City Wide cleaned multiple restroom floors, locker room floors, and our commercial kitchen floor. The technician was open an honest about the procedure and did not need me to watch him work. The floors look and smell great - a needed service after the school year!

I just wanted to share some positive feedback about my interaction with our account manager with City Wide today.

First off, I am the Facilities Manager of a K-5 school with 4 buildings and over 200 people everyday walk our campus.

Our account manager (Brian) dedicated over an hour to reviewing our service contract, inspecting each classroom of our campus, discussing potential areas of enhancement, and exploring the process of adding more services as our campus continues to grow.

I don't often take the time to write reviews or evaluations, but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with Brian. He has consistently been a supportive and exemplary representative of City Wide, providing valuable assistance to our organization.

Great company! They do a wonderful job cleaning our floors and I will continue to use them. Staff is friendly and very professional. They are on point communicating with me about scheduling and my feedback on the services. They have done maintenance jobs for us as well as needed (painting, hanging TVs, etc.). Great pricing. I recommend them for janitorial cleaning!

I have been working with City Wide for about a year and couldn't be happier. They have helped me grow my business. The staff has been super helpful and friendly from the beginning, they have answered every question and concern I have brought up to them. Hopping one day I get to meet and know all of the staff at City Wide.

We hired them on about 3 months ago and in that time, they have done an exceptional job. First cleaning company that we have hired on that check in to see how they are doing and anytime I have reached out to them they respond in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company.

CityWide’s entire team has been fantastic from day one! They are responsive, thorough, and always right on time. The cleaning team does a great job of ensuring our entire 6000sq ft store is spotless before they leave for the evening. Terrible Experience, DON'T USE THEM. Very difficult to work with their Administrative Assistant/Accounting. Julie in specific has been the worst to work with. The sales team only cares about getting a contract signed and then the cleaning itself is not up to satisfaction. Although the office cleaners were good, the unit cleaners were less than decent. Additionally, the accounting is schematic and ruthless. They apply payments to invoices of their choice which forces late fees to be charged to older invoices. When they make errors, or intentionally apply payments to the wrong invoices, they charge us and make us pay for it! One time we accidentally paid the wrong company with the same business name I mean mistakes happen. They continued charging us $800 a month and REFUSED to clean our office spaces and units for TWO WHOLE MONTHS while still charging us $1,600, for no work. They have no sympathy and ruthless. They have zero partnership skills and their entire pricing dynamic is very schematic and not how anyone should run a business. I find their accountants very rude and the company is just awful to work with. I don't usually leave reviews but I wouldn't want anyone else to be tricked into such a terrible partnership in the future. I regret giving them a chance to service my 260 unit apartment complex. I will never recommend their services.
