Very Unprofessional Service. They dont do half the work. Mows are Horrendous! We're a small 14 unit complex. Anyone looking for a nice place to take care of?

They use illegal gas powered blowers in the city of Seattle. Use electric please

This is unacceptable! Your employees are extremely horrible and don't care about people's personal property. I drive a White car and park in my employer's lot . Only to find it destroyed by gunk and leaves and no longer white . How is it you think it's ok to do this to anyone, let alone people who work hard to have what they have. And yes I do know it was you guys do to my cameras on my vehicle!

This company is not worth a penny. They blow debris back into your lawn, all over your vehicle, onto the porch and patio.... Blocked driveways, clumps of grass left on lawn..... Avoid even an inquiry into these people's work it is not worth a penny. I'd love to give a zero star

A NLS landscaping crew parked in front of my driveway, blocking me entirely from leaving, then proceeded to walk away from their vehicles while the engines were still running. I went out to my car to leave for an appointment and found my driveway blocked by two NLS trucks. I spent the next five minutes wandering around trying to find the crew, so I could ask them to move, but they had wandered so far away, I could not find them. When the crew manager finally shows up, she was offended that I might be upset that my driveway was blocked by vehicles. I was forced to cancel and reschedule an important appointment because of all of this. To top things off, the NLS crew left potentially hazardous metal debris in the middle of a residential street before moving blithely onward.

Not sure what kind of product this company delivers, but their treatment of third-party neighbors is rude, inconsiderate, and self-absorbed. Apparently, NLS upper management is lax because they do not train their field people properly. DO NOT USE.

My community has NLS contracted. I have had multiple issues with this company not mowing my backyard, even with dog pooped cleaned up and toys put away. The grass will be completely cleared and they do not mow. A few weeks ago, they had skipped mowing our yard, saw me get home, and go into my backyard to mow. They also left my gate open, and I luckily saw before I let my dog into my backyard. I have talked to the property manager about this. I am paying for services I don’t receive, even when my grass is picked up. This has been an ongoing issue since our community contracted NLS a few months ago.

I don't understand why residential communities hire this company. They are for commercial properties because they have no respect for the people living in the places they landscape. They started today at 7:55 am. Just to get passed the 8 am quiet time. They do no cleanup after they whack. Multiple windows have been broken because they are so lazy they don't do an inspection before they mow. Their mowers were going at top speed, not cutting anything. They do not pay attention to the other landscaping around, like bushes and trees that need pruning. I'm am disappointed that my apartment complex changed to this company. No respect.

Two days ago, two men from NLS destroyed two years of plant growth in our front yard and that of our neighbors. We did not hire them. When we told them to stop, they didn’t even clean up the hack job properly. See photos. They haven’t responded to two messages and multiple phone calls. NLS, you need to clean up our yard and apologize for ruining our landscaping. It will take years for our yard to recover.

Yesterday on June 26 2025 at around 9:10AM, I woke up to NLS doing work at the hotel I am working at. Upon checking my vehicle before leaving, there was grass and shavings all over my vehicle. The person who used the weed whacker cut 1-2 inches from my vehicle which also caused damages such as chips from the tool they were using and rock chip damage to the driver side. I was provided with Cody’s phone number from the hotel and tried to reach out to him. Cody reached out to me to talk about the issue, then the moment he said “I ain’t waiting around for you” because I wasn’t at the property, was the moment he messed up for his company. Do not speak to Cody, he’s open to arguing and a law suit me. I will see you guys in court soon for the damages and criminal charges will be filed.

Reasonably priced, fast, and terrific work! It’s hard to find all three but that’s what they offer. They are also contractors so they can repair/replace a roof finish a dry wall repair etc.

This team is great! Efficient, great service/communication, price was best of 4 quotes, and they were able to drop a very tricky tree that all others told me couldn't be done w/o a huge pricetag due to its health, sloped location and a fence.
Our experience was very positive and expectations exceeded! We'll definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone.

Professional, fairly priced and courteous. Had five large evergreens (100 foot plus) trimmed that were becoming problematic to our roof. They were very careful in protecting the roof and our fence. Great clean up and worked quickly. Very impressed with the crew's work ethic. Had seen them do other work in our neighborhood and was equally impressed.

Had seven very tall trees removed. One Maple and the rest Alder. Pros: fast and cheap. Cons: are many. Among the gouges and oil stains in my drive way from their work trucks to the damage of adjacent trees and broken concrete landscaping.

The owner, Noe returned a week later to address my complaints one of which was to finish removing a dead alder which he said was still alive which when he returned the following week said to me was crumbling when he climbed up to begin removal. To the large oil stains his crew used detergent to remove, some are still there today. They did remove all the broken concrete curbing. No offer of a discount was given to help resolve damages.

Non-stop calling me. Extremely annoying. Hope someone sues them.

Had a perfect experience with ever green tree care. Needed a tree removed after one split in half and fell during a windy day. Submitted a form on evaluation online and got a call the next day to get it scheduled.
Evaluator came out exactly on time for what we scheduled and gave an estimate on several options (there were several other trees and branches that we were hoping to get removed). The price was very reasonable and more on the affordable side. Evaluator also gave a good desription on how they would remove it and that they have "zero damage policy" so that was reassuring because one tree was very close to our house. Gave also an estimated time when we should remove the tree that was damaged.
I needed time to make a decison on the date so he sent an email of all the estimates that were done. After a few days, I called the office and said I would like to get them removed. Office said the evaluator will give me a call to schedule that.
Evaluator got back to me the following business day (it was weekend), we agreed on the day he would come out to mark the trees, take photos and for me to sign the contract. Evaluator came out on the scheduled day, it was exaplained that once the contract is signed the crew will come out and will no longer need consent to come onto property to remove the tree, that it will be done wether Im home or not. (Worked out perfect since its not always easy to get a day off from work)
A couple days before the scheduled day, received a call to remind me that the crew will be coming out.
The crew was professional and efficient. Everything was removed without any damage and all according to the contract. Invoice was then sent a few days after the job was done, very easy to pay.
Overall would definitely recommend.

A salesman came to my door trying to drum up business. I did have a couple of large trees that I was concerned with so I agreed to have someone come out and give me a quote. The price was WAY TOO HIGH and didn’t sign the contract. Now I get calls a couple of times a week, all from Evergreen Tree Care asking if I need help with my trees and I can’t block them because each number is different. Seems very shady.
