front room. Now I have perfect WiFi coverage through my entire house.

Ivan, the owner was so easy to work with and always returned my emails or phone calls concerning any questions I had with the installation. AJ and Nick did outstanding work installing the camera system, wiring, and organizing all the associated computer programming. I have a two foot height crawlspace, which is a challenge to around maneuver in. Nick accomplished the required electrical work, crawling on his belly, with no complaints, impressive!
